It’s a shame that I have to leave such a bad a review because I’ve read so many raving reviews of Lindsey, but if you want a reliable stylist go somewhere else. Within the first 10 minutes of my appointment, I could tell something was off. She was very uncoordinated, dropping tools on the ground, sloppily painting bleach onto my hair, and moving very slow. It took her an hour to apply the foils and then she sent me downstairs where it took another 45 minutes and she still wasn’t coming to get me. I had to go upstairs and ask her to take off the foils immediately because I was concerned my hair would break off. Then she proceeded to cut my hair much shorter on one side than the other. My hair is now brittle and fried. It’s a shame because I feel like she’d be a great stylist if she was sober but it’s evident that she wasn’t. Now I’m going to pay hundreds of dollars to correct the damage she did today. Just wanted to warn you.

Lindsey has been doing my hair for years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s kept me a redhead for years, obliged me and let me dye it black and then strip it to platinum blonde, and it has always looked great! Excellent atmosphere and very professional.

O. M. G I was in search for a hair stylist, n everyone claims they are good n I give them a try n turns out they are not n then Lindsey came along but she didn’t claim she was good or anything like that but her work speaks n tell all. She really listens to what u want n tells u if it’s good for u or not n I couldn’t be happier with the results n been keeping this hairstyle for a couple of years now n she is the only one who is allowed to touch these locks lol. Give her a try u won’t be disappointed

The only place I will get my hair done in Denver! Lindsey has been doing my hair for over 3 years and does an amazing job every single time. Scheduling is super easy and she always has great music playing :) I leave feeling super confident without fail.

Could not be happier with the entire experience! Had to return several Groupons for hidden upcharges and scheduling difficulties before trying this place. Lindsey was fantastic, knew exactly what to do with my super long ultra fine hair, and was an absolute pleasure to chat with. I felt really welcome and comfortable. Online booking was a breeze. I adore my cut and highlights, would highly recommend!

The best haircut I’ve ever had. The owner is not only an amazing hairstylist but a great person. I’ve known her for a few years and she almost feels like my second mom. I’ve had a few different hairstylists but she’s definitely the best one!!

Sober and/or straight she is great. After waiting for over an hour (without a hint of apology) she finally started in. I wish there was another option last minute but I didn’t have one (leaving to go out of town). I wanted to say something so badly but I thought if I did ….my hair wouldn’t be cut or it would be horrible. Someone came in about when she started on my hair and she commented “well she’s late ..she was supposed to be here an hour ago”. When I said that was exactly the time my appointment was to start she blew it off. After reading some of the other poor reviews when I got home , I was shocked. There were some very similar experiences to mine. One side longer… but more product added after after scrunching it up. She knocked over a hairbrush and dropped the coloring brush. Slurring words and swaying.. and it is too bad because this was not the Lindsey I had dealt with before. My son got his ear snipped a stylist in New York and I kept holding my breath worried a bit about the same thing. It’s a shame she lost a client and I can’t imagine there won’t be more to follow. My time is precious and not finishing until 5 pm after my appointment was at 2 pm was beyond frustrating-

Brooke is the absolute best! First time I have left a salon completely happy and getting exactly what I wanted. Her love and passion for hair shows in what she does. I can’t say enough about my experience. Clean and comfortable salon. I will be going back again and again. Thank you Brooke!!!

We scheduled our appointment but encountered heavy traffic and arrived about 20 minutes late. When we got there, the door was locked and no one was at the salon. Despite multiple calls, we couldn’t reach anyone. Lindsay eventually showed up, appeared intoxicated, and informed us she was at lunch and running late. She asked us to wait and assured us she’d be able to take us, asking my daughter about the style she wanted. After waiting for an hour, Lindsay’s behavior became increasingly altered, and she eventually told us she was too backed up to see us. It became evident she had forgotten to book us and was trying to cover it up. She claimed she hadn't received our calls, despite us showing her the call log and a voicemail. A more professional approach would have been to clearly communicate that she had forgotten to schedule us. While it’s disappointing to see someone working in such a state, it may have been a blessing in disguise.

I came in for the first time last week, Amy was my stylist. I couldn't be happier with my hair! Amy is really nice, easy to talk to (I'm an introvert) and I genuinely left my visit feeling good. She's CLEARLY experienced, my hair was damaged and overdue for a full highlight/color and she actually made my haircut look better than it has in a while! She's and very talented. The time just flew by and I'm so happy I tried this salon. The name is what drew me after a google search and I'm so glad it did. The salon is really beautiful with lots of natural light and pretty plants around the room... It just feels nice being in there. I genuinely loved my experience at this salon. Oh, and they're reasonable with their prices!

I have been going to see Lindsey for years. She is skillful and a very good listener. She wants you to leave happy and she constantly communicates to make sure you’re getting what you wanted. The salon is adorable and welcoming and clean. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had beautiful haircuts from Lindsay in the past, but this time I was uncomfortable and disappointed that she cut my hair in the condition she was in rather than calling me to say she couldn't cut my hair that day. I realized something was off about half way through the appointment. She knocked over a bottle of product, cut my hair to well below my shoulders even though I asked for it cut to my chin like she had previously done, and said she'd cut off "probably 4 or 5 inches" when in reality it was about 1 inch. At the end she forgot to make sure the two sides were even and I pointed out that one side was a few inches longer than the other. She made a few more snips then scrunched it with some product. I got home and there are random long pieces on one side that are multiple inches longer than the rest. Lindsay is a great stylist, and I hesitated to even say anything. I don't want this to become a reoccurring problem for other people, so I hope in the future she would just reschedule.

Had Lindsey do my hair and highlights and I’m walking away on cloud 9. She knew exactly what to suggest and took such care doing my hair. I have never felt so special. Lindsey was perfect and had a great way of making people feel comfortable in the salon. Loved it and will be back!

Lindsey is an absolute gem! I've been going to her for a few years now getting partial highlights and cuts and I have never been disappointed with her work. Not only is she amazingly skilled and talented in her art, but she is such a wonderful and delightful human being. I'm so glad I found her!

Bailey makes dreams come true!! I got my hair cut using a Groupon and will definitely go back when I need a trim. She cut off all my dead ends and gave me so much advice on how to care for my hair using natural products. She is very friendly, hardworking, and a talented stylist! 5 stars!!!

I hesitated about saying anything about my haircut/styling that I had gotten with Bailey, but the layers were cut way too short even though I asked for the layers to be close to the ends. I have naturally curly thick hair, and the base length is good, but the layers are too short. I'm just waiting for it to grow out unfortunately. Both times I have left the salon I was also left with very poofy hair even though I had asked for it to get straightened. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt when I came back the second time, but it honestly just seems like a lack of experience with curly thick hair tbh. There's no point in trying to get it fixed since it would require more cutting, but I just wanted to tell my honest experience.
