With all the mixed reviews and disappointment with my previous nail places, I was scared to go get my nails lately.. I was looking for a top star place near and Winstar cameup.. After reading all the mixed reviews and bad reviews, I still went here to try. I got my hands and legs done by Trisha. Such a detail oriented artist and she did a very nice work with both my hands and feets. She did everything I asked for and corrected even minor mistakes in the design before I even noticed it.. They were going to close at 6pm and they took me in for 5pm and started my manicure at close to 6pm and yet did with details and patience without hurrying on time. Thanks Trisha :)

Absolutely love this place! They do not skimp out on any service. Standard pedicure includes full leg/foot massage, hot stones, and citrus scrub (plus they have real oranges that they squeeze on your legs too). I haven’t come across this at any other local salon. Staff is more than kind and always provides the best service.

I was so excited to try this place out since I’ve heard great things about it. Drove 30 minutes to come get my nails done and was pretty disappointed. The nail tech who did my nails was extremely rushed. Another nail tech came in to fix the job and it was better than how it started but still disappointed in the outcome. It’s only been a day and I already have the nail to my pointer finger lifting…

Win-star is the only place I have been that excels in designs of any kind and is consistent with shaping nails. I have had so many bad experiences with poorly done almond shaped nails. Lauren does amazing at taking the time to make sure each nail even and consistent with the rest. She does amazing with designs. Always will come back here! The skills are unmatched

Haven’t been satisfied with a salon in years! Either the customer service isn’t good or they hurt my nails and cuticles! Tried here tonight for the first time. Trisha was friendly and had amazing detail. I was shocked to see how well they took care of my nail health and also did amazing on the design!! It was also affordable and she got done in a timely manner. Can’t wait to make this my new salon, thank you!

I got a pedicure there and had a crack in my toenail. It was definitely unpaintable as was, and I told them I was totally fine if they just put some super glue on it. The manager offered to fill in the small hole with acrylic and did not mention any type of additional fee, to which I was very appreciative, until I went up to pay. They charged me $10 extra for a rather bubbly fix (acrylic was not shaved down at all after application). When I responded with confusion the manager replied, and I quote, "We put acrylic on your whole toe, not just the hole. What did you expect, no one would fix it for free." The hole could literally have been filled with super glue, and as was the amount of acrylic material used came out to a single fingernail or less. Even a $5 upcharge I could MAYBE understand, especially if they communicated the upcharge in advance. But to charge $10 for fixing a small hole on a single toe, with no prior communication, was in my opinion incredibly greedy and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this salon.

Best nail salon I have been too! The owners are always so kind and they always get me in super quick! Sky is my favorite nail artist and she takes her time and does a fantastic job on my nails every time I go! Will be my go to nail place forever!

From the minute I walked in the service was fabulous. The owner Michael was very nice and professional. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. Both were terrific! I highly recommend! Thank you Michael!

The lady who i assume was the owner was incredibly rude to my friend when she did not like her nails, the lady she had rushed her nails and they were super thick and the shape was poor. When we tried to say something she said that it was just her nails and that they’re not thick. If you can’t do good nails on any type of nail beds then maybe being a nail tech isn’t the job for you! My lady did a great job, but $85 dollars is steep for what i got. ( red is my friend pink and gold is mine )

I have been looking for a real solid nail place for awhile now & i finally found it. The 30 min drive across town is so worth it. Affordable, very fast & up to my expectations. They’ve got another regular customer out of me!

I went in for a mother daughter mani & pedi date. I called ahead to book the reservation. The staff was very friendly, and took excellent care of us. They have an adorable toy poodle who hangs around the shop. My daughter loved being able to hold him in her lap and being able to pet him. The pedis came with soaking, moisturizing, hot towels, and hot stone massaging. I have paid similar amount for much less, so their services were pleasant surprises. I don’t go to nail spas very often, but I would love to book my next spa date with my little girl at Win Star again.

Friendly owners. Clean and neat salon. Received shellac manicure and was charged $45. My daughter recommended I go to WinStar. After my visit-She told me her shellac mani was $35, and I now do see this pricing on the web site. Maybe website not updated? Mary did awesome polish application; however, I was underwhelmed with my cuticle trimming. Not cleaned/cut enough.

My husband got me a gift card here for my birthday, after he researched reviews on nail spas all over the metro and determined this one was the best. After visiting Win Star a number of times, I agree with his findings. They are always friendly here and do a thorough job. As with any spa, some technicians are a bit better than others, and you will find your favorites. I appreciate that the scrub with orange peels and added hot stone massage are included in their basic $40 pedicure. Last night, I had a basic pedicure with Sara and she was beyond awesome! Sara’s foot massage was not rushed, and super relaxing! My toes look perfect today. Icing on the cake when you visit: Whiskey!! Not the drink, but the dog- the owner’s tiny dog, Whiskey, is adorable and if you are lucky, he will let you pet him :)

The most poor nail service place I have ever been to. The owners are so rude and have no common decency for their customers. I’ve been going here for a while and every time i’ve been treated with nothing but disrespect. Learn to give your employees lunch breaks and don’t schedule someone when they are going on lunch.

