Always a fantastic cut from Win and very affordable. I think she should charge more than she does, tip generously if you’re happy with your cut. Very personable, great sense of humor and loves to share her favorite foods and recipes. I have never been disappointed with my visit or haircut when i come to see Win. I would recommend her to anyone. She has many years of experience with hair and it shows. Very skilled with the scissors and clippers! I drive from the Outer Sunset for haircuts.

My daughter has very curly hair and she doesn’t generally trust anyone with her haircut, I picked her up from college and she needed a haircut. We were not disappointed at all. She was very happy with her layered haircut and her curls looked gorgeous. She was so attentive and detailed to her work. I ended up getting a haircut myself too. Definitely recommend this place. 👍😃

This will be my go-to place for a hair cut. Normal cut for females $23, with layers $28. No appointments and cash only. I recently moved and have been on the lookout for an affordably priced haircut. I spoke to Carmen in Chinese but she understands English just fine. I told her I wanted to trim off my split ends, maintain the layers and have a u-shape. She delivered.

Very well priced and very kind woman!! She gave me exactly what I wanted and did a fabulous job! I have very thick straight hair and I love the style and my partner has very curly hair and she handled both types very well!

One of the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten and so reasonable. I wear my hair in a very short pixie so cut is crucial. Carmen really knows what she’s doing. I live in Sacramento but will come to the City for her whenever I need a cut

Started a perm on my hair, then stopped my perm to cut not 1 but 4 mens hair, one of which some Asian man threatened me and verbally abused me while I sat in chair. I ended up taking the curlers out of my own hair and walked out. If you will notice all the reviews are from men because she caters to them.

Been going to this place for last 4 years. $17 for men haircut. The place is almost never busy. Owner cutting hair is so nice. Her sister also has a place just a block away for same price. Please give extra tip to support this business :)

Carmen is the sweetest lady ever and she gave me a super nice haircut. All i needed to tell her was to “make me look decent” since I’m pretty clueless around hairdressers. But she sure understood the assignment! Remember to carry cash though, since the place doesn’t accept cards yet

Carmen is very soft-spoken and took great care in cutting my hair. I was skeptical about the haircut quality at $17, but Carmen did a better job than my previous costlier experiences in SF. My wife also liked the end result. Would definitely recommend!

She is a hard working woman and fun to talk with. I got a simple men's haircut for $17.50 which is a really good deal in SF. Only issue is she only accepts cash.
