This was the last thing I wanted to do but after being ignored not sure what else to do. January 18th I had a scheduled appointment with Hannah for full highlights. I’ve booked with Hannah before and she knows I have a ton of very curly hair, I came in with straight hair to make it easier for her. With full transparency I was approximately 20 minutes late for this appointment. I tried calling 2 times before arriving but I didn’t reach anyone. When I arrived I honestly was expecting to be turned down because I was too late but Hannah welcomed me to her chair no problem. As I sat in the chair and she is preparing to do my hair she says “we’ll start off with these sections”. She did not clarify she was doing a partial highlight as to the full highlight I was scheduled for. Also can’t forget to mention Hannah missed a front highlight last appointment and I pointed it out to her this time and she still missed it. As I was leaving the receptionist asked if I was satisfied with my hair and I truly was not due to miscommunication (at the current moment). The receptionist spoke with the owner and what was said is they’re very sorry I’m unhappy and they’ll do whatever they can to try to get me in before my birthday January 21st. She said someone would reach out.. no one ever did. On Friday January 24th I finally built up the courage to call and ask like hey whats up you’ll said you’d call and try to make things right but no one ever did. The person I spoke to told me that since Hannah is a level 1 stylist there is basically nothing they can do. I’m soo non-confrontational so I kinda brush it off like yeah I get it whatever. The reason I’m posting this is because after that phone call Friday the 24th I placed another call but no one answered. I asked if the owner could please give me a call but still today January 29th nothing. I know business isn’t about feelings but this has made me very very upset and I don't understand why the owner would say she would do whatever to make it right but do the complete opposite and ignore me.

Beware! They will cancel 2 hours before your appointment after being booked for more than a week and then calling to confirm the appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have lived in Louisville for 3 years and have struggled to find someone to cut my 3a curls well. I recently tried Wildflower Salon and saw Tyler, she did an amazing job! She listened to my concerns and made some great suggestions. This is the first haircut I’ve had in a long time that I actually like!

Great salon with a relaxed environment and experienced, friendly stylists. Quenna is an absolute pro!! She gave me great feedback, worked fast and I walked out with a better haircut than what I even asked for. So happy I found this place!

I love this salon! Hannah is wonderful. She took her time, with the photo I showed her, she did my hair the way I wanted. I would highly recommend Hannah. Ask for this stylist. She took her time and for the price I paid, I believe I got a lot of attention to what I asked for. This is a calm and relaxing salon. I will go again. Hannah get ready. Lol

The most comfortable shampoo of my life! They use something to keep the neck from dropping down to the bowl. My stylist, Yasmeen really understands my fine, straight hair and has now given me three excellent cuts. I’m sold!

I LOVE this salon! I work a lot of hours every week and when I take the time to get my hair done I want it to feel like a mini-vacation. I do not want to be subjected to nightclub music, drama, harsh lights and decor. I want QUALITY first, service, and relaxation! That is what Wildflower delivers every time. THANK YOU to the professionals who work there for getting it right...Quenna Hibbard is amazing- she spoils me and keeps me beautiful!

I really enjoy my experience when I go to Wildflower Salon. Sadie is the one who cuts and colors my hair and my hair looks wonderful every time I see her. She listens to what I want and the salon as a whole is very professional and they make me feel welcome! I would definitely recommend Wildflower for a cut/color.

It’s super cute modern salon with a much more intimate feel. They have excellent product lines and very talented stylists. I followed Tyler here when she moved. I’ve been going to her for 10+ years. You won’t be disappointed with the salon or if you see Tyler.

My girlfriend knew I was searching for a new stylist, and since she sees Jen at Wildflower, she recommended I give it a try. I'm so glad she did. I went online to read the bio's and after reading Yasmeens, I knew she was perfect for me. A stylist who will truly listen and do whats best for your hair type and face structure is so important. She is relatable, funny, and so easy to chat with! The wash station chairs are the best I've ever been in, and that soothing head massage... wow. I also agree with other reviewers in that the aesthetic of the salon is so charming and on trend. They have an awesome referral program, and a huge selection of hair/beauty products. This place is a gem!

Tara has been styling my (difficult, thick, wavy) hair for a long time and I love her new salon. Best styling in town in, wonderful atmosphere, and neck rests in the shampoo bowl. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoy coming into Wildflower. The salon has a refreshing and relaxing aesthetic, and the employees are warm and welcoming. Their service is professional, and I always feel confident that they have listened to my requests. I have been impressed how the stylists confer with one another while working on their clients, seeking input. That shows that they are constantly seeking ito build their skill set.
