**** Update 12/2024: Ashley called me personally to make it right. There were several times miscommunication happened and she indicated Woodhouse would implement training to confirm bookings better and was able to rectify my issue swiftly and satisfactorily. She was very professional as was Kiarra who funneled the concerns to her. I look forward to visiting again and I’m confident it will be a 5 star experience. ***** They booked me for the wrong thing when I called and offered no assistance to correct. First visit. I called to book two HydrATE ($140 price point) massages because the website didn’t allow me to book two at the same or similar timeframe. I shared with the young lady who answered the phone that I wanted the “Hydrate Facial” for me and my niece and I needed help because I couldn’t book online. She booked it. I saw $140.00 but when we checked out she said $550!!! I said wait, I thought the Hydrate was $140 per facial she said no the HYDRA facial is $250! Why would I book at $250 for a TEENAGER? She asked if the machine was used, I said yea for me and confirmed for my niece. What do you? I didn’t put up a fuss on sight but plan to call management on Friday. I enjoyed the facial and did give gratuity because it wasn’t the esthetician’s error, and she was wonderful. More should be done when booking online to make sure the customer and Woodhouse are aligned and speaking the same language for the same service because everyone is not familiar! I’ve never even heard of or had a “hydra facial” Very disappointed with our experience. I will be reaching out to corporate to see if they will assist.

Jasmine had the hands of an angel! I've had many massages but she was hands down the best. I told her the areas I wanted her to focus on and I left feeling like I had a whole new body. This was my 2nd time at this location.

The parking challenges typically ruin the experience here which is unfortunate. It can be an amazing experience especially with Sonya as your nail tech. She does a wonderful job. The Woodhouse Day Spa management ignores the fact that people park in their marked designated spots while ignoring the RESERVED ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED signs. It’s unpleasant to see people trashing and smoking at the entrances. Today, the Perimeter Mall security officer and his canine interrupted a man leaving trash at the entrance. Without being asked the man picked up his trash then promptly moved on. It’s disturbing that people don’t conduct themselves in a respectful way.

I recently visited this spa for the first time and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. The receptionist lady who checked me in did not have the best personality or interpersonal skills to be at the front desk. There were some website discrepancies I brought to the receptionist's attention. Instead, of taking accountability for the error on the website and mentioning that she would let management know, she gaslighted me. I was not there to debate, so I smiled and said no worries. Despite the unpleasant start, I tried to maintain a positive attitude as I was there to enjoy my massage. However, the massage itself was terrible. It felt rushed and as though the therapist was aggressively rubbing lotion on me. As someone who regularly gets massages, I can confidently say this was not how a massage should be done. After the massage, I went to the front desk to check out. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk was preoccupied with another customer walking in and completely ignored me. There was no acknowledgment or reassurance that someone would assist me shortly. Eventually, another lady came from the back to check me out, and she was very pleasant, but I suspect she may have been a manager. Overall, my experience at this spa was disappointing and I will not be returning. I'll also add that there's no amenities besides a quite room, which is essentially a waiting room with a few snacks. I left a tip to acknowledge their effort, but it was a waste of money.

Receptionist had a disgusting attitude. There was a bad accident as there frequently is in Atlanta, I called ahead to try to see if they'd be willing to work me. " Nope it's going to cut into your time," Not even a question about it. And so I said well I'll just cancel then. " Well then I'm going to charge your card 25%." And hung up on me. Good thing I froze my card. Wasn't going to pay 40$ for terrible customer service. Lost my business forever. Maybe they should learn to be human beings.

Booked massage well in advance. The day I went, I was charged more. When asked, I was advised it's on the website that prices could change due to wknd and demand like hotels. That's interesting because someone in the same party as me was charged $15 cheaper. 2nd issue. I tipped $10. My receipt showed $20. I had to request a refund. 3rd. Service was not up to par, they knew thar so agreed to refund everyone in the party 50%. I was told because they already refunded me $10 (their error) and that some charges were on a giftcard, I would need to wait until 7/31 and the gm could override it if I didn't want a giftcard. I decided to wait. No refund nor call on the 31st so I call 8/2. Explain the situation, placed on hold and the lady said, she is working on it and will call you back. It's 8/5, still no call and no refund. I have visited other Woodhouse spa AND never had an issue. Make sure you look at your receipt...uncharged added and tips they decide vs you. I wonder if the gm will call me back today...will keep you posted

Front desk staff is great and facility is as expected - changing room + quiet room with tea and snacks. Unfortunately, my massage therapist worked on an area that I'd circled and marked as a spot to avoid. Over a week later, I still have pain. She waited until the last possible moment to start the massage with no sit-down to discuss my body ahead of time. I assumed that meant she'd reviewed the intake paperwork & I was wrong. Don't go with the flow if your therapist feels disinterested or detached here and assume that's just their style. Make sure they understand your needs! I am still paying the price for that mistake.

