Lezlie was absolutely amazing!! I am never able to relax during traditional massages but the head spa treatment almost put me to sleep. My scalp feels to clean and refreshed. I will definitely be seeing her again and sending my loved ones and clients her way.

I went in for the first time and had Leslie (who is so sweet and definitely great at what she does) and this was one of the most relaxing experiences ever and my scalp feels WONDERFUL. I loved the feeling of the treatments that were used on my scalp they tingled in a great way which made me feel like they really aided in correcting my scalp concerns. I even brought the scrub brush/detangler that was used and it’s my favorite of any I’ve used previously. Will definitely be back for another experience.

Monday morning, I went to Willow Roots Head Spa and saw Lezlie. We did a pre and post analysis of my scalp and then I had it washed, conditioned, and treated along with a lovely neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards, I was able to dry and style my hair with products and tools provided. Lezlie was sweet and the experience was very relaxing! I was even given a choice of a heated or regular eye mask and took home some Rosemary Oil and a brush that can use to scrub my scalp at home.

I got the Luxe treatment for my first visit. I would come back for the scalp cleansing and treatment, but wouldn’t get the Luxe again. Personally the neck/shoulder massage upgrade wasn’t worth it for me since I prefer firm pressure massages. The spa itself is setup nicely however if others are talking in the next room over you can hear it, or if someone is blow drying their hair outside the rooms, it may not be as relaxing. I did love the self service blow dry station with the Kevin Murphy products, and several snack and drink options when you arrive!

I just left my Soothe appointment with Raina and I cannot recommend it enough! Everything was super comfortable and relaxing and Raina was a delight! The products they use feel and smell amazing. It was super interesting looking at my scalp before and after the head treatment using their microscope tool and seeing the difference it made. Will definitely go back again!

It was a very nice experience. The gal that worked on be was so pleasant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because she could have been a little more “aggressive” on my scalp, lol. But overall, a very pleasant experience.

Love this place! My kids gave me a gift card for Christmas so I booked the Luxe with Raina. It was an amazing experience! Will definitely go again. Thank you Raina!! My only question is how did I not know about this sooner ?? 🤣 So awesome!

The staff were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My scalp feels amazing after my treatment. Every time I emailed them with questions I always got a quick response. I will returning every month.

I was so happy to find Willow Roots Head Spa locally. Having had this treatment in Korea, I had high expectations. They were definitely met with this experience. The basic clarify treatment was a wonderful spa experience, expertly administered by Evan. The pre and post scalp review with a high magnification camera showcased the immediate results. The calming setup and the innovative circumferential water flow elevated the entire experience. My hair felt silky, luxurious, and my scalp felt refreshed and revitalized. I highly recommend Willow Roots to anyone seeking a truly rejuvenating hair and scalp care experience.

I was so excited to learn a head spa had opened in Wichita! This experience was amazing, to say the least! I have naturally oily hair, and my scalp felt squeaky clean after my appointment! The gals that worked there were super nice and knew what they were doing!

Just finished my first head spa treatment and it definitely won’t be my last! It was incredible! All the products they use smell AMAZING, the atmosphere is picture perfect and the staff is so kind! 10/10 highly recommend!

After seeing countless TikToks of these head spas in what seemed like everywhere but Kansas, I was ecstatic to hear about one that had opened up right here in Wichita, and I booked the ✨LUXE✨ right away! This incredible 90 minute session consisting of stellar products, a lavishing facial, and a decompressing neck and shoulder massage was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced, and my scalp has never felt healthier! I’d say it was absolutely money well spent for a hair treatment of a lifetime, and I will definitely be back!

I suffer from severe migraines. My husband got me 2 gift cards for Mother's Day. I did the head spa. I literally cried on the table. I can't remember the last time my head didn't hurt in some capacity. Brooke did such an amazing job and focused so much on helping my head. I can not remember a time I have ever felt so relaxed! I didn't want my time to end! Can NOT wait to use my 2nd gift card!!!!

This was absolutely the most luxurious spa treatment I've ever received and I highly recommend it! My daughter and I like to try different spas and often travel to KC or to Oklahoma to try new places but this is by far the best we've received. The Luxe treatment is a full 90 minutes of pampering for your face, hair, scalp, neck and shoulders. The products used are high quality and the staff is amazing.

HIGHLY recommend. Family members of mine got me a gift card and I treated myself to the luxe treatment which was amazing! They used high end products which left my hair and skin feeling so soft and hydrated. I visibly saw a difference in my before and afters. Super pleased with the set up, cleanliness, and professionalism of this place!
