Booked an appointment over a week ago for a full foiling and Took the day off to get it done. I get there, sit down and the nasty snotty girl named Meghan flip’s my hair and tells me the she doesn’t have time for me. She said she only booked me for 2 hours. Ok then, I said well if 2 hours isn’t enough time for the whole color can you at least color my roots? She tells me again very rude that the only thing she had time today for was a hair cut. What?!! She could’ve even dye roots in 2 hours? I’ll take my business to a nice friendly place that has time for the service I book!!! Clearly she just didn’t want to be bothered and wanted to go to lunch instead.

Shannon was fantastic!! She listened to my needs and wants and did not at all treat me like I was being picky. I love my new hair!! Will definitely go back to see her. Also, the atmosphere is relaxing.

Have been going for 12 years now. When I travel I often visit other Aveda salons and Wisteria rates in yhe top in comparison in skill and experience. My favorite so far and I have visited several locations from Raleigh, Dallas, New Orleans to San Francisco. Rachel Booten at Wisteria continues to demonstrate her passion and skills through her ability to listen and deliver want her clients want and continues to exceed our expectations!

I have had my 4th visit here today, and I absolutely LOVE how professional and welcoming they are here, and Brandon is an AMAZING stylist who knows how to color hair just right even with it being so damaged!!! Thank you all for being an awesome team, and I cannot wait to book my next appointment!

My mom and I visited together as a Mother’s Day treat and had the best experience. Brandon gave us both new hair styles that we absolutely love. We each also got a massage with Lara and it was heavenly. The services were excellent and really felt relaxing (both Brandon and Lara took their time and seemed to really care about our experience). Bravo to the whole team. My favorite salon in Greenville yet!

The team at Wisteria on Augusta could not have done a better job for our bridal party for our wedding last weekend on Friday, April 21st, 2023. Jess at the salon has been my hairdresser for the last three years so when I needed to find someone to do our hair for the wedding they pulled out all the stops. Myself, my six bridesmaids (including my mom and my bridesman), plus one of their moms were all able to be in and out of hair chairs in under three hours. They also opened the salon for us early so our makeup artist could come work her magic simultaneously (though they also have an in house MUA too). They were able to clear off a table so we could bring in coffee and breakfast and set up space so we could have lunch brought in while we were getting ready too. I included an after picture of my hair as well, took about three washes to get all the product out, but it stayed soo well for all of us throughout the night. Each stylist did such a great job putting their own spin on the twisted hair/polished bun idea I had going in. Could not shout their names (and how well they were priced) from the rooftops highly enough!!!

I LOVE WISTERIA! This is the best salon in the upstate! All of their staff is super friendly and inviting! I jump around stylists because they are all amazing and well trained! Lara is the best for massages when I lay on her bed I just drift off to heaven! Sweet Lacey, Rose and Rachel do amazing facials! The owner Jodie is so knowledgeable about the beauty industry and truly cares about making you feel special and beautiful! I will never go anywhere else! Wisteria 4 life!!!

I most recently saw Brandon for a 3" trim, long layers, and blowout. I also got the botanical treatment, and my hair feels incredible. Don't even get me started about the hair washing; the head massages they give take me to another dimension. Brandon knocked it out of the park with my hair. I've also seen Jessica in the past, and she was equally as great!!! This is my favorite Aveda salon!

I've been going here for 13 years for all of my haircuts and I couldn't recommend them enough!!! I've done full color, high lights, trims, and long hair to pixie cuts here and they have always been fabulous

I’m totally disappointed with this Veda salon, unfortunately. I paid for a 90 minute $130 signature facial and started around 5:10 and was back in my car and paid by 6:29. The whole experience felt rushed. The girl was kind but used gloves the entire time and there was no steam!! I’ve had many facials at Other Veda salons back in Colorado and never had an issue like this. Totally discouraged about the time and money spent on this service. Wish I went somewhere else or did some more research instead of assuming quality because of the “Aveda” brand linked to the name. Also, I can’t reply to the owner but I was told I would be contacted by a manager or owner and I never was. It was clearly important to look good on a google review follow up but they didn’t follow through with contacting me to work towards a solution. Guess you got your money and that’s all that matters.

I have been coming for 5 months and working with the AMAZING Rachel. She has been lifting years of black box dye and walked me through the process. I know have the chocolate brown deliciousness that I have been wanting and the cut is just amazing. She is the absolute best❤️ This location is great service all around.
