I really liked this place when I first went so I’m sad about this. Went back a second time for threading and now my brows are two completely different shapes and sizes.

Highly recommend Diana. I did a brow shape, tint, and calming treatment and my brows look so much better than before. The calming treatment was so relaxing, the perfect balance after threading!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your brows and lashes to be ruined. I came in here on December 16th 2024 for a lash lift and tint and brow threading for the first time the day before going home for the holidays and Im only now writing this review because I was left with a HORRIBLE EYE INFECTION from the lash tint and it just recently cleared up ruining my entire holiday vacation and time home with my family. Hours after leaving the salon my eyes became red and swollen and I immediately washed off the tint even though I was supposed to wait 24hrs but it was too late. My eyes were extremely itchy, red and swollen. It was one of the most uncomfortable and painful things I’ve ever had to endure and it lasted for 10 days while the only thing that gave me any relief was icing my eyes constantly. I saw a doctor when I got home and he said the tint gave me a chemically induced conjunctivitis (pink eye) and none of the meds or eye drops he prescribed me really helped. On top of that, my eyebrows were completely butchered! I told her not to take any hairs off the top and she still did. I like my brows full and fluffy and said I only wanted a clean up and she totally over plucked my brows!! Thankfully I told her not to trim them or they would have looked even worse!!! !!! Also, one lady started doing my lashes and then she just stopped working on my to attend two other ladies who walked in without an appointment and then just had someone else do my brows and finish my lashes. It just felt so unprofessional. The fact that I paid $250 for an eye infection and terrible uneven eyebrows is a crime. This place is awful and should not be in business. Consider this your warning!

She waxed my upperlip and badly cut it, it's still bleeding.Didn't even bother to even out the eyebrows. Really bad skills, had no idea how to shape the brows anugularly(ended up rounding them). Overpriced for a terrible service. Not recommended.

I’ve been going to wink brow bar for two years now and it’s the only place that helped me grow my eyebrows while maintaining a clean shape! Classic threading looks and feels great, and Diane is amazing!

not worth a visit. unfriendly staff and the service quality was not satisfying. They offer a free product when posting a positive comment, think that explains the good reviews here.

3p’s to describe this service: patience, professionalism, perfection! Dalmania was extremely knowledgeable and just great overall. After not doing my eyebrows for over a year, I’m so happy I came to Wink for a refresh. Will definitely be returning!

I walked in and was greeted by Dalmatia who welcomed me in and squeezed me on the schedule for a brow tint. She was knowledgeable and friendly. My brows look better than ever. I’m so happy I found Wink!

Juli is bomb ! Literally walked me through the entire process! I had no idea what I was doing and she made me feel very comfortable with my decisions! She even created a plan so we can grow my brows back! I will be back and I’m bringing friends :)

Walked in for an eyebrow wax and it was the worst decision I made all week. This is the most I’ve ever paid for an eyebrow service ($37); I’m not picky with my technicians and usually get them done at a low-key spot. Overpriced for a messy job. Nice technician but I left with a pretty bad wax burn on both sides of my face. Also, people are encouraged to write 5-star reviews to get a discount from the business, which is probably against Google’s terms of service.

Tried reaching out to reschedule my appointment. Called 5 times throughout the day with no answer and voicemail box was full. Finally went for my appt and it’s the worst my eyebrows have ever looked. Showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted them to be and they couldn’t look more different. Will NEVER go back or recommend to a friend.

Ilanit gave me the most incredible, romantic, and flattering lash lift and tint at Wink in West Village. The process and consultation was so skillful, quick, efficient, clean, and informative- making my first experience with a lash lift probably a life long addiction to lash lifts. I also got a painless face threading that was just as excellent. I can't reccomend enough.

Best brow place I’ve found in NYC. Prices are reasonable for the job they do and very comparable to similar places. They’re very professional and really listen to what you want to do with your brows! They also keep your profile, so they know what you did previous times. All the women are very nice as well!
