The only place I’ll ever get my nails done at. Everyone is so friendly and I have left happy every single appointment made. I’m always impressed with the level of service - especially from the nail tech, Rachel. Every single design she’s ever done for me has been flawless, no matter how intricate (I usually go in with zero ideas and let her take creative liberty and I’m never disappointed). Shes so patient, so meticulous, and so so kind. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

Windermere has become a place for me to relax, thet are so welcoming but My Girl Rachel is the best. I have been doing my nails since I was 14 years old and when I tell you shes the best i ever had ❤️❤️❤️❤️ she always listens to what I want and need and also shes my therapist 😂 Book your appointment with her shes the best. I got my nails done by Mei for the first time and she is so talented! Had been looking for somewhere affordable but also where I wouldn’t feel disappointed with the end results and she came to serve!! I 10/10 recommend coming here for their talented nail artist.

I had the best time with Kat and Mei! They were both friendly, professional and delivered an excellent quality experience. Kat is so skilled that he could anticipate what I wanted with my manicure. He even continued to check in with me to make sure I was on track with the design I requested. Mei was personable and made me feel like I had a new friend. She also checked in with me throughout my pedi-massage package experience. They both delivered a high quality of service and truly wonderful experience. They were a little busy and yet they each made me feel as if I was the only person there. I also felt that the price was fair. I have paid similar costs at other salons and not had as good an experience. Here, it was well worth it! 100% recommend going here!

I started going to Windemere Nails & Spa a couple months ago and am always in love with my nails. Mei is the absolute best! I bring in some inspiration pictures but tell her to do whatever she thinks looks best and she comes up with amazingly beautiful designs. She is so creative and talented, plus sweet and fun to chat with. Great place, talented staff and reasonable pricing!

One of my favorite nail salons in Orlando, and Rachel She is my go-to; she did a great job on my pedicure and manicure, and the massage was great. Also, Mei is absolutely amazing; she is my husband's go-to person. They also have a new head spa service, which I tried twice, and I love it so much. Ask for Julie for the head spa; she has done a great job, and I feel so much more relaxed after the service. She not only does your head, but the service also includes a facial massage, neck, and shoulder massage. Highly recommended!

Rachel did an amazing job with my nails! She was so careful and precise, not just with the nail art but also with my cuticles, especially after I told her after a bad experience I had at another salon. I'll definitely be coming back!

The pedicure was great. But my set was so ugly and bumpy / uneven. I was surprised since all the reviews have gorgeous nails. Mine were a little embarrassing tbh. I had to take them off right away. Three stars because the pedicure was great. They look really nice and I enjoyed the very long massage.

This is our second time here in 2 years. We come to Orlando every Thanksgiving and this is now our new spot every time we come. We called right before they closed yesterday to schedule an appointment for 11 PEOPLE when they first opened TODAY, and they accommodated us with no problem. They will ALWAYS have my vote. God Bless Ok I had to update even though I'm a week late lol. 3rd year back and we had an AWESOME TIME!!! We felt like VIP the time we walked through the doors up until we walked out. I LOVE THIS PLACE, DO YOU HEAR ME? Coco is a true professional and worked through my ticklish antics lol. Thank you all again. We'll see you all next year.

"I had an amazing experience at Windermere Nails & Spa for my mani and pedicure! The staff was professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. Mei is amazing! Excellent Service!!! Julie was amazing, a true miracle worker. My feet was burning in hell, like I was walking on charcoal, then in the blink of an eye my feet made it to the pearly gates of heaven! You have changed my life Julie!!!

My mom and I came and sat with Helen and Rachel. This place was recommended to us another person and we were certainly rewarded for taking the advice to come here. We felt welcome and taken care of. They asked us how we were multiple times and helped us feel in control of the experience. I felt really like they cared that we have a stellar time. I asked for a complicated design and Rachel did a phenomenal job. The person who recommended I come here also recommended Kat, Tran, and Tina. If you’re looking for a good place with attention to detail for designs, patience for those ticklish or uncomfortable with these types of experiences, or someone who needs extra care, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m leaving this review also so I can find the place next time I’m in Orlando!

Received a simple and classic French tip set from Nancy! She did a lovely job and was very kind throughout the whole appointment. I tried this salon out after a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad that I went. I've already received compliments on my nails! Thank you so much Nancy!!

I enjoyed the technician, the space and the nails but I got builder gel a week ago and a nail has already fallen off… i don’t think this is fair when I paid almost 70 dollars for these nails with tip. I’m dissapointed :(. The work was great but for that price my nail should NOT have already fallen off

My new favorite nail salon! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated immediately for a pedicure. Sue greeted me with a smile and great energy! She gave me a wonderful pedicure while she addressed my nail concerns. I told her my nails (hands) are weak and thin so I was afraid of making it worse and I just wanted to let them grow out. After listening to my concerns, she suggested doing the bio gel first and then a coat of gel polish on top. She was right! There was minimal drilling and filing but it still came out perfect! She was very gentle and meticulous during both the pedi and mani. She understood the assignment!!! I will definitely be going back to Sue in 3 weeks!

Mei is the reason I come to Windermere Nails & Spa. Not only is she personable and kind, she is hands down the BEST at nails. Whatever you ask for, she can do it with ease!! She is incredibly precise with her work. I always leave with the most beautiful nails and receive so many compliments!! 10/10 recommend Mei !!! The spa itself is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Walked in with ingrown toenails, a limp and a kinked shoulder... walked out with none of those problems sparkly blue toenails and feeling like a million bucks! Tina's got strong hands and was just absolutely fabulous! 🥰
