Best haircut every time, and Ben makes it feel more comfortable than any other salon experience I’ve had. Update: Isa basically read my mind! I have only had my hair colored a couple times, each a bit different, and I really didn’t know what to ask for. She talked through everything I was thinking to the point we both felt confident she had the right color in mind, and she executed perfectly!! I am so pleased :)

I absolutely loved my hair cut with Ava! She consulted with me before cutting and let me know about a treatment for my hair. The cut looks amazing I love the layers and my hair feels so soft/shiny with the treatment. She styled my hair with a blowout after and it held up against the wind walking through Chicago 10/10 would recommend. I also would like to mention that Heather at the front desk was so nice to me on the phone and talking to me about the boutique when I was all done with my appointment. I cant wait to come back for next hair appointment!

I am not happy to leave this review. I visited this salon for a balayage and haircut. While the color turned out amazing, the haircut was, unfortunately, probably the worst I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize how uneven it was until I washed and dried my hair at home. The bangs are crooked, with strands of random hair coming across my face, and the overall cut lacks symmetry, which is disappointing since I had asked for a simple blunt cut. On the positive side, my stylist was great, and did an awesome blonde, but the result was far from what I expected, and objectively a disaster, especially considering the price.

Jessica was awesome!!! ✨ I’m a first-time customer, went there on my birthday and was very nervous because it’s been 5years since I dyed and cut my hair too short (lol). She made my bday wish for my haircut and color come true! 💗 The balayage looks perfectly amazing! I recommended her to my friends and will be back there again.

I’m honestly shocked by the outcome of my visit. When I left the salon, I couldn’t help but laugh—I looked like a 5-year-old had taken a pair of scissors to my hair. I called my mother, and we spent a solid 10 minutes just laughing at the result because it was that bad. When the stylist first announced he was done, I genuinely thought it was a joke. I had shown a reference picture of Sabrina Carpenter, hoping for soft, wispy bangs, but what I got was more of a choppy mess that looked like a short bush sprouting from my forehead—with no additional face-framing as requested. I managed to slightly improve it when I styled it at home, but I was baffled that the stylist let me leave the salon looking like that. To make matters worse, I paid over $500 for this cut and a balayage. While the color initially seemed fine, upon closer inspection at home, I noticed the balayage was slightly streaky and uneven. Some strands are dark at the roots, abruptly turning blond for a centimeter, then back to brown. Since the stylist had also made the decision to keep the highlights away from anything framing my face, the coloring also appears restricted to the bottom half of my hair, offering no dimension or noticeable change to my overall appearance, making the money spent feel wasted. Now, I’m faced with the added expense of going elsewhere to fix this disaster and finally achieve the look I originally wanted. Although the staff were very friendly and welcoming, I can’t in good conscience recommend this salon based on the outcome of my experience.

Jessica understood right away what I wanted for my hair and involved me in every step of the process. This may be a weird thing to comment on but she shampooed me really thoroughly which I really appreciated. She worked efficiently but took the time to make small changes so my haircut could come out just right :)

Hands down, best salon experience you can find in Chicago. Not only is the salon/boutique esthetic beautiful and relaxing, but Justine is absolutely amazing! She listens intently to what you want your overall result to be and works with you to get you there without compromising the health of your hair. I have a fun and fresh blonde bob now for summer and I am in love with it! The entire team is so welcoming and fun that you can’t help but leave in a great mood. I was looking for a place to get my haircut in a new town, which proved challenging. A coworker recommended a salon, so I decided to try it out last Friday evening. It was pleasantly quiet when I arrived, and the receptionist was very friendly, offering me a drink which was a nice touch after a long work day. I met with Isamar, who listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that with impressive speed. Normally, I find haircuts boring, but Isamar made the time fly by. After cutting my hair, we reviewed it together and she adjusted the length based on my feedback. The salon itself was clean and beautifully decorated. As a bonus, they gave me a cute welcome pack with coupons for future visits. If you're looking for a great place for your hair, I highly recommend giving this salon a try!