I visited the Spa Sunday (7/21) with a girlfriend who was visiting from another state. We were looking forward to a new and exciting experience as we had booked the 4 hands massage along with a facial. However, this was not what we received. We checked in, waited for our therapist and when approached I questioned if we were in fact receiving the 4 hands massage as I noticed it was only 1 therapist. The therapist responded "no" and that she didn't think it was offered anymore at that location. Instead of the 4 hands we received a very sub par massage that I believe the front desk indicated was reserved as a sports massage, a selection I would not have chosen had I been given the opportunity. Our spa day was ruined and a TOTAL disappointment. We left feeling very unfulfilled. When we expressed our disappointment, the front desk staff discounted the services and apologized for the miscommunication. However, the discount could not make up for the disappointment my friend and I experienced. I don't know if I'll return to this spa again.

I recently visited Woodhouse Spa Dunwoody for my sister's birthday and was disappointed with the experience. This location doesn’t offer champagne, which we were looking forward to for the celebration. They also don’t have any AMENITIES (NO steam room, sauna, patio seating, or salt room!) They only have a quiet room. The massage I received was the worst I've ever had. The masseuse merely rubbed lotion on my body instead of providing a proper massage. It felt more like a prenatal massage, which was not what I expected or wanted. Additionally, the air conditioning was out during our visit, making the environment uncomfortable. Although they gave us a 10% discount to accommodate for this inconvenience, it didn't make up for the subpar massage. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind enough to give us gift bags for my sister's birthday, which we appreciated. Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the service, and I won't be returning to this location.

I usually love coming to this spa and have been a regular for about a year for facials with Emily, who’s an amazing esthetician and does a fantastic job every time I see her, but the spa’s AC has been out for probably almost 2 months now which has caused a huge inconvenience. I’ve had to reschedule my appointments numerous times because I don’t want to spend money on costly services if I’m getting to be hot and uncomfortable in what should be a relaxing environment/experience. I really hope they prioritize fixing the AC ASAP so that I don’t have to find somewhere else to go.

Pros: I had Theo for my deep tissue massage and it was great. Very professional and he got all my knots out of my back. I had Karen for my facial which was equally enjoyable. Both Theo and Karen gave very helpful tips and advice as well which was appreciated! Cons: •I was supposed to have a female masseuse so this threw me off but was still happy with the massage. •Cleanliness could be better, especially in the nail salon. •There is no sauna or steam room so if you like these amenities maybe pick a different spa Overall good experience! I would probably come back.

I had an excellent experience getting my first facial at Woodhouse day spa in Dunwoody. Maya was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to assess my skin and discuss my concerns before starting the treatment. Throughout the entire process, she explained each step and the benefits of the various products she was using, which made me feel well-informed. After the facial, my skin looked and felt amazing. Overall, my first facial experience at the spa was nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial at this spa - you won't be disappointed!

Booked this experience for my wife and did not get the services I paid for. Originally paid for her to get a body balance massage with a female therapist and a luxury foot and hand retreat. I specifically said this was for my wife and gave them her name. They ended up confusing her with someone else and provided her with a massage and facial. I explained this to the front desk lady and was told I’d receive a discount which I do appreciate. According to my wife it was a decent experience but what bothers me is she had a male therapist when I specifically booked a female therapist for her comfort.

This place is a whole vibe! I love that they have a quiet room you sit in prior to your massage. Very relaxing and the robes are comfy. Everything about the atmosphere puts you in a relaxed state of mind. The gentleman that did my massage did a good job and was very nice. The style was different from what I've had before. It was mostly more of a rub down. Wasn't initially sure if I liked it but by the end I was completely relaxed. In fact, I went back to the quiet room to sort of wake myself up to drive home...lol. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

My bestie and I went & and the massage was amazing.. I felt soooo relaxed afterward. If you're on the fence... JUST GO!!! You won't be disappointed.
