Maggie is SUCH a talent. She really listened to what I wanted and as a result, gave me a beautiful cut and color. I have super stubborn roots and most stylists have to process them a couple of times, but Maggie is some kinda wizard because she figured out how to nail it in one go. I also loved being in her presence - immaculate sense of humor and vibe. I’m so happy to have a go-to in Tucson now! And I have a feeling she’ll be booking out so if you have the chance to experience her artistry, don’t miss your chance. :)

After making some regrettable hair decisions (ie straight across bangs & blonde in my naturally dark brown hair), I’m glad to have found Maggie at Willow Salon help restore my confidence & feel like myself again! The service is somewhat on the pricier side, but in my opinion you get what you pay for! The stylists at this salon mean business and they take their work seriously! I’ve never before had to fill out a questionnaire for a hair salon with “before” and “inspiration” photos, nor have I ever been offered a “menu” of hair services when checking in! I was also offered a beverage & snack. Maggie seemed very knowledgeable about the science of hair coloring, which I really appreciated since I pretty much know nothing. I like that they offer a “color consult” which allows you to meet with a stylist to discuss your goals and see if you are compatible first before making the commitment and they waive the fee if you decide to go through with the service. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend this salon if you are also particular about your hair and are willing to make the investment. I plan on being a returning client and have already recommended them to a coworker who had a recent unsatisfactory hair experience at another salon. :)

Bryanna does an amazing job! Very professional, friendly nice and does a fabulous job to listening to what you ask for! She always asks for pictures to help get the color/or cut you’re trying to achieve! The salon is also so beautifully done!

Fantastic salon! I got extensions and a balayage and it came out perfectly. She chose the perfect color and it lasted forever. I had some financial issues and they were more than willing to help me with these payments. I can't thank you enough!

Style is nice....Stylists are not. I had come to this salon a few times and loved the work. A certain stylist seemed familiar to me but tucson is small so i brushed it off as someone who i had seen before but didn't actually know. However, it recently came to my attention from some of my industry friends that the stylist was talking smack about her clients in public!! I had the horror of watching a video clip of a stylist outside of a locally owned coffee shop mocking a person cruelly. The video seems to be from last year. If i had realized this was the same person i never would have used this salon. I can find plenty of business's willing to take my money AND can treat people with kindness. I bought your oribe products online cheaper. I ONLY bought products at the salon to support this salon but i cannot support people treating others in this way. Tucson is too small to talk badly of your neighbors. It's extremely unappealing and really cruel while accomplishing nothing. Also homophobia? Really? This industry is built on the backs of the lgbt community. If nothing else, maybe keep your mean words to yourself to protect your business interests.

Such a pleasurable experience! The front desk staff ladies were consistently kind & accommodating. Far from stuck up & or so easily put out, which I find common at salons. Jaden was just as delightful! As soon as I arrived, I knew I had made the correct choice…nothing better than the feeling of walking out with a luxurious head of hair.

Amelia does so amazing at up dos and hair curling and BLONDESSSS. She’s so fun to talk with and the time FLYS EVERY TIME. I literally am so sad. Always go early to eat snacks and drink drinks in the pink room HAHAHAHA

Every time I come in I’m greeted with a menu for drinks and snacks which in my experience no other salon has done for me. The salon is gorgeous as well, the decorations for Halloween are a dream. When I leave willow salon my hair is the best it’s ever looked each and every time. My stylists pay close attention to my inspo picture to ensure my hair is exactly how I’d like it too. I don’t think I’ll ever switch to a new salon.

Finally got my hair dyed after debating it for years! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They all made me feel so comfortable and excited for my hair. I left with the most beautiful hair I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been living in Tucson for 5 years and was going to a stylist that didn’t listen to what I wanted, didn’t know how to style my natural curly hair, and all around never gave me that good positive feeling after leaving. I made an appointment with Maggie and my hair has 1 never looked better but 2, she not only listened to what I wanted but put her own professional opinion in and spin on it and I couldn’t be more pleased and obsessed. I’ve been through some hair trauma so my hair is so important to me and to be able to finally have found a place to make me feel pretty leaving and after the fact has been amazing. The experience with everyone else in the salon too was beautiful and seamless and just overall an amazing amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back🩷🩷🥰

Went to Willow salon for the first time last week and the experience was amazing. All the girls were super nice. It was my first time ever getting my hair colored, and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Shoutout to Jules who did my hair she is amazing!

Gorgeous atmosphere. Stylists are very well skilled. All of my experiences have been fantastic and as a hair model I'm incredibly picky about the places I choose. Em is truly wonderful and took careful consideration with my hair. I highly recommend this salon.

THE MOST ACCOMMODATING SALON! I was visiting for business last minute and needed my hair done for a local event early morning, and the manager went over and beyond to find a stylist for me. She found someone that came in early for me and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it done. The best service!

Willow salon has a wonderful Boho vibe. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. The make sure to pamper you in every way during your visit -including drinks and snacks. They are quick to respond to reschedule requests and overall very accommodating. All the stylists are top notch and I always leave feeling amazing.

I've been going to Willow salon for a couple years now that's the only place I go to and the services that I've gotten I'm always very happy with, I trust Bryanna 100% and it's a plus everyone is always so nice and you can have a nice cup of coffee, it has a great atmosphere.

I DID NOT receive services through this salon HOWEVER I called requesting a specific hair cut for my daughters, Courtney was very transparent and stated that their salon does not do those cuts and explained why this particular cut deserves a salon who specifically can do it. She offered a salon located practically down the street from them and even offered to send me a picture of what my daughters were asking for. If that’s the type of service you get when NOT getting your hair done there I can only imagine how amazing the services must be if you were!

I love Em! She’s been very patient with me & my hair issues. Adding extensions, removing them, light and dark color, but it’s always beautiful and she’s always so wonderful. Great salon and assistants! Glad I found her here!

Such a gorgeous salon! They really do it all! The owner is the nicest woman ever! She is so personable and radiates kindness like many of the staff there. The salon itself is beautiful with lots of attention to detail. They offer so many services and are very good at them too. I started going there after having my baby because of my hair loss and the stylists are thoughtful and offer a lot of good advice and products to help with the issues i was having. Now my hair is growing back and looks amazing! Even after bleach! It is worth a visit! Plus your downtown by all the yummy food for after your appointment. And there is parking so you don’t have to worry about paying for downtown parking for hours or a long walk! HUGE BONUS.

Jules and Ryan are the absolute best!!! Very friendly staff/ environment, parking is so easy especially somewhere central!!! since coming back from living in California, this place has hit home on getting my hair done the way I like it. Have gone to others salons since moving and there hasn’t been a place like willow! Have to hand it off to Jules and Ryan for being the sweetest, most efficient and best at lived in color(:

Today I had Amelia and I was SO GLAD I had her!! She was absolutely wonderful! I came in with brown outgrown hair and she turned it into my dream blonde color! She was extremely sweet and professional. The facility is also gorgeous! I HIGHLY recommend willow!!!
