Nail tech failed to do pedicure with regular nail polish … was there for an hour and like 20 min …. Had to change nail polish because she couldn’t do the white and still didn’t work. I asked for refund and she said no refund

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon when I was referred to Chau at Wonder Nail. Chau was very kind and arten and did a great job on my new acrylic nails. I will return.

I took my daughter to get her nails done very nice staff she came home crying bc she had so many cuts on her fingers and bruises on fingernails they are super thin and her cuticles are thicker than her nails I fell so bad for her .

Dont waste your money at this place. So disappointed. First the reception put customer ahead of you to the nail tech dont listen to your request. Wanted a soak off and new set. She did a partial soak off then overlay 🤦‍♀️ at that point I was done. Cho is my main tech but my request. Fall on deaf ears. I ask for someone else and I got this result. SERVICE IS NOT GOOD!!!!!!!! and what they fail to understand is that. Ppl understand when they talk about us. In their language Thanks to google 😁

First time there and will be the last. Over priced, went on Monday for a GEL manicure and my nails are already peeling off 4 days later. for what i paid they should at LEAST last a week! Brought my 4 year old daughter and they charged $35 to paint her nails and toes! When I asked why so much for her they called it a "mani pedi" service because they clipped her nails and did her cuticles?? Not only are they overly priced for what you get but they are not friendly to newbees. Was looking for a new place in Fontana and unfortunately this won't be it.

Getting a pedicure as I speak. My wife and I have been going to our place for years but we have moved further out and so we needed to find a closer location. I was definitely turned off by the low rating but we feel it’s important to dig into reviews and saw that most of the low stars were due to things that weren’t relevant to our service of choice. Yvone and her colleague did a wonderful job! The place is clean and big in a great area. Plus is it’s right next to our Tesla supercharger station. Will be coming back!

Great experience here. I got a nice pedicure and the pricing wasn't too bad. They have a great color selection and everything appears to be very clean. I will definitely be back.

I moved to the area in early 2022 and I needed to find a nail salon nearby. I tried several places around but was not very satisfied until I found Kevin at Wonder Salon. Kevin is very meticulous and very detail-oriented which I appreciate. He is always on time and he gives me advice on how to care and maintain my nails and prevent infection since I hike alot and get frquent bruises and calluses. He always does a fantastic job on my nails and they last until my next appointment without chipping, breaking or lifting. I have had a few different techs here do my pedicures and they have all been excellent but I only trust Kevin with my nails. I highly recommend!

If there was a "Red flag" warning to avoid this place post I wouldmark it as such! Language barrier, I was told they don't do shellac, so I asked for a manicure and polish and she flat out said "I'll do the manicure only".....Here on vacation and I had MONEY to spend! Sad experience here!!

Not friendly. Booked an appointment and when I got there the receptionist pretended that she did not talk to me so my appointment was not booked, and told me that they were booked for the day.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She dug at my toe nails like she was trying to pull them out. Then when she was trimming my cuticles she cut my toe. Then followed me to the door expecting a tip. Wasn’t going to happen.

Don’t use this nailshop Poor customer service they are very rude my nails were painted terribly all i asked is that they repaint them and the lady started screaming and yelling at me she said it was my fault because I was talking on my phone while getting a pedicure which does not make since my phone has nothing todo with her they tried to send me home with no polish on both of my big toes I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SHOP I HIGHLEY SUGGEST “NAILS SPECTRUM” THEY ARE LOCATED IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA CA THERE ADDRESS IS 976 19th St RANCHO CUCAMONGA CA 91737 ASK FOR HOLLY SHE IS THE OWNER AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY WILL PROVIDE OUTSTANDING SERVICE 😉

I used to love this place for the quality service and the friendly staff, but last weekend I received a terrible attitude from manicurist because I asked for a regular French manicure with color nude on the bottom for my mother in law. Additionally, I payed for a gel manicure which started to peel after a couple days; sadly I was able to go until the fourth day asking for a “guarantee”, but it was useless because I had to pay 5 usd for each nail, which I paid but after couple days starting peeling again so I was very disappointed They were not responsible for it although when they have the tools for to do it. All is about making money and no service.

I would also give this a zero if I could. I had an appointment my second time there all was pretty good until manicure didn’t even show up for my appointment. So I rebooked. Horrible horrible nails. I was cut badly with the drill. The polish is awful nails were not smoothed out. The manager was very rude. When I went to leave she shouted out to the manicurist she left you a five dollar tip. For the whole shop to hear. I shouldn’t have left any tip actually. I will not be returning.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I would!! Was there yesterday, got a pedicure and full set. I’ve been going there for a while there even though it’s a 30 min drive because I used to like the service. Today I noticed my full set was falling off like the glue they used was cheap and it was detaching from my nails all 10 nails!! I called and let them Know it’s the first time this ever happened. I was told I needed to go to see how much it would cost me to repair them! I was so disappointed because it hasn’t even been 24 hrs and that was just a waste of time, gas and money!!! Horrible way to treat customers. I was not going to pay for their lack of professionalism, how is it my fault someone is using cheap / or not enough nail glue!!! One nail I understand maybe 2 or even 3 but it’s ALL 10 NAILS!!!! I will not be doing business with theM. Dont waste your money going somewhere they don’t appreciate customers! I’ll be letting the rest of my friends who also come here so they can find another place I’ll make sure they do!!

Let me tell you! This is my second time here and Lee did my nails just the way I wanted them!! I am new to Fontana and I've been to other salons and they've always hurt me in some way or the nails get dull. But this place has now won me over. I love my nails. Lee really took her time to make sure I liked everything before she put gel on them. This is my nail spot for sure. And targets across the way. Just saying! She does clean work. I've read the reviews about someone being rude but I guess they aren't here anymore. The receptionist was super nice. Make an appointment, they do honor it here.

Mimi pays attention to small details. I got a pedicure and she took her time. She would periodically check with me to make sure I liked the color/ design. She did a great job and was very nice! 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Mimi!
