As a customer for over 10 years I was very surprised to be turned away because they decided to close early. I drove 30min in traffic after checking their hours online. I arrived with door unlocked, but they were packing up to leave. He confirmed it they were open until 5pm, but stated she was tired. I can empathize with a long hard day, but for a service that takes 3 minutes it truly was disappointing. With over 10min until close, no apology and lack of consideration I hope they will adjust hours or add more staff for the future.

I arrived 3:25pm to just get my eyebrows threaded. The door was locked; however, there was no sign on the door stating that they were closing early. I also see customers inside chilling. I continue to nudge at the door like hello?? A man comes to the door and says they’re closing at 4 today. It’s 3:25….My service takes 3 mins max. Rude, unprofessional. I will be taking myself elsewhere

The lady who works here does a great job on my eyebrows and she is fast. If there is a lot of people in line, you usually don't have to wait more than 10 minutes. Not the friendliest, but gets the job done.

Love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded! Very convenient location and friendly quick service. There may be a wait time (15 min) if there’s a line but usually I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices as well!

I’ve been coming here once per month over the last five years and absolutely love it! They are always quick and my eyebrows have never looked better. The man and woman who run the business are always so nice and friendly. Keep in mind this is a family owned and operated business with only two employees. They do need to take breaks / lunch during the day so I recommend coming before noon or after 1:30 ish to make sure they are open!

DONT COME HERE! This is the worst place I've ever been to. I did my eyebrows with Kapuna (older Indian lady if that's her name). She literally took 1 customer before me in 1 minute and 30 seconds lady didnt look happy at all. Then it was my turn...Same thing did it so quick and before showing you what you look like she immediately asks "lotion or gel".. I took a look only to notice my eyebrows are not even and she took a huge chunk right out of the middle...If you hate your job that much then why work there Kapuna? why employ someone who will run your business to the ground Wink mgt? for $12 +Tip for a 90 seconds you can get better anywhere else. NO TIP and NEVER coming back! Hope people see this review and picture.

I will never come back I came around 12:40pm today it was as if she was in a hurry not sure why I was the only one there and I had lunch when I got to the restaurant I recognized she did nothing eyebrows uneven hair on the side… I wanted to call but they don’t have a number but never again .

Have been here before twice and was very satisfied. But this last time there was a different woman there who did not speak a word of English, so how are you supposed to tell her what you want done and how you want your eyebrows shaped?She didn’t do a very good job and I had to come home and pull a few hairs myself. She also didn’t use scissors to shape and cut the long hairs as the previous woman did. All the boss does is stand at the register and collect money. He doesn’t move from that spot. They move so fast. It seems like they take less than five minutes to do your brows before they Do the next person.

I have been coming to Wink for approximately 6 years and absolutely love my tech. She does the best job on my eyebrows that I have ever experienced. I am leaving a 1 star review today because of the way the older man at the register treated me and how I observed him treating the other customers. Until today, I have always been very pleased with the front desk staff. If he is the business owner, he should reconsider being here as I’m sure he will continue to drive customers away.

Lady rushed and did a sloppy job and when I asked her to thread what she missed, she had a bad attitude. She should charge $5 instead of $12 with the rushed work she does. Will not return. If she had a better attitude in fixing her sloppy work then maybe I would return and recommend to others, but there’s 100% better threaders out there that actually care about the work they do.
