I had the pleasure of visiting Williamsburg Beauty Spa, and I must say it was an absolutely exceptional experience. Anna, who took care of my treatments, did an outstanding job – her professionalism and gentle touch were truly remarkable. During my visit, I opted for the Hydrafacial and MiraPeel treatments. The results were phenomenal – my skin was perfectly cleansed and had a radiant glow. It felt smooth, refreshed, and looked healthier than ever before. The atmosphere at the spa was incredibly relaxing, and Anna’s work made the entire experience a true pleasure. Her gentle hands and personalized approach made me feel truly special and cared for. Williamsburg Beauty Spa is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking effective and luxurious skincare treatments. I will definitely be returning to experience this perfection again!

The most incredible facial I have ever gotten! After my first facial at Williamsburg Spa + a new beauty routine they recommended, I started getting comments all the time about how beautiful my skin was. And that is still happening today 3 years later! They always take their time and really assess what my skin most needs in that moment. It is on the pricey side, but 100% worth it!

I've had problematic skin that didn't respond to anything. Over the years I've tried the most expensive to the most DIY treatments, and nothing seemed to work. Then I found Amanda at Williamsburg Beauty Spa. She's extremely knowledgable, and the treatment rooms use sophisticated medical-grade tools and technology. The products she recommended keep my skin looking great in between treatments; I couldn't be happier with the service.

This place is a gem! Super knowledgeable staff that truly take the time to care for your unique skin. They have an awesome assortment of skin products that you can't purchase in the usual US stores! This spa has been my sanctuary for a quite a bit. I have been the New Yorker since 1998 and I can attest that this is the only place i have been loyal and trusted since. Spa owner- spectacular Ms. Gosia has helped me to maintain my beauty, healthy skin and introduced me to that latest technology through years - Scarlet in particular the latest , that works miracles on my skin. Many of my friends and coworkers have commented on glow and radiance of my skin. Moreover, my skin care products contains mainly all beauty products purchased at this spa that has been suggested by Ms. Gosia and that works undoubtedly based solely on needs of my skin. Ms. Gosia is definitely caring, welcoming, professional and highly knowledgeable in her area and provides the BEST one could expect from Spa.

I would not recommend this spa. I called and booked a facial. When I got there, Amanda explained my skin needed a different facial which was drastically higher in terms of $. I respectfully declined but instead I got lectured on how clients must learn how to pay for the esthetician’s experience. Mind you at this point I’m topless with a bright light on my face and I just felt like I wanted to leave, but couldn’t. Anyways… the service was good but I disliked the vibe of the place. Update: I’m not surprised at all from the snarky attitude in this response. Concerning my name, you can check all my other reviews, I’m not hiding behind a fake profile. Additionally, there’s a reason why my review has several hearts in sympathy. You could use it as constructive feedback but you are just proving my point right. Cordiality and basic respect go a long way. And it costs 0$!

Williamsburg Beauty Spa offers innovative treatments that are personalized for each skin type. The Oxylight Facial is my personal favorite. Your skin looks lifted tight and rejuvenated! I am in love! Update: I did 3 sessions of their scarlet rf microneedling treatment and I could cry from how much better my skin looks! I’m so happy I found this place you guys are truly life savers!!! ❤️ God bless your hands!!!

I have been going to Amanda and Gosia since I moved to NYC (6 years). They are experts at every service they offer from face to body and have the best organic products (and I have done / tried many). Facials are a must. I leave with the cleanest, tightest skin that lasts longer than any facial I have ever had. They are so knowledgable, products are organic, consistent treatment, and latest technology, and no recovery time depending on which you get. I have had stints of living outside of NYC and will always wait until I come back to get a facial here. Seriously, don't trust anyone else with your face.

They are truly amazing. I have always been insecure with my skin but ever since I met Amanda and her mother, my life (face) felt so much better. They are not your typical esthetician. Would not recommend unless you want to be stuck on a table listening to an hour long lecture poo-pooing everything you believe in (dermatologists, retinol, whatever skincare you're using, etc). The service kicked off with Amanda not introducing herself at all (I had to ask for her name later), and calling me "uneducated" because I recently had microneedling done and didn't know the name of the pen that was used off the top of my head. This place clearly wanted to drag and trash any other business - "everything we have is top of the range here." Super arrogant and ultimately unable to read the room and make a client feel comfortable. I left feeling stressed and in a terrible mood - not how I expected to walk out of a "spa." The kicker was when the business owner performing the service asked me to tip 20%, when they should be setting their prices accordingly. I felt I had no choice but to tip but reflecting on the experience, it's more important for me to warn others than to request a refund. Will never be back. UPDATE: I’m not surprised to see the business finally responded to my review in the same defensive and unprofessional tone I received during my treatment. It’s worth mentioning they wrote to me as soon as I posted this review to offer an “apology” - that took zero accountability and quickly devolved into the same lecturing and ranting you see below. They also offered future treatments in exchange for me taking down the review, which is interesting since their response below claims I was “blocked as a client the moment I stepped out the door.” 

Not only is it an abject lie that I have “threatened to sue” any other practitioners, the fact they are exposing the sensitive medical history I discussed with them during my treatment is a total violation of my privacy. So yes, people do need to be warned about this place. They are rude, argumentative, defensive, tactless and will share your medical history if you dare to leave an honest review describing your disappointment in the whole experience.

Yesterday I received the facial from this spa owner Ms. Gosia. That was not a facial but a full symphony for my face. Her skillful fingers were working in a beautiful synchrony with my body rhythm. Every time I thought I was done with my facial, Gosia came up with another spectacular treatment for my face. The very following day , my colleagues commented on my face how smooth, clean and youthful it looked. This is the only spa in the city where magic happens and you truly get 💯 attention to you the whole time you get facial.

This place is a total gem! Just one week after my first facial with Amanda I’m already seeing unbelievable results. I’ve had problem skin since I was a teenager, and Amanda recommended not only the perfect treatment, but was able to pinpoint exactly why I was having the current issues I’d been struggling with. She sent me on my way with some gorgeous organic French and Korean products, and I’m already seeing, and feeling, massive improvement. I only wish I’d found Amanda sooner! She also checked in on me the next day, which was above and beyond. The spa itself is clean and bright, and the treatment table was wildly comfortable and covered in the softest linens. You can tell that Amanda and Gosia put incredible thought, care, and energy into their space, and also into their practice. They offer a wide range of services, at a wide range of price points—so there really is something for everyone! You won’t regret going to see them. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment, and can’t wait to see what consistent visits to WBS will mean for my skin.

This place is amazing. I had never had a facial before, but after discontinuing birth control my skin started breaking out with hormonal acne and became clogged, congested & dull. I got a Mirapeel treatment from Gosia. My skin looks & feels amazing. I still have a glow almost a week later - I feel like it looks better every day! I feel so much more confident. After the facial Gosia, Amanda and Natalia helped me pick out a new skincare regime (much needed). They explained what each one was for & how to use it. I went home with organic, clean skincare that my skin is LOVING!! They feel amazing on my skin & I feel so clean and pampered going to bed. My experience with Gosia was literally life-changing.
