Stephanie did an AMAZING job omg, I have been as happy with a soon result in so long. And she promotes and preserves the health of your hair so much! This is officially my new salon in Dallas! I can’t wait to come back for some mushroom brown highlights in the front !

Absolutely love this salon! My stylist, Kaci, is amazing. She is super knowledgeable and friendly, and works miracles. I had really damaged from box-dye hair, and it's like I have all new hair now. The color and cut are always perfect, and I am constantly getting compliments on it.

I’ve been going here for years! My hairdresser is Drew and she’s amazing with color and style. My husband sees Karen, she is great at trimming his hair and keeps it looking very nice and in style!

I had Karen the owner and she was completely amazing. No wonder the salon has been here for years. Did exactly what I asked for and the exact correct color on very damaged hair. Very knowledgeable on all the products. My hair looks fantastic. Thank you.

I have never gotten my hair done here, but nevertheless, I have had a negative experience. My roommate likes this place, so I went to go wait with him, but they are super strict about their mask policy and would not let me wait in their salon at all. Okay that's fine, this is America and you can run your business that way. I was a little peeved since they were pretty rude, but I called on a later date to schedule an appointment. You have to come in 2 separate times for a color consultation. Again, that is fine, but it kind of seems like a way to get more money and can't you do these things over Zoom/phone now? What turned me off completely was that their uneducated secretary GAVE OUT THE NAME OF ONE OF THE STYLIST'S SONS AND WHERE HE GOES TO SCHOOL. I was blown away at how unprofessional, irresponsible and unsafe that is.

I've been coming here regularly every 6-8 weeks for my hair color since October/November 2021. So in total, I've been 4 times so far. Of those 4 appointments, 2 I've been contacted needing to reschedule - one time they alerted me of this mere hours before my appointment. Now, this has been extremely frustrating and irritating to deal with, but I like the salon and the colorist has been good. I've got my 5th appointment scheduled the day after tomorrow, and today I get a call that it needs to be rescheduled. This is the 3rd time. At this point, this business is making it impossible for me to continue as a regular customer. It is beyond irritating booking these appointments 2+ months in advance, planning my whole day (and sometimes week) around these appointments (they last 2-3 hours so requires finagling on my part to fit into my week day) to get a call sometimes the day of that something has come up, the stylist is sick, no longer working there, etc. and I'll need to reschedule for weeks later when they can fit me in. It's so unprofessional. I understand people get sick and things happen - but 3 out of the 5 appointments I've booked this has happened to. I've never in my life had this happen so frequently. Extremely disappointing and, I cannot say it enough, incredibly unprofessional.

I've been to Willie & Coote previously, however never had the opportunity to have services done by Jelanie. I showed up with red/brown hair, hardly any warmth in my opinion and left with this beautiful, vibrant, copper color. I have had compliments since Saturday and one said "wow, must be nice having natural hair color that bright and pretty". I love that she captured the vibrancy and richness, yet kept the natural tones as well. I recommend Willie & Coote to anyone and especially Jelanie and Nicki (who has done both cut and color for me in the past). Also the people that work here are super nice and positive, check it out!

I've got haircuts in a few salons in the US but I must say that W&C Salon is a hidden gem. Yesterday I got my first haircut here and Uli did a marvelous job. I've never got a haircut so perfectly done before in my life! I'm going to come back here and get haircuts done by Uli again!!!

Primarily women''s styling. But lots of men regulars. Always Smiling and Friendly. They encourage men to drop by between normal cut to clean and make neat. This is a "Free" service but it's only polite to leave your stylist a nice tip for a great look when your in a hurry.

Probably the most disappointing haircut I’ve ever gotten, but maybe it was my mistake for choosing this place. I guess I thought because of the area and the Aveda products that this would be a cool spot. I didn’t get anything I wanted and even felt worse when I left. This is a place for older people who want the same style they came in with, not a place to make a cool change or do something bold. She cut off a lot of the length that I asked to keep. The stylist spent more time blow drying my hair than actually cutting it the way I wanted. I felt guilty that she missed her next appointment for taking too much time on my hair. I also felt weird, as much as I’m trying to let it go, that she told me my forehead was too small for bangs, even though I really wanted them. But maybe it could be she just didn’t know how to make me look good in bangs because she ended up giving me little child bangs, and I went home and cut them myself. As far as making the appointment, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone and did not get a confirmation for my appointment.

The additional parking at the bank should be mentioned with the confirmation text/email, not waiting until the client gets there and has to call to figure out where to park without being towed. There is no waiting area, and the lady at the front desk made it seem like being early was a bad thing. There is no Wi-Fi even though it says Salon Guest on the networks list. The stylist I had, Drew was great and the pricing for custom coloring I'm okay with I was in the chair for close to 3hrs. However I had maybe an inch of dead ends trimmed of in under 10 mins had to mention to trim my bangs because she wasn't going to, left with a wet head and was charged $70 for a haircut. That is an insane amount no matter how experienced the stylist is, the price definitely should have been adjusted, but it wasn't, therefore I will not be returning to this salon.
