Today was our first visit and we had Ashley as our stylist. She was absolutely amazing. She was so warm, welcoming and so kind to my daughter. We definitely can’t wait to visit her again soon. Ashley, you’re an incredible human being! Keep shining like the the star you are!

I am thrilled with my experience at Wild Orchid. After living in Austin for 10 years, I've finally found my go-to hair stylist. Becky O did an incredible job with my highlights, matching them perfectly to my skin tone and making them look very natural. The haircut was exactly what I asked for. I left the salon feeling so confident, and I’ve received many compliments in the 1.5 weeks since Becky did my hair. She is great at what she does. If you book with her, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. Thank you for making me feel amazing!

Ashley Kniffin has been my go-to hair stylist for awhile and I have been LOVING the color and cut so much. I have gone to a lot of different hair stylists in Austin and haven't had a better experience :) Thank you so much Ashley! I have been loving my color so so much!!!

I called to schedule two kids haircuts at the Westlake location. They required a credit card over the phone to take the reservation - I was okay with this and understand why. I was told that failure to cancel the appointments less than 48 hours out would result in a 50% fee and less than 24 hours out would incur a 100% fee of the services scheduled - I agreed to all of this. The day of our scheduled kids’ haircuts the salon called to cancel on us - only a few hours before the appointment. It’s annoying that their customers are not allowed to cancel without paying large fees but the stylist can cancel without penalty hours only before. I asked if anyone else could cut our children’s’ hair at the scheduled time and the salon said that there were in fact available stylists for the kids cuts but that we would have to pay the adult haircut rate, not the kids’ cut rate which is half the cost. They could have had someone else complete the appointments instead of cancelling on us last minute but they insisted on charging us double for their stylist not showing up to work. This policy only protects the stylist not the customer and its unfair. Honestly don't waste your time.

Had a fabulous experience at Wild Orchid Westlake with Holly. She took exactly what I described I wanted and made it a reality! The salon itself is beautiful, everyone is super friendly, convenient location with loads of parking! Can’t wait to come back.

I cannot say enough about my appointment with Brook in Bee Cave. I am in love with the cut and the color as well, but when I mentioned I was hoping to be lighter, she immediately rescheduled me to come back in to get it perfect and refused to accept payment for the color until I am satisfied. Integrity gets you repeat business. I found my new stylist! Thank you for such a great experience.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with a full balayage coloring service from Ashley Kniffin that left my hair with orange / dark yellow chunks despite walking through that I wanted a natural warm blonde tone and looking at a photo from Pinterest during a pre-appointment consultation. Ashley was nice to fix some of the areas after my appointment and I was scheduled to come in for a 3rd time to tone and blend more but my appointment as canceled last minute and I was told I would have to see a different stylist and pay on top of the $400 I already spent to fix it. Now I'm left with hair that needs to be fixed by another salon right before the holidays. Please do yourself a favor and do not make the mistake I did; go to a different salon.

Becky does a great job cutting my husband’s hair and also my teenage son. It’s not outrageously expensive and it’s better than Finley’s and Supercuts.

I have done a Brazilian blowout with them and I couldn’t be happier! Becca and Maria are AMAZING! Becca is a wonderful professional, has a great passion for her career and has an unique way to greet you that you will feel like knowing her for years! And Maria, her assistant, is a cute Angel with fairy hands! The atmosphere is so friendly and nice, cause the energy is simply the best! The salon itself is spacious, cosy, organised, clean and wisely decorated :) My Brazilian blowout was 100% efficient and my hair has no frizzy effect!!! It’s shiny and smooth!🤩 Thank you Becca and Maria! 🥰

Just get Frank. Don't ask any questions. Just trust me. I am so particular on who gets to touch my hair, and Frank is simply put, the best. Also, Mia at the front is goated. She cares so much about everyone and wants to make sure everyone feels at home. One of my favorite places, ever.

I just had my hair cut and styled by Frank, and he did an incredible job! With very little direction on my end, Frank figured out exactly what I wanted and my cut came out fresh, voluminous, and super bouncy with gorgeous framing around my face. To top it off, he styled my hair wonderfully afterwards - a perfect blowout. I couldn’t recommend Frank or Wild Orchid Westland more highly.

Oh WOW!!!! So, I possibly just received the best hair color of my entire life and it is all thanks to the amazing skills, abilities and artistic vision of Frank Martin, colorist extraordinaire!!!! I kid you not, I have not run in to somone who cares more about the end result of his/her work in....well, forever. On top of the incredible final product, Frank is one of the kindest and sweetest people I've met, making the experience all that much better, it was like hanging out with an old friend and not just someone I met for 15 minutes, two days prior, for my color consult. The salon is really nice, so clean and orderly, and the staff, all the way around, was remarkable, funny and just a neat group of people. It was such a comfortable environment and I cannot wait to go back! If you are looking for a great salon and a stylist...Wild Orchid Salon and Frank Martin will NOT disappoint.

Julie zones in and goes into perfectionist mode, and I love it! I had been seeing separate stylists for cuts, color, and blowouts, but she's great at it all and that's hard to find. She's never complained about my hair or made me feel bad for it being thick/unruly. She's never made me feel rushed to fit into a time block. I love her professionalism, kindness, and skill.
