I have been going to Mari for my Hydrafacials for almost a year now. She helped me get my skin prepped for my wedding last summer and now has helped keep my skin hydrated through the winter months. She always provides such tailored and individualized skin education and recommends products that have made my skin look the best it ever has! Highly recommend getting a Hydrafacial with Mari!

I was gifted a $350 package, through a third party entity i won in a company raffle, for a massage, facial, and pedicure, which was pre-scheduled by Woodhouse Spa. Rather than collecting my information from the third party entity, the salon i presume scheduled through the entity. Unfortunately, several aspects of my experience were disappointing. Upon waking up late due to my sleep schedule (for context i have insomnia), I immediately contacted the spa to reschedule, only to be informed of a strict no-refund, no-late-policy. Had I been made aware of this policy or received a reminder call, I would have skipped taking my sedative medication the night before so as to arrive 15-20 mins prior to my scheduled service. After rushing to the spa, arriving 20-30 mins late, to ensure the remainder of my services were still performed, the day became more stressful than relaxing. I ended up letting my emotions get the best of me, and while I was flustered and teary eyed i was place in a waiting room with other patrons to wait for the remainder of my services. The facial was excellent, but the pedicure was subpar, lacking common additional services such as paraffin wax or callus removal, which would be expected from a regular nail salon. Furthermore, there was a miscommunication about rescheduling my massage. Although I was initially told it could be moved to 2 pm, I waited for almost 2 hours only to later be informed that it could not be rescheduled, leading to further frustration. While I appreciate the gift, the poor communication, lack of clarity around policies, and substandard service quality left me extremely dissatisfied. To better your business, might i suggest staff ask questions when scheduling an appointment. Such as “is this a gift for another? can we have permission to contact that person? are you familiar with our strict policies? please know all services are non-refundable whether they are rendered or not. 24 hour check in calls, reminding patron of hours, store location, store policy, etc.” Had there been more communication, I would not have proceeded with the spa’s scheduling and called to make my own appointment. a day of relaxation turned into a day of stress and frustration that could have been easily avoided. Only giving the second star due to the awesome esthetician.

This entire experience was very disappointing besides the actual service. I scheduled a 2 hour tranquil stone massage for both my mom and I as a Christmas gift for her. We were told to come 15-30min early to get checked in. My appointment was at 10 and I received a call at 9:15 stating that one of the masseuses called out. So instead of trying to figure something out for us they said that they would cancel our appointment or we could reschedule. I let them know that we couldn’t do that due to me not living here. I asked if my mom could still get the 2 hour massage and I can get a shorter one. That ended up working out. When we arrived my robe wasn’t the right size and my mom’s shoes were 2 sizes too small. Quite an annoyance considering the day before we were contacted by them to ask for our sizing on both. Moving on, my mom went in for her massage before me due to her doing the 2 hour one. When I went for mine my masseuse let me know that she had me down for a mind, body, and soul massage which is not what I booked and I let her know that. I got mine changed to the tranquil stone that I booked but my mom didn’t end up getting the tranquil stone like she wanted. So whoever changed our reservation ended up changing the massage we booked as well… overall for spending $600 I’m very disappointed with our experience. Such a bummer because I hyped this place up to my mom and she was so excited to go because she had never been to a spa before. Quite the let down… only giving one star because the massages were great and I loved my masseuse.

wish i could give more than five stars! I did the signature calming retreat with maggie and it was AMAZING!! Maggie was awesome, very intentional and considerate! I haven’t had a massage in over five years and I will definitely be going back and booking with Maggie! 12/10 recommend!

Amazing experience !!! This was my 1st professional massage and let me say, I will be back ! Debby was very patient knowledgeable + accommodating the whole time. She was a real delight to have as my 1st experience. The deep tissue and hot stones were incredibly relaxing and soothing. Wendi was also amazing and took amazing care of my partner !

I just had a deep tissue massage with Maggie and I swear this woman has miracle hands. I have never had any massage therapist release tension in my neck and shoulders like this. The spa is beautiful and the staff are lovely. I highly recommend this spa and Maggie.

The quality of service is not what it used to be at this location. And the ‘add on’ services are a waste of money. I’m unfortunately very disappointed and unlikely to return.

