My tween daughter has sensory and OCD issues and gets VERY picky with her hair. We have gone to multiple hair dressers and she always ends in tears with the cut. We found Dakota and it’s like magic! Dakota listens, is gentle, calming, and does a fantastic job with her cut and style and there are NEVER any tears! My older teenage daughter started going to her as well and now gets cut and highlights and we all adore Dakota! I highly recommend her and this salon! The salon is gorgeous with very comfortable sinks to rest your head and yummy snacks! Couldn’t recommend Dakota and this salon enough!

I chopped off 10 inches of my hair to donate to Locks of Love and was very apprehensive about it prior to walking in. Andrea put me at ease immediately and was so incredibly kind and patient with me! She helped me through the whole process, made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of and taught me how to style my new do! She was perfection and I’m so thankful I found this gem!

I’ve been going to Dakota for almost a couple years now! She’s the absolute best. I usually do a cut and balayage and she kills it every time. Plus she’s incredibly friendly and kind to talk to during the service. Go to Dakota if you want a 10/10 experience and to leave with exactly what you ask for!

This salon is amazing! Clean, cute, and welcoming! Andrea Lake is equally as amazing and always takes the best care of me and my kid's wild hair! Highly recommend her expertise for damaged and dry Colorado locks. I can't say enough about Andrea's giant knowledge base about hair care and her rescuing my damaged hair!

Andrea was a God send! I had been struggling to know how to explain to a stylist exactly what I was looking for since I myself don’t understand the techniques or language. This resulted in a few unsatisfying experiences that just left my hair feeling “meh” for a long time. After Andrea finished with my cut I walked out with that confidant bounce in my step- that walking on air feeling that only comes from having really great hair! I didn’t have to try to explain anything, she just spent time with my locks and literally approached them like a sculptor working delicately to shape and form my hair into a work of art. It was so relieving! She was really easy to connect with and clearly highly experienced and capable of working intuitively. I will absolutely be coming back to her again and again from now on. I couldn’t be happier!

I can’t thank Caitlin and Willow Street Beauty Lounge enough! After going through one of the toughest six months of my life following foot surgery, I had an emotional breakdown and made the drastic decision to cut all my hair off. This was so out of character for me, especially since I have naturally curly and frizzy hair. I never intended to go short, and I never thought I’d find myself cutting my own hair. Then, Caitlin came into my life like a breath of fresh air. She not only fixed my DIY haircut, but she also took me on as her first short-haired extension client. Her work has been nothing short of amazing, and she’s truly gone above and beyond to help me feel confident and beautiful again. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism have made a world of difference during such a difficult time for me. The cutest salon! All the staff is super friendly, but have to give 10 stars to Brigette! She is so fantastic and is a master with color but also cuts. I won’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I had my first appointment with Andrea, and it was so great. She is not only so nice, but professional, and I felt so comfortable with her and the work she did with my hair. I had color and a hair cut, and she did a fantastic job. The salon is super nice very clean. My daughter also had a hair cut and blowout with Catelynn Cain, and she did a beautiful job. The hair cut was well done, and the blowout was gorgeous.

I went in for a haircut with Andrea Lake and I walked out more than satisfied. Not only was my haircut absolutely everything I wanted and more, but I also genuinely had the best time with Andrea. She’s an amazing hair stylist and has the most beautiful soul! It was worth every penny! I will definitely be back to see her in the future!

I had the best experience getting a curly girl cut from Andrea! She's not only sweet but super confident in working with curly hair. From the moment I walked in, the whole salon had such a friendly vibe. Andrea really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great advice tailored to my curls afterwards. During the cut, she showed serious talent, shaping and styling my curls perfectly. Plus, she gave me a few little samples to try out for myself! The other girls in the salon were so welcoming too, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling fabulous and confident with my curls. Huge thanks to Andrea for being amazing at what she does! I will definitely be returning for all my hair needs :)

There is no other place on earth like Willow Street! Every single person who works there genuinely cares about helping all people feel beautiful. The vibe is elegant and chic and the hair products are too notch! My hair is healthier than it’s ever been! There’s free parking and free wifi if you need to work remote!

