I only get my haircut at Wonder cuts on Coursey. They do a phenomenal job. A big shout out to my Stylist Victoria! The staff does an amazing job. They truly care about the customer experience.

My brother just took my senior citizen dad to wonder cuts. He’s pretty tall; he’s 6’8. The lady with red hair refused to cut his hair - she said he’s too tall and her neck hurts. Aren’t the chairs adjustable?

I Explained to one of the stylist in the shop how low I wanted my taper and she went up high anyway like she didn't really care what I told her. She cuts it how she wants to cut it and done it 2 times without listening. Listening to the clients is the key. If not, no one like me will be returning back to that shop and she's really loud and nosy too. Asking me personal questions like she bored or something...Don't waste your time coming here. Its the only medium dark skin young lady in the shop. Learn how to listen to what the client say.

This was the most embarrassing experience of my life and will never go to this salon again. Me and my mom were talking about getting our haircut for weeks now, she wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t up for it then but right when we got the chance we finally said okay let’s go get it done! So we enter the salon and there was an older man ahead of us that went in first he may have been 65 or 70, he walks in first then we follow right as we walk in I go to sit down and my mom stands in in line, there were 1 incompetent individual cutting a clients hair and RIGHT, RIGHTTTTTT when she saw us she says and I quote” I’m tired I ain’t cutting no more hair I gotta life I wanna go home, wah wah like a 2 year old. first off! FIRST OFF!! Who says that when a customer comes in to give your store money and possibly leave a decent tip for you. This person came off extremely rude, hateful and LAZY. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this place again, To have a woman say that right when you walk in and are excited about getting a haircut, you should be ashamed of yourself and gain some communication skills when money is walking through that door. Anyways.

I went in to get a simple trim, the lady was very rude and suggested I may have lice, even asked her fellow employee if I did, I don't. I have dry scalp and I'm embarrassed enough as it is telling people that, she didn't need to do that. FYI, dandruff and lice look totally different, maybe get your eyes checked. Never going there again.

My friend came in around 4pm to get a fresh cut. The lady didn’t give her the proper service. I wish I could remember the woman’s name but unfortunately I do not. The woman seemed to be in a rush and didn’t forget to mention that they close at 6pm, which was quite rude.
