I came here to get my hair colored along with a haircut. The place was beautifully decorated and the people were extremely nice. Miriam and lily worked on my hair and made sure I get the exact result I wanted. They looked at the photos and gave recommendations best suited to my face.

I love WiP! The salon and staff a very welcoming. I have gotten my hair cut, colored and styled many times over the years. There is also a nail tech who does an amazing job! Ransome Brown gives the best scalp massages with a shampoo. You won't regret it!

I started going to Seth years ago after switching to a pixie cut. He quickly understood what I wanted and did an amazing job. It became my favorite haircut. However, I eventually decided to try growing it out. Seth made the transition really easy by giving me cuts that helped manage those awkward growing-out months. Last week, I decided I wanted my pixie cut back, and I told him. He did a fantastic job, restoring the cut that I loved!

Over the years my hair has changed from short and wavy to long and curly and now short and curly, and every time I come here Alexis is prepared and does an amazing job. Each visit to WiP leaves me feeling relaxed and confident - I highly recommend this salon.

Just had my hair done here for a wedding in September and Trinity did an amazing job! My end result was exactly like the photo I showed her and my hair stayed put ALL DAY LONG! Thanks Trinity!!

I recently got my hair done at WIP Downtown and it was wonderful! The color is beautiful and the cut is adorable! Ransome did a great job! The salon is hella cute and this is my favorite hair look in ages. ✨✨

My first experience at WIP was when I was visiting from Maui and the haircut and color was so great that I'd wait until I was visiting Indy again to get my cut and color done! I was very impressed with the talent and technique of the stylists here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Seth is the best! He is the only one I let cut my hair. He always listens and gives the best blowouts. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly.

I had a great experience with my blowout at WiP salon! They really took their time with the scalp massage and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I love how fun and colorful the salon is as well. My blowout turned out so good and lasted for several days! I definitely recommend!

I love getting my hair done at WiP! The salon is so sunny and beautiful. It’s always easy to find street parking near the salon. I feel so relaxed after a hair wash, scalp massage, and blowout, not to mention my hair looks amazing.

Wip is my home salon. They always ask what I want for my cut even when I get the same thing every time. Easy to make an appointment online and plenty of available times that fit my schedule. Beautiful salon space and super friendly staff.

10/10 I was so impressed with their salon. Their employees are absolutely amazing. They were able to get me in on a ridiculously short notice to get my hair done before my birthday. I will definitely go again and again. Shout out to Seth for bringing my Buffy vision to life. I cannot get over my haircut. I am obsessed.

First time going here for a haircut. The stylists gave input and helped me realize what I wanted out of a haircut. They offered me a drink (which should be customary at shops). A very positive experience

I wanted to achieve more blonde in my hair and Sophie did just that! She talked me through what I wanted and focused exactly what would work for me while making me comfortable! I wanted her opinion on what to do & she provided that for me along with fulfilling my needs. Loved working with Sophie. Will definitely be back to see her more!

I’ve been looking forward to getting my haircut here due to the positive reviews. I even saved up for this appointment so I could treat myself to something special. When I arrived, I had a pleasant time with my hairdresser. However, my heart sank when I did not get the haircut I asked for (I provided several visual references). Seemingly my hairdresser ignored my request to keep my face-framing bangs with a smooth transition and gave me microbangs instead. I also asked for long layers and did not get them. The overall process felt very rushed like she wanted to move on to her next client and it didn’t seem like she was concerned with the quality. When I walked out the door and looked in the mirror, I did a double take and looked at the references I provided. I could not see the resemblance and neither could my partner. Unfortunately I can not justify the money spent… don’t get me wrong I have gone to several salons and had wonderful experiences before - however I’ve never experienced my hairdresser seemingly ignoring my requests and the result being so off the mark… she was nice, but next time I will have to find someone else.

Love this salon! It’s bright snd beautiful. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They rotate the layout to keep it fresh and interesting and make room for new products and lines. Seth is wonderful and that’s an understatement. He accommodates me and my tween daughter who always wants something different. We always walk away feeling refreshed and looking great. If you want professional care in a modern/trendy salon, don’t hesitate to come here.

Miriam and Lily are the best! Every time I come see them, they go out of their way to make my hair dreams come true! I've been seeing them both for about a year now and I am so happy with the results of having expert stylists care for my hair. They are an awesome team! They communicate well and have such approachable dispositions, I felt at home the first time I came. The whole salon has such a comfy vibe! Everyone is so nice and I really enjoy each visit. Seth did my hair a couple of weeks ago and did a really great job! It's been a long time since I've had my hair done professionally, so I was a bit nervous-- but he was very gracious, easy to talk to and willing to help guide me. The cut and color was just what I wanted! I have another appointment booked with him next month :-)

This was my first time getting my hair done professionally since coming out. Miriam was warm, welcoming, and eased my anxiety about not know exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. I just gave a few suggestions and let her take it from there and she knew exactly what to do! I am super excited about my new look, and I'll definitely be back!
