The new Briargate location simply put; Amazing! If you haven’t treated yourself to a service at this location you’re missing out on a wonderfully peaceful and pampered experience! The atmosphere is very serene and beautiful. The front desk staff was very welcoming and my massage was extremely relaxing! I feel as though this place will soon be on everyone’s return schedule once they experience this spa! Very professional and courteous staff all around. If you haven’t made an appointment yet you are truly missing out on a wonderful opportunity to escape to relaxation!!! Great job Briargate 😊

I did a full body stone message and had a facial done. Both were very relaxing! Upon arrival they take you to the locker room and give you a robe and slippers to dress into. They then asked me if I would like something to drink and gave me the options of a mimosa, wine, tea or water. After I got done in the locker room I went into their quiet room to find a cute name tag with my beverage next to it. In there they have aromatherapy going and relaxing music. The facial had to be my favorite part as it includes a shoulder massage and a scalp massage. A very relaxing experience.

I recently had the most amazing experience at Woodhouse Spa, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service. They made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in on me throughout my visit to ensure everything was perfect. I booked a deep tissue massage with Farrah, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. She took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on all my problem areas with incredible skill. With 20 years of experience, she knew exactly what she was doing—she worked out all my knots, and I’ve been feeling amazing ever since! I also got to try the red light therapy sauna, which was such a cool experience and added to my overall relaxation. After my services, I was able to unwind in their beautiful waiting area, complete with plush couches and a cozy fireplace that created the perfect ambiance. Plus, the complimentary robe and mimosa were such a nice touch! Everything about my visit was top-notch, and I truly felt pampered from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience, Woodhouse Spa is the place to go!

Beautiful spa with an amazing management and staff, it is clear they take customer service very seriously! They offer so many different services and amenities, you won’t regret booking a whole day here! Make sure to try their HaloSauna, it’s the ultimate addition to your spa day and no doubt you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! This location is truly a gem to have in Colorado Springs!

I was so disappointed in my experience here, however, I wasn’t disappointed enough to write review until a woke up this morning with a sore on my lip after getting a lip treatment added to my hydrofacial appointment that I had two days ago. Over $300 for a subpar and unclean service? I’m disgusted. Go to Face Foundrie instead-- less expensive and better service. ** This picture is not of the inside of my lip, it's on my lip. **

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new location!! I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed .I booked the 80 minute Body Balance massage with Megan & she was amazing, great technique & pressure. From check in, to check out, I felt so welcomed. The staff were so caring & attentive towards me & my needs. Already planning my next massage!!!

The Spa is so lovely! I got the Minkyti facial and it was fabulous as well as a deep tissue massage with Farrah - it was the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever received!!! The sauna is also a great addition and it has red light therapy! I could go on and on, this Spa is a gem!

The spa is done so well and is so beautiful! I felt well taken care of before, during and after my session. Such welcoming staff at the front and in the back. I had a Body Balance massage with Juli and she was very sweet, kind and helpful. She made my first massage experience absolutely wonderful!! Then I saw Edie for a HydraFacial classic, and she was also super sweet, gentle and very knowledgeable about skin. She helped me with any questions or concerns I had, and she was great with open communication during the session. They both made my first spa day experience overall, perfect. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended ♥️

beautiful spa!! i received a tranquil stone massage from Lorraine and it was so relaxing. she paid attention to my problem areas while still giving me the full body massage experience. i also got a Hydrafacial from Megan that left my skin looking glowy and feeling amazing. she had such a gentle touch and made sure i was comfortable the whole time

I signed up for the 80 minute hydro facial and she was finished within 45 minutes. I even told her she shorted my time. I’ve had 50 of these done by the other locations and I’ve NEVER been shorted ever! This was such a terrible experience! I will not be returning to this location.
