I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the massage therapist was awful. It was uncomfortable, awkward, and completely unprofessional. I provided clear instructions on areas to focus on and avoid. Instead of respecting my notes, the therapist ignored them entirely. Throughout the session, she made repeated comments about how it was “sad” that I didn’t want to talk during my massage—making the experience even more uncomfortable.

Every aspect of this experience was perfection - the service, the environment, the amenities, the attitude of the staff, everything! Arrive early so you can fully enjoy the waiting rooms!

It was my birthday and the treatment I received was royal! I loved both of my providers! Kayla completed my facial services & body detox! She was so warm, kind and knowledgeable! Request her! Kaitlynn complete my massage… one of the best I have had in a long time!! Her energy was great! Request her! I also got a piece of cheesecake at the end! Such a great gesture! Wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best massage I’ve had in several years. Masseuse Sarah stood out, did an amazing job of identifying all my trouble spots and explaining what was going on with my back pain. I would recommend going to her for a deep tissue whenever you are in town.

I booked the True Renewal package for my sister's birthday. For the black sand treatment, you are laid on plastic in a cold room, and a scrub is sparingly spread on a small part of the arms and legs in a few rushed minutes. The back and sides of my body were never even touched and no pumice stone was involved. Definitely not full body as it was advertised. The attendent would leave the room without covering me back up properly and spent most of the time trying to get the shower to work. They admitted they did not have the proper head covering and tried to stack a towel on my face as they repeatedly told me they were "winging it". The shower portion ends and you are laying in a puddle of water. Now dripping wet and freezing, I asked if there was any way to make it warmer and they said there wasn't much they could do. For the remainder I am visibly shaking with teeth chattering. The attendent layered additional towels on me and said they wouldn't bother uncovering me for the massage, acknowledging there was no way I could relax while it was so cold. Overall it was unceremonious, disorganized and astoundingly dissappointing. They did not have the special birthday goodies waiting for us as promised either. We received a bite of cheesecake as an after thought after I repeated it was my sister's birthday despite calling ahead to arrange. We were willing to splurge on Woodhouse thinking they would make it a special day, but it ended up being a very impersonal and uncomfortable experience.

Was surprised and disappointed that a mandatory 20% tip was added to my final bill. My masseuse was excellent and I would have given him 25% tip. I was stunned when the cashier stated 20% tip was automatically added. What a low class move for what I thought was a classy establishment. I won’t visit this particular Woodhouse again. Do better! Clientele that come here have means to spend - to imply that someone would not appropriately tip is gross.

From check-in to check-out the entire experience was phenomenal. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dawson was terrific and the hot stone add-on was very nice. I will certainly be returning. Thank you!

Highly recommend this spa to anyone and everyone. I had a deep cleansing facial by Kelci and she is the absolute best. I’ve never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you!

This place is amazing! As soon as you walk in you feel very relaxed. There’s dim lighting and essential oils in the air, you’re given a robe and sandals to change into and a warm weighted neck pillow while you wait. I can’t recommend this place enough! I had the Body Balance massage and I’ve never been so relaxed during a massage before. I’m currently going through chemo, so my body is feeling quite beat these days. But I left woodhouse feeling so refreshed and brand new, it was the best experience I could ask for. I definitely will be coming back and I’ve already told everyone I know they need to make an appointment here as well because it’s just that wonderful.

*Edited review* After several days of trying to reach the salon without success, I was finally able to connect with them on the fourth day. Although I initially had some concerns about the lack of responsiveness, I appreciate that they took the time to listen to my feedback and address the issues I encountered. While the delay in communication felt a bit unprofessional, I am pleased with how they ultimately resolved the situation. Therefore, I am updating my review to 3 stars to reflect this experience.

I greatly appreciated Benito's professionalism and making sure I was comfortable. I feel so relaxed after my massage from him. I would go back to him for sure. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the waiting room was very relaxing.

Worst ever. Spent over a grand for my husband and myself. Awful service from the get go and it continued. Was last year for our anniversary and still can’t believe we were charged for this lame business! One shot and done as far as I’m concerned. They sent me a message to talk over what happened, but I didn’t want to hear their excuses and they had me at the first impression which was horrible! 👎🏻👎🏻

I had an incredibly exhausting time here. I was charged for the wrong services, not given complete services, and then double-charged. To resolve the situation, the manager called me only on Saturdays and whenever I called back I was redirected to someone's voicemail... a GM I never even ended up speaking to. I raised a dispute and over the length of an entire month tried to resolve the issue whenever I could get them on the phone. They admitted it was their fault but then chose to close the entire dispute without giving me any compensation for all of this trouble. Extremely disappointed and will never return. :/

This place was exactly what I needed! If you are going you MUST ask for Michael. He was professional, thorough and polite. The place is stunning and all of the girls up front were so helpful and kind! I did the calming retreat which was a combination of massage, dry brush and hot-stone therapy it was amazing! I even got to keep the dry brush after my service was complete. Highly recommend this place if you are in town! Michael - Thank you for making my day so special!!! I hope to see you again!!

I love it here! I’m always made to feel welcomed and valued! They know my fave when I arrive as it’s the only place I go for a massage. Amanda is my new fav and took care of my concerns and was attentive to my needs 100%! Amanda you have a new regular! Your hands are godsend!

Me and my husband had a very very average experience. The therapy time was cut short and overall quality of the therapy was almost forgettable. The spa facility and staff was friendly but the service in itself lacked quality. Definitely not value for the pricetag and came out feeling extremely underwhelmed.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Good looking spa and facilities but below average massage. I had booked the 50 min tranquil stone massage and was left feeling cheated with the amount of time spent on my problem areas and complete lack of attention and technique. The therapist didn't time my massage well and ended up using a theragun type device in the end to speed up the areas they didn't get to. Despite this I got less than the time I paid for. I've been to numerous spas around the world and this is by far my worst experience.