Briana was amazing from start to finish. The massage was very soothing, she checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure and exceeded expectations. I came here while on vacation from Jersey and the whole experience was a 10/10. I booked a massage and facial package done by Denea (I hope I spelled that right) and Dee Dee. Every employee was attentive and kind, which made the experience all the more relaxing! After my massage, as I was escorted to the waiting area, I was offered champagne or a mimosa. The waiting area had an assortment of tea and fruit infused water. The chairs were also very comfortable during my short wait for my facial. I definitely recommend! ☺️

I don’t know if any of the masseuses are skilled / capable with deep tissue, so if that’s what you’re looking for, would not recommend going here. The last two times we’ve been, we booked 80 minute deep tissue massages and received a light Swedish, even after giving feedback mid massage.

I got the illuminate facial and left my face GLOWING. I have somewhat sensitive skin and it didn’t react to anything!!! Super clean and comfortable. Super smooth check in and out process and fair pricing! Definitely would go back

I will follow her anywhere she goes, she’s that good! I left feeling very relaxed as always. I had a good first time experience 3 months ago. However, I’m giving a 3 stars because the back of the Quiet room smelled like mold, & the glass cup I was drinking out of had a chip in it. Not only that, when I cam for the first time 3 months ago, I purchased a hydra facial and it came with derma planing but this time I cam in (September), they charged me the same price but didn't include the derma planing. I called and the front desk attendant practically told me that I got the derma planing for free the first time. It just bothered me because when I cam in a second time, I had the expectation I was paying for the same services I received the first time As for the actual service… I got a hydra facial and when I left, my skin was glowing! The tech was very informative. She also had products set out for me at the countertop as recommendations. The only thing I would’ve changed was for her to be a little more firm. Other than that, she was great!

This spa always impresses me. Very tranquil, clean, and the perfect lighting. They’re always friendly and the waiting room is always stocked. The lockers are already assigned with your name etc. They truly offer a full spa experience. I also highly recommend Stacy Wall. She gave me the absolute best massage I’ve ever received. Completely restorative while relaxing. Go see Stacy!

First time at this spa and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Despite having been running a little late myself, they had everything prepped for me and made it easy to jump into my appointment. I had a facial with Angel and he as very accommodating and attentive! He was inquisitive about my long term skin goals and helpful in breaking down products that would be helpful for me. Would definitely book with Angel and recommend this spa!

I just finished an 80 minute massage w/ cbd at woodhouse w/ Debbie. I walked in feeling like an ambling mound of human garbage thanks to all my aches and pains and walked out renewed like a god reborn. Debbie has the experience and strength to make a 380 lb 6'2" man feel like a marshmallow on cloud 9. Will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I went here for an anniversary relaxation experience. The staff were generally courteous, and the facilities were lovely, but it left a lot to be desired for comfort and thorough pursuit of customer satisfaction. I don't feel like I received what I paid for. Although I asked for a deep tissue massage, and indicated on forms that I'd like a high-pressure massage, the pressure ended up feeling more like a strong full body rub, definitely not a tension-relieving massage. I felt awkward requesting more firm pressure, as my masseuse was using her arms and seemingly putting her weight into the effort, but could not really get into my actual muscle soreness. Something relatively minor that was still annoying was being charged an extra $10 just to have my wife and I lay in the same room during our massages. With the already high cost of these massages, it just felt like an unnecessary take that we weren't happy to provide - particularly because no one told us until afterwards. I didn't plan to write a review in the moment, but it also didn't seem great that no one asked us how the experience went, even during our check-out, so I suppose this is how we let them know.

OMG! This place is amazing!! Booked a couple’s massage “Couple’s Retreat” for my wife’s birthday. We are no strangers to massages but this was entirely different. Before we arrived they messaged asking for our sizes to have everything ready. We were greeted with expectation and pampered from the start. The massages weren’t just massages, it was a whole experience! Definitely #1 in my book! We will definitely book again!

I love coming to Woodhouse for a spa day. The pricing is reasonable so I can treat myself more often than other spas. Massages are always good and the facials are too! They have a nice locker room. Their robes and shoes are comfy. The waiting area is relaxing. Heads up that this is a day spa without amenities such as sauna, hot tub etc.
