Love this salon but love my stylist, Claire, even more! Followed her from her last salon to Willow + Oak and she never disappoints. From blonde, to extensions, to brunette, ALL while keeping it healthy without breaking the bank. 1000/10 recommend this girl!

Wow! This is the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. I just moved to East TN and was so nervous to go back to another salon due to SO many awful experiences and money wasted. From the moment I walked in (8am) the atmosphere was calm and stress free. Alli was amazing and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She is so sweet and even made me an iced coffee while processing. Her style is efficient, and confident. I’m used to appts taking way too long. I was out in a few hours. She didn’t make me feel worried at ALL that something might go wrong. I’ve already rebooked and am SO happy Willow & Oak can be my salon home. I have no desire to look elsewhere. Claire cut my hair about a month ago and she’s amazing! I had one stylist for the past 7 years before moving to TN, It took me two years to find someone new to cut my hair and Claire was the right choice! She was so sweet and took great care of my hair. I have a lot of hair and long hair. She helped me keep my length while taking care of my damaged ends to keep it looking healthy.

I first started going to willow + oak for blowouts & when I say they were the best I ever had would be an understatement I cannot recommend the salon enough! I now get my color done here and my color has held up so well & ofc i love the vibe of the salon and how friendly everyone is!

I go here every couple of months and Jailey always does an amazing job making me blonde! They usually have music going in the background and it’s a very nice environment, and I love everyone’s energy there!

I have been going to Olivia before she opened willow and oak and I will continue to go as long as they’ll have me. Everyone is so kind and skilled. They create a wonderful environment, and they know what they’re doing. They have made me platinum, honey blonde, copper red, and bronde, and all of them were so well done. I have people stop and ask who I go to, and I love getting to share Willow and Oak with them. 🩵

I have went to Willow and Oak for Cecelie a little over two years, and she NEVER fails to make my hair look exactly what I want. She has helped me grow my hair out tremendously and always makes sure that we keep my hair healthy. The environment is always so upbeat and positive, but Cecelie is the BEST!! I trust her with my hair more than anyone I have ever been to. I literally walk in, she asks me what I want, and she’ll do just that, or if I don’t know I let her decide for me and it never fails to be perfect. 10/10 recommend.

I love this salon! Everyone there is so sweet and professional and works magic on your hair! I am never good at explaining what I want for my hair and they somehow nail it every time. I trust them all with my hair so basically that means I trust them with my life lol

I went to Olivia went she had just started her company and she fixed so many years of color damage I had. She is so kind and personable. When her business started growing, every girl has been the same way. I don’t trust anyone with my hair but I put trust in her and she did not let me down and I know anyone that works with her will not disappoint. I’ve seen multiple girls now and my hair always looks phenomenal. I’ve loved seeing this company grow and they are all amazing hair stylists who will do wonders with whatever hair needs you have!

Staff was super friendly at my first visit! Cecelie was great and did exactly what I wanted - bring natural roots down on my very blonde hair and make it look more natural and mature! Staff set up appointment well and helped me with rebooking when I needed to. They also have a points system where you can earn deals the more you go!

Willow & Oak is the best!!! I’m pretty low maintenance about my hair and I love how good it looks even when it’s grown out a bit. I have been going to Hannah for 2 years and will never go anywhere else (how else would she know my life drama???) - These girls are not only so good at what they do, but they genuinely care about you as people. Hannah & Olivia have been so supportive of my personal & professional goals, it’s been a joy to update them on all the life things every couple of months 🤩 Love you guys! 💝👱‍♀️

I’ve never had a bad experience, the thought and effort that goes into all of the clients is unmatched. The atmosphere and location are also top tier. I moved to Knoxville August 2023 and I was so nervous to find a new hairdresser. I found the lovely Claire! She has made me feel right at home and always provides a great experience! She gives great consultations and I always look forward to seeing her. Also, the salon is always clean and has a good atmosphere! Love it!

Willow and oak has been so sweet every time I’ve called to make an appointment. I went in for a consultation with Izzy and she was amazing! I’ve been disappointed with my hair for a while, and she explained everything so thoroughly to me, I have so much confidence in her!
