I went for the first time tonight. My Stylist never introduced herself to me, just took me to the back. I told her what I wanted and I got a bowl cut with half my head shaved in the back. I have never had such an awful experience at a salon in my life. The stylist knew she messed up and had to ask another stylist for help. Now I’m stuck with having to grow out this embarrassing cut. Never again!!!!!!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I do not recommend going here for your wedding hair. The “stylist” did NOT in fact know how to style hair. I showed her a picture and she told me it wasn’t achievable. However, I have had my hair done like this before. The only thing the stylist did was curled my hair with a straightener. I could have done that myself! Please think twice before you decide to get your hair “styled” here

They cut my hair super short. I ONLY wanted one inch and half but apparently that means 3 inches. Really disappointed.

Average for the times. I went in to buy several products, left with nothing. They have a good selection but poor customer service. I didn’t get the Aveda vibe that I’ve gotten at other stores. If you want the Aveda treatment, this is not it! If you don’t care about customer service or getting the Aveda points/rewards program, they have a good selection of products and the store smells good.

I’ve gone a few times for trims over the years, but always go in person every few months to get more products instead of ordering online. The customer service was really bad and honestly felt strange, I felt like the people working the front desk were really unapproachable and didn’t talk to me like I’m a normal person. They weren’t eager to help at all. It felt really off putting being in there. The energy of the place was really uncomfortable. I’m not totally sure what the deal was (we all have bad days) but I was really uncomfortable and I won’t be going back to this location to shop in person anymore. I will say the stylist who eventually stepped in to answer my questions was very kind and helpful and I walked out one last time with products- will be ordering online from now on though.

Love this place. They are an Aveda Salon do they only carry Aveda. Wonderful products with great scents. My stylist, Sheridan, has been there for some time so I feel confident she will stay there and not leave like in a couple years like some do in other salons. She is an expert stylist and cut impossible hair like mine. If you are looking for Aveda products, they have an extensive selection. Great place!

Overall disappointing service for an Aveda salon. Some stylists are better than others, but across 5 years, I have been rushed through my appointments, not listened to, and my hair has not been styled after the cut. Not a great salon for clients with curly hair. After multiple tries, I will not be returning.

The wait times are too long. I made an appointment a month in advance via phone. And I call up on the day of the appointment and they say there is no appointment in my name. That is just bad service! What was the point of me making an appointment in advance?

They are pretty booked out. The stylist last time I was there did a good job, but honestly there are other comparable places in the area with more comfortable environments and and friendlier staff.

Very nice salon. They are a Aveda salon. Everyone is very nice. I go there to get my pedicures done. I love my manicurist she is the best.
