A massage at Wintergreen spa is always a treat. Always welcoming, professional staff that make every effort to accomodate your needs. Absolutely loved my massage I got from Tetiana! She started out by asking me what I liked and disliked and if I had any known problem areas - nobody has ever asked me that before, so it completely changed the entire experience!!

I had a whole spa experience and it was wonderful! Ana was my masseuse and she was phenomenal. I got a 80 deep tissue massage, hot stones were used which felt great during the cold weather, and then a 30min facial. They gave me tea, water and some treats while I sat in the salt room for 60 min and relaxed. I left feeling great!

One of the better spas I have found that provides an experience with their massages. Wondetful staff and the massage was AWESOME!! My knotty shoulder was worked carefully but enough so I felt relief. She is so knowledgeable in it and certified in the techniques to help,first thing I went looking for! Over a week after my massage, I still feel the relief.

I had a great experience lately having deep massage that my back needed so bad. The masseuse was really welcoming and attentive, worked on my weak spots and overall left good impression. Will come back again!

I would give the massage a 7 out of 10. The facility gets a 0. The spa is in an old house. I'm sensitive to mold, and always feel negative effects of being in a place where there is mold. I am feeling it today. The blocks of salt made the salt room somewhat interesting, but otherwise it was tacky, cluttered and useless. The bathroom was totally mirrored, all walls, and even the ceiling. Weird and made me feel insecure. The recliner was wonky. The robe I was given to wear smelled bad. The face rest did too. The locker for personal items had no lock. I don't feel I got my money's worth. The masseuse kept leaving the room and coming back. ??? I am sorry I cannot give any recommendation for this spa. I will not go back.

Amazing experience! We were pampered and greeted with champagne and a salt room before the massage then treated again after the massage with hot tea, snacks and more champagne! Tatiana and Anna were very attentive to us and have a great couples massage. Worth the very short drive from Downtown. It was a far better experience than the local franchises.

Amazing!!!!! My daughter and I did the salt room breathing. Just amazing at the care and detail she went into to create a comfortable and relaxing environment! Between the fine China for the tea and the blankets for relaxation. Also we left with clean breathing and feeling a like we have clean energy. We drove 1.5 to come here and it was definitely worth and more. We will do again real soon!!!! So worth it in every aspect!

Beyond incredible service by Tatiana & Anya! What a wonderful way to end our vacation! So sweet and Tatiana was so funny!! Very hospitable! As an avid spa connoisseur , I would recommend this at a 10/10!

Titiana was amazing. She was very inviting and easy to talk too. Her stone massage was amazing. This was bought as a gift for me and I didn’t know it included an infrared sauna and the salt room. The whole experience was perfect and relaxed which is what I needed. Thank you!

An AMAZING deep tissue massage and a truly relaxing facial with cucumbers on my eyes! I loved the hot towels throughout my massage and facial. I loved the neck and shoulder massage during the facial!❤️ She pampered me to the fullest. She is a beautiful lady, inside and out and wants the very best for every client that she treats! I enjoyed my birthday gift very much, thanks to my loving fiancé, Lance! I hope that I don’t wait another year to receive another massage and facial from Tetiana! I booked a massage for my mother and the overall experience was fantastic. My mom said the massage was 10/10 . I was allowed to sit in the salt room and it was extremely relaxing and peaceful with hot tea , snacks , champagne. I highly recommend .

I was given a gift certificate (for Christmas). I visited the spa in March 2024 and received a hot stones massage, infrared sauna session, and time in the salt room. Tatiana was pleasant, professional, and provided a great massage. I was able to shower after the infrared sauna session, which was great. I partook in the champagne and chocolates in the salt room. Great experience. I hope to return in the future for a facial.

My daughter and I had a spa day while I was visiting Greenville. I have to tell you Tetiana was so gracious. We took advantage of the Salt Room where we were treated to water, tea and champagne, then a 90 minute massage. Truly the most relaxing experience. We will definitely return when visiting Greenville. The whole space feels like an alternate, tranquil dimension. The service is also on another level - between sipping hot, fresh tea in the salt-wall room, champagne and dessert wafers you’ll feel like royalty. The massage was wonderful and the owner is the sweetest person! You must visit this magical gem!

Best massage ever!! My sister and I went to relax and regenerate. I am a massage therapist and have many massages from all over and it's the best massage I've ever received. Very therapeutic and realxing salt room, snacks and water. Nice, clean and so relaxing. Tatiana is by far the best!!!

Had a wonderful spa day. Tetiana’s hands are strong yet delicate. She’s very kind and makes sure you’re feeling comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and stress free. You can adjust the music volume to your comfort level and talking is minimal. Perfect place to relax. Will be back soon!

I got a little bit of everything. Hot stone and deep tissue massage. Sauna and salt room treatment for a good price. Spent over 3 1/2 hours on the service. Tetiana was amazing. Her customer service is unmatched. She was very pleasant and nice. She makes sure you feel very pampered. Highly recommended. Will be back often.

Tatiana was amazing and so nice and professional! the massage felt so good. The salt room was so nice and really helped my allergies she also gave me complimentary tea and champagne and chocolates. The prices are very reasonable I got facial for 60 dollars!

This is a delightful spa—calm, thoughtfully appointed, and interesting. Tetiana is so personable and knowledgeable, finding my problem areas immediately during the massage and targeting them perfectly. She went above and beyond to pamper and relax me. I have five kids, including a medically fragile baby, so I don’t get out much, but Tetiana threw herself into making my afternoon out absolutely magical. Hot tea and champagne in the salt room was the perfect way to wrap it up. I hope to visit again soon and I’d highly recommend her services.

Went to celebrate birthday and had such nice time! Very clean, decor and music are calming. I get really good deep tissue massage. Tatiana was able to effect significant relief, which may be long lasting. My husband got a facial (pretty much his first) and he said that he loved it and would want to do this again. Salt room was best experience. Truly, I wish I book longer session. Now I got gift certificate for my mom. Check the website see all packages a lot to choose from.