I went in for a mani, pedi. The pedicure was good, the mani was not a mani, it was literally a dip and that's it. No soak, no getting the cuticles, no lotion, no hand massage. Literally just the nail dip. I paid $45 to get my fingernails painted. The manicure was a complete waste of money. Nice place, convenient location I will not be back. I'll go spend $95.00 + tip somewhere that gives a manicure and not just paint your nails.

I have been coming here for over a year now and I always have a great experience. Whenever my family is in town this is the only salon I will bring them to. Everyone is so sweet and professional here. It is also a clean and sterile environment. Also, their dog Whiskey is such a sweetheart!! 10/10 I absolutely love this place!

The BEST nail salon in omaha hands down. I have been getting long acrylic nails since I was 16 (now 23) and since moving to omaha (3 years ago) I have tried countless nail salons. I was introduced to Winstar by one of my friends a couple months ago and will now forever be grateful for taking the chance. I don't even know where to begin just because of how amazing this business is all around !! Firstly, there is nothing better than when you are able to tell how much pride an owner takes in their business! The owner is always found on the floor, whether greeting guests as they walk in and asking us if we'd like a beverage or helping out his staff his positive presence is felt all around. His warmth overflows onto his staff as well, not a single time have I been met with anything besides complete kindness and positivity. As someone with anxiety the way I am treated at a business has always outweighed the quality of work in forming my opinion however, at Winstar not only are they some of the kindest people I have ever met they also do some of the best work I have ever seen!! Now let me tell you about my girl Sky, to put it simply she kills it every time !! Any nail design idea I throw her way she slays but she also cares about her art. When it comes to nail shape she doesn't do it blindly, she actually looks at your hand and finger shape and does it to suit your specific needs. She is hands down one of the best nail artists of all time and I feel so lucky to have her!! Now on to the pedicures at Winstar, life changing. I'm talking hot stones, I'm talking massage, I'm talking they will actually fix your problem nails and help you on your journey to healthier feet!! I borderline nap every time I get one because of how relaxing they are and leave with jelly legs ! Now money, Winstar not only is clean, gives luxury, and has exceptional customer service, they are economically reasonable. Out of all the salons I have gone to they have some of the best prices I have ever seen making it possible to treat myself in this economy. In summary if you don't go to Winstar you are doing yourself a disservice. They are economically reasonable, some of the friendliest people, care about their quality of services, and will give you nails that will make your friends jealous! Winstar is my happy place and I wish I could give it more then 5 stars

I came to try Winstar as it is super close distance to my work- hoping I’d have good luck after looking over reviews. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. My nails were filed extremely uneven, cuts on 4 fingers from her filing aggressively on my skin and I don’t even know how to explain the other issues. Update with more issues with my nails my polish is now bubbling and seperating from my nails and it’s only been 3 days since getting my nails done. Poor quaility polish- definitely not worth the money.

I live in Bellevue but found this salon on a whim as it's near my doctor's office. Win Star is definitely worth the drive from Bellevue though, as it's by far the best nail salon in the Omaha area. Great, friendly service and Tiffany always does an amazing job on my nails :) Very accommodating to nail design request and will make sure you leave happy with your nails.

I walked in and it seemed nice at first. A nice lady Quinn was doing my nails… in the middle of my set they switched my nail tech. I expressed gently how i didn’t like that bc i liked how Quinn was doing my nails. Michael said for me to not have an attitude just because i stated i didn’t want to switch the tech which i didn’t say with an inch of attitude but I guess its bc im black and stated a concern, then say they’re not going to finish just bc of my concern but they ended up doing them. I just moved from south Florida & was hoping to make this my new nail salon. So sad the amount of racism experienced in Omaha .. Michael embarrassed me and made me feel horrible. Nice nail techs tho but the way that man made me feel ruined my whole experience. Not no other white person in there was treated as such. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip, NO ONE would tip being treated that way. Update to response: you dont want to go into detail because I did nothing to you. You did everything to offend me so I wish you would go into detail on the facts of the situation. Please keep your prayers, I dont want or need any prayers from racists. But I do pray for you and this world to find some kind heart

Nothing but great things to say about this shop! They make sure to really understand what you want, check in throughout, and truly want you to have a good experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and the shop dog is adorable! I’ll definitely be coming back here again and again.

My first time going and will be coming back. My nails came out perfect and the gal I had continued to check if I was happy with my nails and length throughout which I really appreciate. She was super sweet and made sure I was happy with the results. Plus, they have a super cute teddy bear doggy that hangs around ;).

Sky did an amazing job on my dip manicure. It was a clean and calm environment. She was very friendly and I love how my nails look :) I’ll be back.
