Much ❤️ to Whitney for being “The Besttest”, “Baddest & Bouggiest” hair stylist ☺️! I absolutely ❤️ the fact that Whitney is ALWAYS on time! Whitney is a GREAT COMMUNICATOR! Whitney is ORGANIZED with her scheduling! You will NEVER have to wait to be serviced by Whitney! Hats off to the women that don’t mind spending a whole workday in the salon getting their hair done every two weeks (some every week)! But that’s not for me! I’m not the type that can wait an hour or more to even get in the chair! So, when you have an appointment with Whitney! You will be serviced at the time of your appointment! Whitney is VERY PROFESSIONAL, but cool, personable & makes you feel very comfortable! Whitney is very ATTENTIVE to her customers, not spending their scheduled time doing other things (like constantly talking/texting on the phone or taking a break to eat!) Whitney ALWAYS looks like she does hair & not like she needs to get her hair done 😄! I mean, let’s be honest...who wants someone doing their hair looking like they need to sit in the chair...NO ONE DOES!!! Whitney is REALLY GOOD at her craft! She takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want & it’s done to perfection! If you send Whitney a picture of the style you want, she gives you just that! I have gone to several stylists that will totally change the style from the photo provided! I never understood that 🤔! Whitney aims to PLEASE! Whitney wants you to be happy & satisfied with your hair! She’s always willing to make things right for you! Whitney is very HONEST! If you ask for her opinion, or suggestion/recommendation, she’s going to give it to you in a very respectful manner! WM Hair Loft is ALWAYS clean, organized & presentable! It’s a comfortable place to be! Lastly, if you ever heard of the saying, “be careful of the hands you allow to be placed in your hair”...well Whitney has “heavenly hands”! She’s a person of good spirit! I was so glad I reached out to Whitney over a year ago when I was ready to wear tracks! I normally would wear micro-braids because I work out a lot! To my surprise the tracks actually worked out just as well, until I started Bikram Yoga...now that is a different kind of heat & sweat, which was too much for my tracks to handle, so I went back to braids; but I really miss my tracks! I miss the beautiful styles Whitney gave me! I miss the versatility I had with the tracked weave! I have never had my natural hair styled by Whitney, because it’s very rare that I wear my natural hair out; but from the look of her photos & videos she’s really good with that too! WM Hair Loft is the ONLY place I will go to get my hair done, when I’m not wearing braids & I highly recommend this to others!

Whitney is one of the best hair stylist . I don't let anyone else do my weaves but her . She is great at what she does. Hair quality is always excellent and my hair styles always last me for as long as I want them to. She takes her time in perfecting her craft every time . Love ya 😘

Wonderful service she is very professional was in and out and was very pleased with how my silk press came out. Would definitely be returning and would also highly recommend her.
