I'm a 6 foot 3 inch 200lb guy, who wears pastel colors and nails, and let me tell you, Wonder Nails is the only place I let take care of me. They are kind, polite, and I honestly see them as part of my extended family at this point. I don't write a lot of these reviews, but if you need your nails done right, go to Wonder Nails, they will take care of you and make you feel welcome. Thank you Nikki, Jenny, Sydney, Flower, and all of the guys, you're great.

Peter was amazing! I was a last minute walk in and they were very accommodating. It was a nice surprise to find a Vietnamese owned nail shop in Little Tokyo 😌 will definitely be my go to when I come back 💕

I’ve been going to this place for about a year and initially enjoyed the service and the people. This was until I started to notice that the nail techs would speak in their foreign tongue every time I mentioned my preferences to them. Being that I’m an African American woman that often made me feel uncomfortable, but I would simply brush it off with the understanding that they could be talking about ANYTHING. Unfortunately, I went to patronize this business on 9/20/24 and it became obvious to my SPIRIT that these ungrateful people were making fun of me, my nails and God only knows what else. They charged me $92 for a mani pedi after REFUSING to do a nail design with the colors of my choice. Unfortunately for them, THEY LOST ONE! I WILL BE SEARCHING FOR A NAIL TECH THAT NOT ONLY SPEAKS ENGLISH HERE IN AMERICA, BUT ONE THAT CERTAINLY RESPECTS MY HUMANITY AND DESIGN CHOICES😅

Only in LA for a few days and wandered past this place after exploring Little Tokyo. Wonderful gel mani pedi. Excellent friendly service and a great price (for a Londoner).

Sydney and the entire staff at wonder nails are amazing. Sydney is so talented I can bring in any nail art it 3D art and she nails it every single time! She is amazing!!

Nails by Sidney came out GREAT she made the experience worth it. 🙌🏾 Best GelX set ever 💜 She had to do my toe design as well due to her coworker making my flower look like a snowflake ❄️ & she stepped in to help out and did it exactly like daisy’s in the picture🌼

Peter was a true genius and very friendly and funny I will definitely come back ! I finally found my nail spot that is awesome ! All the ladies too were very happy and friendly talking to my daughter and being funny with her was heart warming thanks Peter !

TERRIBLE customer service! Im an AFRICAN - AMERICAN woman & i’ve been here only a few times getting special XL Nails 💅 done and now PETER & others there are now ignoring my calls and will not do my nails again for no apparent reason whatsoever. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!

I live a block from this place and I would always drive to my usual spot in West Covina. My boyfriend found this place for me and I gave it a shot. Now this is my go to spot. Especially my nail tech Peter. I went in for coffin but He recommended tapered square Instead because I have small mail beds and I am in love. Everyone there is super talented but He is my favorite when it comes to tapered square. Super lovely people.

I love Wonder Nails! I have been coming since August 2022 and they are always professional and accommodating. I usually do dip with design and Sydney does an excellent job of making my ideas come to life. I have also had a few instances where I broke a nail or smudged a fresh pedicure and they always graciously fix it for free. I will definitely continue to recommend this salon to my friends.

Manicure was terrible. Looks terrible, she cut my pinky with the nail file with how hard she was going, every single nail has little air bubbles on the white part. Every. Single. Nail. The Mickey Mouse she did on my nail looks so bad and they had the audacity to charge me $110 for this and ask for tip. Pedicure was good, which was done by someone else, which is why it’s 2 stars and not the absolute lowest. Also, when she asked what I wanted I made sure to show her and tell her “this is what I want if you can do it” she said she could. I was not paying attention to how it was looking thinking I could trust them. I have added the inspo pic to show what I asked for.

I found this place walking on my lunch one time. I called and made an appointment during my lunch and Flower was my nail tech. I highly recommend her but everyone there is great! They are welcoming and offer you water. They take their time and give you suggestions. I love the massage chairs...they always make me fall asleep! 🤣💆🏽‍♀️

Needed a pedi while in LA. Found Wonder Nails close by and had openings. They were very accommodating. Only thing we didn't like was how overwhelming the fumes were when we entered. They did noticed our reaction and left the door open

Once a month I come in to get a pedicure and the service is great. I've recommended a few friends to Wonder Nails b/c their customer service is amazing. Thank you Wonder Nails crew!!!

Pricing was reasonable and they were able to get me right in, but most of my nails were chipped within a week. Staff was also very kind. I just wish my nails would have lasted longer.

This has now become my “go-to” place. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and they have done and amazing job each time! Also, can I add that they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your nails. I’ve seen that consistently and I appreciate that sooo much!!

Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly! 10/16/2023: Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to be professional and less rough at a nail salon. I am on my way to an urgent care to check this out. If you go her, go to Flower or just anyone else.
