Customer service is pretty awesome here. 100% am always able to find temporary Hair Color here. Usually buy Products like Joico or Manic Panic here. Also make up! The make up is pretty reliable 👌 last time I visited I bought Bare Minerals. If you suffer from hair loss they have Different Sets to choose from. I have been visiting Shinobu for all my hair advice! The new location is great, they have massive selection of salon quality products are very reasonable prices. I color my own hair and always buy my supplies and bleach from here. Very friendly staff as well.

Walked in, asked 2 questions, got a horrible attitude from the employee (or maybe she's the owner? which would call for negative stars) walked out. Is it an LA thing to be so rude and condescending? They should be having a GOING OUT OF BUSINESS sale, not a "moving" sale.

Incredible staff !! They are so helpful , the lady Violeta or Viola is her name , is so profesional , I just want to keep playing with colors and experimenting. I love this store !! Even if you don’t know how to color your hair this people can explain to you. Absolutely satisfied!!
