My husband and I had THE BEST facials with Anita at London House Chicago. The deep clean and products were fabulous and the facial massage was out of this world. She also books at the Intercontinental if you want more of a spa experience before services (London House is very small.)

Latisha was amazing, I feel like jello in the best way possible. This was my first massage ever and she was so kind during the entire thing. She checked in on me throughout and made the entire experience the best. Would gladly come back. :)

Angie was absolutely AMAZING! I was gifted the Shea Butter 80 min massage and she had the perfect temperature, pressure and rhythm. I told her my trouble spots and she definitely focused on those areas. I would definitely return and book Angie.

Enjoyed our couples massage. Daniella and Agnes were great. Our second time here for massages. My husband also had a facial with Daniella and said it was great. Great perk to be able to enjoy the spa amenities at the Hyatt Lodge. The spa itself use an upgrade as it’s a bit dated. Will come again and recommend.

I went in for a deep tissue massage and Krystal was amazing. She worked at my knots in my neck and back and it felt so good after she was done. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and will definitely be returning!

It was a nice service, although I specifically asked for my sister to have the massage first and the facial second, I called to confirm that it could be done this way, they assured me “yes”, however they didn’t deliver this order that I had requested so I cannot give a five star review.

I got a facial and massage combo with Amanda (esthetician) and Angie (massage therapist) who were both fabulous! As soon as I walked in, Amanda greeted me with such a bubbly attitude and was excited to make me feel pampered. The consultation was quick and to the point which I like. The bed and blankets were warm and cozy which was so nice on a cold day, and both services were quiet and peaceful and relaxing. I fell asleep a few times lol! Amanda gave me a quick rundown of how the facial would go and then again at the end with the choices she made and a review of my skin. Angie definitely could feel where the knots in my back were and used some pressure points to help release them. That hour flewwwww by! The most relaxing massage I have EVER had!

I’m happy this place exists. My facial was the MOST relaxing experience I have ever had. From music to warm table and towels. Though very thorough and left with the knowledge for self-care journey. I recommend Anita the esthetician she’ll make you feel fabulous. Tell her this review sent you.

Went to Londonhouse for a couples massage. Angie and our other masseuse were so welcoming and professional. They made us feel comfortable throughout the whole massage. Very happy and will be back!
