I have very thick, wavy/frizzy hair. Shanna always does such a great job cutting, coloring and styling my hair. Now I won’t go to anyone else. She is also so friendly and I enjoy our chats while she is working on my hair. Highly recommend her!

I got a haircut with Natalie, and it was my favorite haircut I’ve ever had. I have never been able to find someone to give me a haircut I love, but Natalie listened to what I wanted and told me what the best cut would be best for the look I was going for.

I’m so happy that Shanna moved closer to where I live. She is the best when it comes to hair and has great personality. Her salon is supper cute and clean plus across the street from my fav restaurant as well - Pusadee garden. Got a hair cut and a gloss today and feel in love with my hair again. Natalie did my hair this evening, and it turned out amazing! I went from brown to blonde. Cut, full highlight and style. Really liked the techniques she used (no heat needed). Definitely recommend and am looking forward to my next appointment!

I saw Natalie for the first time, to fix an attempt for a new shape and style, that did not work for me, with another hairdresser. Natalie really listened to me well, and she was not going to tell me it was all a matter of learning to style correctly. Yay!! She reshaped the over layered edges of my hair, when it was dry, thus noticing the way the hair falls when it was dry, and then did a wash and offered a hair mask for moisturizing. She did a very nice job of styling and blow drying, using a some big rollers for body, and a special line of products, called LOVE, that are made especially for taming frizzy hair. The prices were reasonable, and the vibe at the salon was soothing, and kind. I easily purchased a LOVE product, and rebooked for six weeks ahead, without needing to think about my budget, and I have already recommended the salon to a friend. I got just what I wanted, and really appreciate the time, attention, and comfort.

So friendly and so talented! Shanna has cut and styled my [curly] hair in lengths ranging pixie to shoulder length and it always looks great. She also styled the bridal party's hair before my wedding and had us all looking wonderful!

Shanna is the best! It's been so cool to watch her business grow and thrive over the years. She cares so much about her clients and always does a wonderful job with my hair. Shanna is also fantastic with kids and does a mean "Elsa braid." My 7-year-old daughter has gotten haircuts from Shanna since she was 2 and absolutely adores her. Keep up the great work! 🌹

Shanna is a master stylist. I don’t know how she does it but the cut looks great every time and it grows out even better. The foresight to cut hair in a way that grows out nicely is a nuance that only comes from thousands of hours of focus, hard work, and attention to detail. Shanna is so fun to talk to and listens intently to whatever you have to say. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Curly hair girls rejoice - I found the one. Shanna calmed my curly hair nerves about starting fresh with a new stylist after working with a curly hair expert for the past 5 years. She is super attentive and truly listens to your concerns and long term goals. She PERFECTLY executed the color and cut that I was looking for. 10/10 recommend booking an appointment.

I absolutely LOVE this hair salon. Five stars aren't enough! I can't recommend Shanna enough! From the moment you walk into the adorable studio, you're greeted by a warm atmosphere and friendly face. The owner, Shanna, is a gem! She is incredibly welcoming, and you can tell she is passionate about making everyone feel at home. But the real magic happens in the stylist's chair. I went in for hair extensions, and I was blown away by the expertise. My hair looks amazing – the extensions are seamless and natural-looking. It's clear she uses top-quality products and has serious skills! Very VERY knowledgeable. Shanna is the nicest most kind, salon owner/ stylist i've encountered. She is so dedicated to her work and the proof is in the results! I've been going to Shanna for years now and I refuse to go elsewhere. She always takes her time to make sure her work is perfected. From highlights to cuts she truly is the best Pittsburgh has to offer. Not to mention her space is one of the cutest salons in the city. It is clean and the decor is perfect! It's always comforting knowing I have someone I can trust with my hair! It's hard to find but I would recommend Shanna to anyone especially if you are looking to go blonde. Wild rose studio is truly the best.
