Holly is great! I requested a pixie which can be a challenging haircut, and she gave me a top tier cut. The salon is a nice, friendly atmosphere. Booking was easy and the price is good for a salon in a major city. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been going to Shannon for my women’s cuts for almost 3 years now. My mom and mother-in-law even see her! It’s super easy to book an appointment online, Shannon is on time, and her salon space is always clean and relaxing. I always enjoy my haircut appointments because I feel so refreshed after my cuts! Her blowouts are amazing, and I have naturally curly hair! Shannon is such a joy to talk to, and she really cares about her clients and helping them look and feel great. I also switched to the products she carries because they’ve worked so well in my hair. I have no plans to switch stylists as long as Shannon is around!

If I could leave a 0 I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SALON if you might have to reschedule at all. I booked 9/5 and then rescheduled for 8/31 through style seat (HUGE SCAM). I messaged Holly because I couldn't make 8/31 and she told me she would cancel my appointment and to let her know if I needed to reschedule. Fast forward to 9/6, I was charged $85 for not cancelling the 9/5 appointment. This is the appointment I rescheduled through the Style Seat application. I messaged Holly and she pretty much told me too bad, I'm still taking your money! She claimed I didn't cancel the 9/5 appointment. Which I did. BUT if I didn't, common sense would be, when I messaged her to cancel 8/31...and she saw that prior to booking that appointment, I booked the 9/5 one, she would have reached out because it's most likely an error.
