I’m so glad I found Woo Nail :-) Winnie was able to fit me in for an appointment on short notice, and worked with me on a personalized design that came out exactly how I wanted.🧜‍♀️ I was impressed by her attention to detail on tip application + shaping. highly recommend !

Originally I had an appointment at 3:30PM but due to traffic and missing my train I ended up arriving late. After giving her a few hours notice, Winnie was kind enough to let me push my appointment back to 4pm to give me some extra time to arrive. She and Jennie got to work on my nails quickly. I wanted a simple polar bear with snowflakes and glitter for the New Year and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be returning when I get my nails done again in a few months! Thank you again for your patience. I love my nails. 🩵

Excellent, high quality work here always! They are my trusty salon for nail art. And I love that they use Asian gels (Korean, Chinese, Japanese). My sets always last me 5 weeks too!

First time at Woo Nails and I loved it! The studio was super intimate, clean and cute. Both ladies were super nice, Jenny did my soft gel manicure with a tortoise shell design and killed it! She was super precise and thorough with her work which I appreciated a lot. Would definitely come back again <3

Hi, I didn't have an appointment and came to you spontaneously on January 2nd. The employee was very nice and took good care of me. The color was nice, but I didn't like the workmanship. I have very short nails, that shouldn't be a problem. The gel layer was much too thick and not even (smooth) and for this reason only three stars. Greetings

I made a last minute change to my appointment with less than 6 hours notice, and they were able to accommodate the new time. Jenny did an incredible job with the gel extensions and spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with a bit of a challenging design. I was extremely happy with the results!

I only trust this nail salon to do my Gel-X extensions because they truly know how to make them last, look flawless, and feel natural. Winnie is amazing—she's incredibly professional, always taking the time to get the design, shape, and length of my nails just right. I’ve been coming here consistently ever since I found the salon through a quick Google search a few months ago, and I can’t recommend them enough. I recently visited woo nail salon expecting a pleasant nail experience, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I had an appointment for a specific nail art design that I had carefully selected and discussed in advance. I had shown them a picture of the specific nail art style I wanted, but what I received was far from the original design. The design wasn’t what I showed them and the details were sloppy. I express my concerns when she was done with my nails and she said that they didn’t have the specific tools to give me the same design! Which is absurd to me because why would they agreed in the first place?technician was nice and apologetic. Owner not so much. They charged $95 for a design that I’m not happy with. Now I have to go spend more $$$ to get rid off this nail polish. lack of customer service was disappointing and also a waste of time for me to back there. I won’t be coming back here. If you’re seeking a salon that values customer satisfaction WOO SALON ISN’T IT!!!!!

I went to Woo Nail for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! I usually never get my nails done as they're almost always weak and brittle, but I finally decided to get them done today as I'm going on a trip for the holidays. I'm so happy that I chose this salon! Winnie was so sweet and did my nails very well! It was such a pleasant and painless experience! Typically the drill and cuticle prep hurts me, but Winnie was so attentive and gentle! I highly recommend this nail salon :)

Came here after I found Woo nails on Google! I got an apres gel extension set with classic French, and they do use real apres tips and nail polish. Jenny did a great job, after a few hours leaving the salon I did notice that some of the tips were not fully touching my nail and I texted them and they quickly scheduled me in for a touch up with no issue. Would highly recommend. Total cost was $130 for the set. Very clean salon and great work for a good price!

I had apres nails from Winnie and god, she is amazing! Never have I left a nail salon without my cuticles being tortured. She is so gentle and pays attention to everything! Highly recommend her!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Woo Nail where Jenny did a marvelous job with my neutral chrome nails. She took her time, ensuring every detail was perfect, and the results were stunning. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails! I came in for nail extensions with ombré color. She was masterful in application and was so quick! I was out of there in an hour and fifteen minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for other nail art!

Such a pleasant experience. Went in for gel X manicure for the first time and got it done with Jenny- who is superb!!! Extremely patient and gentle. Winnie had such a great pleasure meeting you. Space is clean and beautiful. Definitely coming back:)

I have a wedding to attend next week and I don’t really do my nails often. Since my first experience in Korea, I know I can only trust asian nail techs that will make sure your money is for quality not just on the looks of it. I’m a simple gal but with the photos online seeing the edges is smooth and lined, I booked an appt to do a cat eye nail art! it’s the best looking nails and the best quality nails I’ve ever had done. Thanks Jenny for doing my nails and being patient with me on my stubborn stiff fingers. I will go to Woo now and spend that money to maintain good and healthy nails with a little art of top. The place is clean and relaxing I almost fell asleep.

This place is the best! I have been back a few times and my nails always look perfect - they are super talented with designs and very detail oriented. And the nails last! I box 3x a week and never have issues with them. I’d highly recommend this place!

made an appt the day before and they managed to fit me in!!! I showed up with just an IG post of what I wanted and did not expect that it would be replicated so perfectly. The process was super fast and they asked me during each step if I liked the design or if there were any changes I wanted to make so I felt very involved in the process and every nail was micro fixed to my liking. I cannot recommend this place enough, so excited to go back!

Best nail salon I’ve been to in NYC. I’ve never had nails that are so perfect and last for so long—I only ever need to go back in because my nails grow out. The women who work here are so kind the salon is very calm, highly recommend!

Been looking for a nail place for over 10+ years that won’t gouge me with cancellation fees and do great nails and finally found it! Even tho I wasn’t a long time client yet they were so understanding about my being hours late once - I couldn’t believe it especially since the place I went to for 6 years charged me a 50% last minute cancel when my dog was in the emergency animal hospital. Not that I encourage being late but life happens and sometimes we need a break. They’re also so quick and efficient and can do mani pedi at the same time. A part of me doesn’t want to leave this review so that they don’t get too hard to book but I think it’s already too late - they’re so busy! But rightfully so. Schedule ahead and tip well.

I’ve been coming here once a month for 6 months for gel X extensions and they are amazing. No nail has ever broken or chipped and no matter which tech is working they always do a perfect job. The studio is clean and relaxing and overall wonderful experience.They seem to always squeeze me in right away too, I never wait more then a couple days for an appointment. So glad I found them! ❤️
