Even if you request extra time in booking online to have them remove your existing gel polish and are willing to pay the extra fee, they'll text and confirm that you don't have any gel polish on they didn't apply. I was prepared to pay $150 for a pedicure and they can't do this very basic, standard part of a pedicure? A far cry from luxury and hospitality.

Kristen, my therapist was amazing. If you need deep-tissue work, she is the one. Woodhouse Spa was beautiful, great ambiance, and relaxing. I highly enjoyed sitting in the relax area.

Earlier today I was discriminated and denied services at the Woodhouse Spa location in Denver. I tried to check into my appointment with my 2 month old daughter and after being poorly treated by the staff, the manager Monica Lockrem said that I couldn’t be there because of my child. Even though there isn’t a “no kids policy” anywhere at the location, on the website or in the terms and conditions, I was denied services (previously purchased with a gift card) and told that I had to leave. If the idea is to avoid mothers going to the spa, then the company should have a no kids policy and avoid targeting “pregnancy massages” when clearly the desired audience is someone different.

So, so good. My massage and facial were perfect, and the staff were so kind. They were happy to chat with me, I know a lot of people like silence during their appointments but I’m a yapper and was glad to connect with both gals. The ambience was so relaxing, and the complimentary mimosa made my day. Definitely get there 30 mins before your appointment to enjoy the waiting area!

My facial with Maclaine was the best experience ever! It was my first time getting one and I couldn’t have asked for more. She has such a soothing gentleness that makes you feel so relaxed and explains all the steps with great professionalism. My skin was absolutely glowing afterwards and the texture had really improved for the past week since getting it! Would love to go back and highly recommend

My friend and I booked a facial and a massage for the first time here. The spa itself is beautiful, everyone is super helpful and friendly, the robes and slippers are nice, and the quiet room is great and stocked with blankets, tea, water, mimosas, and small snacks. The Minktyi facial was AMAZING!!! Gabby is wonderful and I came out glowing. Ann (I think that’s their name sorry if I got it wrong!) was a great masseuse and released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. We did the calming retreat massage and agreed that while it was nice, next time we’ll skip the extras and go for a traditional massage. All in all a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back with more family and friends.

They called to cancel my appointment less than 24hours before my massage. I understand that staffing issues occur, people get sick ect. But very disappointing to plan a day and invest in an expensive treatment to have it cancelled short notice. While if the customer did this— they would be charged for a late cancellation… if the company does this the least they can do is offer something as an apology.

First day spa experience, and I loved it! 110 min deep tissue massage and hot rock session with cbd + dry brush exfoliation in a 3 story repurposed BnB. It was a fantastic time; they have a quiet room for before and after the massage, along with showers and complimentary robes/footwear to use during your stay.

Got a deep tissue massage yesterday with Emiliana. First time getting a deep tissue, I usually get a relaxing Swedish. But I needed to detox and I was fasting. I didn’t go in with any preconceived ideas of how it should be I didn’t watch a ton of YouTube videos. I just wanted her to do her thing. She really spent time on my shoulders, it’s where I carry the most tension. My arms she also spent time there. Not any time on my quads or hamstrings. I expected to feel soar today but I don’t at all, will it hit in a few days? So, not sure what to compare it to yet. I’ll have to get another one at a different place.

I received a gel manicure here. The polish started peeling off 2 days after the appointment. The polish was half off just a week after my appointment. I am used to getting gel manicures that lasts at least two weeks, especially when doing no rough work with my hands. I I tried calling to get the nails repaired after 2 days and received no call back. I was disappointed to pay $65+ for nails that lasted only 2 days before peeling off.

My whole experience was perfect from beginning to end! I loved the champagne at the beginning while I relaxed. Nico was the therapist and he was wonderful! He's super gifted and I left feeling great! Thank you woodhouse...and nico!

I had a massage with Cody and it was completely perfect. Perfect pressure, and excellent communication without too much talking. I am recovering from childbirth as well as an injury, and that was all accommodated really well. Woodhouse is a beautiful setting and I highly recommend Cody specifically.

Soooo luxurious and nice. Really the best place if you want to treat yourself or give a very nice gift! A bit high on the price and I never appreciate when services are priced for a full hour but only 50 minutes are provided.. however you are getting a luxury service, no doubts about it

This was my first time visiting the spa and it was excellent from start to finish. The place is beautiful, check in was easy and the girl was friendly and helpful. I changed into a super cozy robe, was offered a mimosa, and spend a few minutes relaxing in the lounge. I was booked for the illuminate facial but after talking to the esthetician, we decided on the vitamin c facial. Stephanie was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was asking for and gave expert advice. I’ve gotten quite a few facials in my life and none were on par with this one! Stephanie recommended a few products for me to purchased based on my wants and needs and was not at all pushy or overwhelming. She even came down again to explain the products again! I don’t live in Denver, but will definitely purchase future products from the spa and one day hopefully come back! 10/10! Thank you again stephanie!
