The eye lash retention is not great. Literally lost so many lashes after just 3 days. IDK if it’s the adhesive or what but it’s not acceptable. When you pay as much as we all do for lash fills you should have better results.

Lauryn is the best lash artist! Her retention is amazing and her work is always beautiful. She's the sweetest person I've ever met and she always makes sure you're comfortable. My experience with Winked and particularly with Lauren has been great. The shop is cute and clean, and my lashes are so easy to maintain. I hate using mascara and this eliminates the need. I highly recommend Lauren for lash extensions!

I absolutely love WINKED! It is so clean and cute. I also love Angelica, she is amazing and her room is so cute, clean, and the bed is SUPER COMFY! She even offered me a clean blanket too. The retention on my lashes were so good I went back after two weeks but i could’ve went another. I also love the music she has playing in her room gives off good vibes. Can’t wait to come back ✨

I absolutely love this place. The decor is super modern. The rooms are private. The owner is beyond amazing. She did such a good job on my PMU eyebrows. I get my lashes done there as well. Angelica is so sweet and I feel beautiful every time I leave.

I've been getting my lashes done for almost 5 years and I've tried many places. So far, my experience at WiNKED has been great. My appointments have started right on time, the gal really listened to what I had to say to make sure I was happy with my lashes look. The only thing that would make this place perfection would be the comfy massage chairs that I've seen at some lash salons. That being said, the vibe is super cute and I'd defintely recommend getting lashes here.

Ashli is absolutely amazing! Very professional! She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She will go over everything with you and she even checked up on me!! Like how freaking sweet is that!?! Even when I thought I messed up the after care and had a mini panic attack lol she reassured me all will come out perfect. And they did!!!!!! I highly highly recommend her shop and services!!!!! She has gained a customer with me for life!!!!

I decided to invest in eyelash extensions to save myself some time in the morning, as well as look fabulous all the time with very little upkeep (other than the every-two-weeks appts, which are super relaxing anyway!). When I booked to see Angelica, I was very fresh and new. The first appointment, Angelica was amazing and spent tons of time showing me lots of different photos to give me an idea of classic versus hybrid versus volume. I ended up going with a hybrid "wet set" and I have been in love ever since, studiously booking my appointments every two weeks to look amazing all the time. She discussed cleaning and care with me, is always willing to work with me when I walk in and say "I want THIS style today" and always explains the details, i.e. sometimes it takes a few appointments to see a new look as you have to replace the lashes over the weeks as they fall out to get the look you want. I've had compliments on my lashes and how long and voluminous they are. Are lash extensions an inexpensive service? No, but I can't imagine myself without them now. They really are so easy and look way better than just mascara ever could, plus I don't have to mess with falsies and the bad glue I could never get right. There are other places nearby that I had looked at, but none of them have the perfect (and deserved) 5-stars Winked does and like many cosmetic services, you get what you pay for! The salon is so incredibly clean, soothing, relaxing, and very chic. I've had great retention, no issues with allergic reactions or dermatitis, no "bad batches" of lashes falling out the first few days. Most of all I love my lash tech, who is sweet, soft-spoken, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Angelica @ Winked for lash services. She will always be honest, always keep your lash health in mind, and work with you.

I made an appointment for a hybrid full set and for health reasons had to cancel due to other priorities in my life right now. I canceled the appointment on June 7 which was 6 days advance notice and they kept my $75 deposit!! And the person I made an appointment with had plenty of openings. The owner said sorry it’s our policy. She said she would apply the $75 to a future appointment. I told her I didn’t know when that would be and she still kept my $75. I have never run into such greediness. I am not going back.

When you find a good lash tech you never cheat on them! Angela has been blessing my lashes for some months now and I couldn’t be any happier with her art! She listens to what you like and delivers! ! My lashes last long and I sometimes forget it’s time for a fill . So glad I have found her and I’m never letting her go. It’s always so relaxing and clean inside! I live about 25 minutes away and she is so worth the drive!!

My lash fills every two week are one of the best hours of my week! I come in and get a pain free fill and a refreshing nap or great conversation with Angelica. She tentatively ensures my lashes are to their fullest, clean, and that I am satisfied with them. If I have any stuck (which it is very very rare) she takes the time to fix them. I am extremely satisfied with the service I get each and every time. I've been coming to Winked for over two years and have not once had a single complaint with Ashli, Maiyetsi (no longer here), or Angelica.

Firstly the space is so cute and the owner Ashli is the actual SWEETEST! I go to Angelica for my lash extensions and the girl is pure talent. My retention is always amazing, I never get watery itchy eyes (which I have had with past lash artists) and they always look stunning. Forever my go to for my lashes!
