Despite a confirmed package cost woodhouse overcharged my credit card without authorization by nearly $100. Without a review of my statement, they’d have not corrected the problem. Warning to anyone with a phone order-check your statements for “errors”. Less than satisfactory massage.

Rose was exceptional and very intuitive. The hot tea before my deep tissue massage was very calming. I highly recommend the Montgomery Road location!

This place is bliss and so far the only true day spa I’ve found in Cincinnati. Luxurious and relaxing, you feel like a VIP every moment. Every birthday, holiday and gift wish for me will be for this! Edited to add: if you can plan ahead, Lydia is just wonderful! Warm, professional and places you at ease! Also the BEST massage I have ever had! Do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, to book with her!!! Marie, Brandi and Melody are also must-sees! This team is just 10/10!!!

Got a couples massage and it was amazing. I had Lydia and my boyfriend had Emily. They were both wonderful. The spa itself is great. Easy parking in the garage in the back. A complimentary mimosa in the quiet room before our massages and another mimosa in the quiet room afterwards really let us get into the right mindset and properly unwind and enjoy the experience. Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! This was my first coming to the Woodhouse spa, and the customer service was outstanding! The warm robes that make you feel like you’re in heaven as soon as you put them on. Me personally I had a massage from Sophia, excuse me if I’m spelling her name wrong. Her customer service was through the roof! Her hands were so soft it was unbelievable. They have complimentary mimosa as well for afterwards. You really have to go see for yourself how amazing this place is!

My husband gifted me a facial and massage for my birthday, and this was my first time at Woodhouse! It was also my first ever facial + massage. I had a wonderful experience all around! The ambiance and atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming, as well as the front desk - The complimentary drinks were a great addition. My facial from Georgia was perfect - she was professional, quiet but informative, and my skin feels amazing. My massage with Jamie was consistent with the rest - Professional, relaxing, and thorough! I will be back for sure, thanks for an amazing first experience!!

The parking was good!!!! ( the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was bc of the great parking). But the shoes didn’t come close to fitting, nor did the robe. The massage was basicly I’m going to blow lavender scent on your extremities and then ask if you feel relaxed? ( an ant would have provided more pressure..) The exact opposite of the type of massage I wanted and needed.I’d be HAPPY to talk to you and give suggestions on how to provide an actual relaxing experience.

I will never come back here again. Months ago, I booked a manicure and pedicure that was supposed to come with exfoliation, oils, etc. and I received a rushed service with none of that. The manager called and explained there was a misunderstanding and gave me a credit for another manicure and pedicure which I appreciated. I booked another appointment and they just called saying they could no longer accommodate me the day of my appointment and every other day that would be before I leave for vacation is “fully committed”, weird because I thought my appointment was “fully committed” as well. I’m done with this spa, they overcharge for the level of service and care they provide.

Just had the best experience here today. This place never disappoints. I’m working through some pretty rough health stuff and my body aches head to toe! I cried a little because the release felt so good. My massage therapist, Sophia, was kind, compassionate and provided an excellent massage. It also ended on time. I’ve had a few massages end early at other spots and that’s so frustrating, especially when your body desperately needs the help. I’ve booked a follow up appointment. 10/10 🥰

Very amazing experience!! It was my first time ever getting a massage and my therapist was LYDIA . She was amazing and comforting. I had the meditative mood soak and I felt so relaxed after . She’s very gentle ,sweet, and great conversation! Definitely will be seeing her again . Thanks guuuurll!

Went in for a sports massage a few weeks ago and quickly realized I needed more pressure so I returned today for a deep tissue. Sophia did an incredible job I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks!

Ask for Lydia for a Body Balance Swedish Massage! Lydia really listened to my health goals and what I wanted out of my appointment and she did a fantastic job. I felt heard and valued and left feeling super relaxed and energized. Great experience!

My favorite spa! Love the ambiance so much, and the professionalism. I wanted to especially thank Georgia, she gave me one of the best facials I've ever had!! She was soooo wonderful, and gave me the most relaxing neck and arm massage while I had a mask on my face. Can't wait to book her again! Thank you!

My provider, Lucy, is an artist, and she brought me back to life with her skills and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Lucy! HIGHLY recommend the Meditative Mood Soak. Got a 80min deep tissue massage from Jen last week and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and courteous. She took her time hitting the right pressure points and she is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She had a real cool vibe and overall the place is nice af ! It was my first time going! I ordered a gift card for my daughter, and when I received it, my address was on the envelope, and it look like it had been written with a Crayon and my name was not on the envelope, and my ZIP Code was backwards. I don’t know how I ended up receiving it. I reported this to the office in Macgomery Ohio, and there was no apology. The only reason I called was so it wouldn’t happen to someone else.

I will start by saying i am a very easy going person so I didnt mind the hustle and bustle and was still able to enjoy my relaxation. I got their 20 minutes early and was able to park in their garage no problem. General feel of the place is soothing. Amber was wonderful. I got the luxury manicure. Amber was very helpful and told me right away she didn't recommend the French tips i requested due to my nail length, as it wouldn't have the results I wanted. This was very much a spa service. I also got the paraffin wax, the hot stones, and the cbd oil and hands were feeling very supple afterwards. I enjoyed Amber's chair-side manner. She was a good listener but also a good conversationalist herself so I didn't feel like I had to talk constantly. I didn't tip enough, but I'm planning on tipping extra when I go back next week for my pedicure :) . (Side note I wouldn't recommend this if you only want perfect nails, this is more about the experience and ambiance. Nails were only 7/10, but service and care I give 10/10).

Purchased the full package for my wife. She didn’t receive half of the services that were listed in the package. Basically spent 400 for a massage. Would not recommend a package.

The pedicure it’s laughable honestly. I get more dead skin off my heals in the shower than the girl who is currently doing my pedicure. I had a service a few days ago and it was perfect I feel like I will come here at least once a month but like so many others have said SKIP THE NAIL SERVICES!

Was the last appointment of the day for Mani /Pedi. Felt a bit rushed though. Techs need to reaffirm if shellac is wanted or not. This will help to clear up any confusion from the website booking UPDATE: 01/02/2024 Was contacted by customer service and they worked with me to make my experience much better. Changed the rating to 4 stars just on the basis that the Spa is willing to go above and beyond to let you have the VERY BEST encounter possible.
