Edward did phenomenal work. My nails turned out great. He took my inspiration photo and gave me exactly what I wanted. He even added his own touch to make it even more beautiful than I had in mind. He has an eye for detail and makes sure you are 100 % satisfied before leaving the salon.

I just got my nails done on Thursday. The first one started lifting on Saturday and the second one on Sunday. I don’t have time to get them done because I have a very crazy work schedule so I’ve had to resort to putting some nail glue on the beds of the nail so that they don’t fall off until I can actually get into another place to fix the catastrophic nails that were done. The person who did my nails was the owner so I was really confident that the $120 I just paid for my nails was totally worth it. Now I feel like I got swindled I will never go back to this place ever again in my life even if it’s an emergency to get my nails fixed it will be the last place on God‘s green earth I will go, and I will tell all my friends the same thing. Don’t ever go to this place unless you feel like wasting your money.

I believe one of the owners was the one to help me. He was very confident in his services provided. Well, after having the nails for less than a week, all have broken or chipped. His technique of squeezing the wet acrylic was new to me. He also didn't follow what I wanted instead did his own interpretation which was close enough that I didn't say anything. The saving grace was their patience when my card wasn't working. Other than that, I won't be back.

My daughter and I stopped in with no appointment for a mani and pedi. We were taken in right away. My pedicure turned out great and the staff were all very friendly! 10/10

First time to Win Nail Salon and Susan did my pedicure. The gentleman, Edward, that welcomed me in was kind and accommodating. Susan did a perfect job on my manicure while I had a wonderful drink made by Edward. Love the fresh feeling environment and how customer service is their top priority. Extremely relaxing and superb adult drinks. I will absolutely be back to this place! Loved every aspect of the experience😊. They even had a Holiday present for their customers. This place is top notch!

Good atmosphere, nice drinks/snacks. The nail services I received were not great. Made appt for a “full pedicure, $45” and I was given an upgrade to “royal pedicure” without asking and was charged the $60 for that service. Dip nails came off after 6 days. Went elsewhere and they lasted me 3+ weeks. Not sure that I will be back.

I found the best nail salon in town!! Hands down love the crew here!! I come for the amazing massage but the painted toes is bonus!!! Love Susan and Mary!!! Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing pedicure with Susan. I work long 12 hour shifts and do a lot of standing and she really relaxed my tired sore legs and feet. I got the 2nd tier pedicure that was $60 and then an additional cost for the gel polish and let me tell you it was well worth it.

I've been to Win nail salon probably half a dozen times at this point(in the past few months), I had gone multiple times before over the past 5 to 6 years when it was under different ownership(luxe nail).... I must say, from the moment I walked in after it became Win Nail salon & Spa, I could tell a difference. The owner is working hard to create a special experience, unlike any other nail salon I've been to here in the Omaha area... From the cheerful greeting and immediate attention upon walking in, to the upgraded chairs to special features like a Steam addition to the pedicure, To unique and high-end chocolate and little special gifts for clients around Christmas, This nail spa has had a major upgrade! They also have a Regular bar and Boba tea bar on site for ultimate relaxation. If you haven't experienced this little gem or a nail salon, I highly recommend it! I went with a simple shellac mani because my nails are currently short and I'm letting them recover, but Kenny did a fantastic job. He cheerfully did them while I was getting a pedicure and did the closest to a Russian manicure that I've seen without it actually being a Russian. Jenni did my pedicure and was meticulous, thorough and I left with my feet looking human again, as opposed to the previous situation. Anyone who gets routine pedicures, knows they're not all created equal…Her attention to detail and how clean and high end my toes looked when I walked out has 💯 made me a repeat "Jenni" customer. 10/10 recommend!!

Over priced and not professional acrylics. They hurt and looked two weeks grown out after they were freshly done. She drilled my cuticles and the acrylic after she put the acrylic on. I understand you went above and beyond for me but so did I. I paid $400 when I was expecting to pay $120 and I only had plain American French that were supposed to be stiletto but were almond shaped instead. I felt manipulated and obligated

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The dip wasn’t sticking so shellac was applied over the dip powder. I was there for two hours as well. I had the dip powder and glue below my nails and on my fingers. I immediately went to another nail salon and had them redone. They were appalled with what they saw and couldn’t believe Win let me leave with my nails looking as they did. I’m replying here to answer your questions below. I was in on December 20 shortly after 11 AM. The last four numbers of my phone are 4833. It was not the one near Lakeside Hospital. I did not confuse the two in writing my review.

This place does not disappoint. I got a pedicure with the best massage, scrub and it came with a steamer! Jennie was absolutely amazing and staff were so kind and helpful. They also serve Boba, so we had a little treat at the end!

The only reason I give it one star is because the shop was super clean. The owner was rude to me after I made a comment about my pedicure. Also saying “that’s the best we can do”. He charged me wanted to charge me 180 all together. I brought up the fact that the pedicure was not satisfactory and my feet were still ashy! He charged me 61.20 and that was still over the price of my pedicure. Let me also state I made an appointment. He told me he would not finish my nail service because”I spoke Ill of his staff”. The young man that did my pedicure was only a year experienced. I never spoke ill of the staff because they were really nice. He also said “ nothing in America is free” after I asked him why he didn’t tell me the drinks were 10 dollars. I have no problem paying for ANYTHING I want; but I don’t like to be surprised either. I’m 39 years old and I have been religiously getting my nails done since I was 18. I know a thing or two and I also went to cosmetology school. I’m a truck driver and have been for 5 years. OTR. So when I go someplace new I expect to have some kinks because it’s a random place. Last time was in Wisconsin!(They understood the assignment) I wear boots for work! He didn’t get on the sides of my toenails or anything.The point I’m making is He tried to embarrass me because I gave criticism on a service I’m paying for! Needless to say I paid and I left. I found a really good place right around the corner and the results were way better. Do not go to this place if you don’t live here or want to be profiled. I’ve never been treated like a peasant in my life until today! I will never return.

Top notch service. I had a minor issue with service and had to return the next day. Edward took care of me and was so pleasant about it. I will be returning again while I am here on business. My nails look great. Thank you to the staff at Win Nails.

In love with my nails !! Staff fit both my mother and I in last minute and greeted us with the most welcoming attitude. Took about an hour and a half, but felt like 45 minutes with the nature sounds, comfortable seating, and active conversations. Other nail salons i’ve been to have been harsh with my hands and uninterested, but not here !! My hands and nails have never felt better. The price was perfect for the results and their boba is delicious. Will definitely be returning soon !

Absolutely abysmal experience and extremely shady business practice. When we first called and asked for a certain material, they agreed to do that. While they were doing the nails, and halfway through it, they then informed my wife that they don’t offer this material. This place offers you beverages and then tries to sneak charges onto the bill before they provide an itemized receipt. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. This is a business I hope never receives another dime. Honestly they should offer me a refund, this is the most expensive nail salon I have had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. Stay far far away.

I came in here for the first time. The salon was clean and my dip ombré nails are awesome! Every detail is perfect! They have many pedicure chairs that look really nice. I will be back.
