I went in and was immediately rushed to pick a color. I had asked for an acrylic set with black French tip, and the guy did them poorly. The design is wiggly, they didn’t do two coats so it’s see through, and they aren’t consistent. I paid $70 for such a basic design that wasn’t done right. Originally $65 but they immediately asked for a tip. :(

Wonderful experience. Clean and courteous staff. I had a manicure and pedicure and the girl that attended me was awesome. I wish I’d remember her name, but they’re all very nice.

I have a dance coming up and I didn’t have anytime to get them done so I called them up and even though I would be showing up right before they closed for the night they still go me in. The service and workers there were so polite and respectful I’m definitely going to get them done here again.

I was charged $120 for a French manicure/pedicure - I just wanted them painted. Originally at check out was told the total was $119, the receipt charged me $122. And I still gave a $10 tip. So $132 total. And the gel polish is already chipping away 😖😢 Also, my cuticles are a MESS, and they’re all uneven!

she asked how long i wanted my nails. i showed her and she went “too long” and cut them shorter. i’m sorry but if you’re paying upwards of $50 for nails should you not be able to get exactly what you want? most of these employees always work their very hardest but the communication and understanding between customer and the person putting something that lasts weeks on your body is subpar at best.