What could have been a bad experience was somewhat salvaged by my hair stylist. I asked for hair color you could not only see in certain lighting (I have black hair). Unfortunately the toner messed up. My hair came out the black I went in with. However she made time for me to come in the next day to fix it. While it is not EXACTLY what I was looking for, I am grateful she made the time and owned that it was not what I wanted. I have another appointment to see if she can fix it and can update once done. The vibe of the salon is very cool, the decorations are spot on and they keep offering water or drinks to you which is very customer service friendly. Hence the high rating. Also my hair stylist herself was extremely nice. Overall, I am willing to give the salon another shot. But for 300+ I would expect a better overall outcome. I do think the next session will be better and maybe they can offer a discount or some sort of courtesy. And yes- I did love my stylist, she was extremely kind and supportive. The picture I posted is a week after getting it done with inside lighting. You can see the color on the left and right sides of my head. So it did lighten after she scrubbed it which I am thankful for.

Willow Street is truly an amazing place. Everyone is so warm & friendly, and the salon itself is so cute. Rinnah Young is my stylist, and after moving to CO I was nervous about finding someone to trust. Her cut & color is incredible (I get so many compliments). She is so friendly & truly amazing at what she does. 10/10 recommend!

Got a haircut for the first time at this location. Had an appt with Shelby and it was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a salon. She was extremely rude, told me my scalp was "gross" and up charged because she insisted on washing my hair twice. Ive been told I have dry hair but never in such a negative and derogatory fashion. She also was speaking ill of her place of unemployment in front of me and another customer. She also made it very clear she did not like the shaved side of the head. Can't speak for the rest of the stylists at this salon, but if you get Shelby, run the other way! $100 plus tip for a mediocre cut and the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a salon in about 30 years of going.

I’ve been going to Andrea Lake here for about a year and she does an amazing job with my hair color. She’s very up to date on products and is always excited to discuss new coloring products with me. She does a great job explaining the process as well. I have dark blonde/dirty blonde hair naturally and she’s gotten it to a shimmery platinum blonde. She does such a good job and always takes her time getting it perfect:) plus she’s a lovely person to talk to while the color is processing! I absolutely recommend her, especially for coloring services.

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone gets along and enjoy each other! I see Dakota and she has been absolutely amazing! My hair has literally never looked better. Besides being a super sweet person, she really does take her time and listens making sure we are on the same page with my hair. She's amazing!! 😻

My hairstylist was Dakota. She always makes me leave with my hair looking exactly like my reference photo! I enjoy having conversations with her every time I come. And she does an excellent job at getting to know what I really wanted to do with my hair. 10/10 would recommend her to others.😊

Cate (Catelynn) is literally the best! I have done hair extensions for a while, and use to do tape ins. They started to damage my hair due to not being able to properly condition my natural hair. She recommended hand tied and it has done wonders! She also recommended products that you can tell make a difference! I have lots of new hair growth now and my hair is getting healthier by the day! She always does a fantastic job with the instal, blending and creating a fully natural look! People always comment on how beautiful my long hair is and are shocked when they find out they’re extensions! If you’re looking to get extensions, hair color (she also matched my brand new extensions to my natural hair color; that had previously been colored) she is your gal! She is so sweet and is great at not making it awkward. And let me tell ya about the scalp massage she gives when washing your hair! I promise you will love cate and the way she makes you feel on top of the world when you leave her chair!

Despite being a regular at the coffee shop across the street, this salon only came to my attention because I was a meme - I filled my online cart on a haircare website with $200+ in product and scoffed at the idea of paying $6 shipping and handling. I plugged my zip code into the brand's retail locator and was delighted to see Willow Street pop up so close to me. I was online shopping for haircare products because in November at a different salon I got one of the worst cuts/colors I've had in adulthood. My mother, parent to a former goth (me), thought I did it myself. My friend marveled that it swallowed light against known laws of physics. For almost two months, I've kept my hair in an unwashed, unbrushed bun and had hair anxiety dreams. When I walked into this salon, I was prepared to buy the products I had been researching onine to resolve my situation and go, but after being greeted by a wonderful receptionist, a kind stylist (Sofia) came to talk to me about what best might suit my needs. Upon hearing my story, she consulted with the salon owner, Libby, who authorized a complimentary wash and condition. When I left, my hair was not like silk, it was like satin. Narcissus would see his reflection in my hair and turn to stone. Today was the first time in almost two months that a brush went through my hair. I bought the recommended products and made an appointment for a trim in the future. I walked in to buy product, and walked out with a new attitude and haircare home. Libby and Sofia's thoughtfulness moved me to tears throughout the whole unexpected experience. The owner and stylists at Willow Street demonstrated exemplary customer service, talented and knowledgable styling, and good business. Most remarkably, they treated me with a genuine kindness that is rare anywhere and made this experience feel downright serendipitous. Or shall I say, hair-endipitous. :)
