I used to recommend this place religiously but after getting robbed by them I will make sure everyone I know (including social media) knows about this place and stops going along with hopefully adding more bad reviews. My work doesn’t allow me to have my phone on me when I called to reschedule it wasn’t even an option and they charged me FULL PRICE for a service they never provided, which is THEFT and I will make sure everyone knows about that before more people get robbed. It is not okay to not give a chance to reschedule and it is not okay to charge full price with absolutely no service being provided. I have reached out to corporate and reached out to my bank. The manager has yet to give me a call back since yesterday, this isn’t an honest establishment & I will make sure they get charged for this. Update to add the services have also gone downhill for a while now and it is simply not worth the price anymore. Regardless of what I think of cancellation policies ( which I did call) the services are crappy now compared to a couple years ago and compared to other businesses ☺️

My husband and I just had an incredible couples massage. The massage therapist I had, Lizbeth, was fantastic! Her massage techniques were great and I walked out feeling so good. My husband's massage therapist, Kelly, was awesome. She had very in depth knowledge of piriformis and was able to really help my husband's lower back pain. We both had an amazing experience. Highly recommend both of these ladies! Thank you again!

I’ve had to update my view on this place. Two years ago they were ON POINT! Now their service has dropped. The masseuse asked if any specific spots or issues but didn’t even focus on them. What’s the point of asking if you’re just going to rush it. I got the $300 package for my wife (plus 20% tip) and you would expect PERFECT service for that price. They claim luxury but it’s gone down to practically a regular service. Also I called to update my card on file PRIOR to the appointment but they claimed it wasn’t done?! Just for the receptionist to say out loud that my card has been declined to insufficient funds. Obviously if y’all have my cancelled card it won’t go through, that’s why I called prior to UPDATE my card and it was verified. I was told that my new card has been updated on their system and that everything was ready to go. Everything about them has gone down. Be cautious if you decide to go here, spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I was in El Paso visiting family and wanted to treat myself to some pampering. For the atmosphere, marketing and PRICING you would think that this place was 100x better than anywhere else in El Paso. It's not. The pedicure chairs are broken. I paid $85 for a pedicure and my polish is sloppy, chipped, and my cuticles look horrible. Save your money and time.

Ordered a gift card. Now, 21 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The first time I called they told me they gonna send me a shipping number as soon as it gets shipped. The second time I called, 7 days after the first call, they told me they think it got shipped but they don’t ever provide a shipping number. Now, 21 days later, I finally got the tracking number, pulled it up and can see that they initially needed 9 days to even drop it off at USPS!! I would not recommend buying a gift card or anything from here. I am happy I don’t have to go there myself, ever. I am so frustrated with this place. Edited to add: they never shipped it in the end and my friend had to pick it up. They kept the $$ I paid for shipping anyways.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life pertaining to a business! 0 stars if I could. I was gifted a gift card from a friend worth $250 on Christmas, went to use it today March 3 (only 3 months later) had my massage and when it was time to pay, they said the gift card was expired that it only was good for 2 months! I said how was I supposed to know that it was a gift? They said the person who bought it should’ve made you aware it expires in 2 months! So not only did they keep the money that my friend paid for on the card but then they charged me for the service so they made double the profit from myself and my friends money that is a robbery! The gift card itself did not have an expiration date on it for me to know there was expiration date this is ridiculous! I’ve never heard of a gift card expiring first of all and yet alone after 2 months! That’s crazy total rob will not be coming back, will not refer any friends

Amber and Elia are great nail techs. They give awesome pedicures. Every time I come here, I feel so relaxed and thoroughly enjoy my time. The only thing I dislike is that you have to leave a credit card on file and every time we come, every month, we have to fill out a form, either online or in person, which really has nothing to do with our service because we only get pedis here.

I ordered $200 bath robes from this spa. They never called to tell me they came in after waiting almost a year. They said the items would take a long time since they came from France. I have ordered furniture for my remodel from other countries that have come in already. I would go in about every month to check if the robes were in. No one seemed to know what I was talking about. When I finally called this week, they said they were in but never had a way to get a hold of me. Now they don't have a record of my payment because of "switching systems." Overall very disappointed at how this was handled. I will not be spending my money here again.

I would rate them higher had my first impression been much better. When I made the appointment, they told me to be there at least 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment so that I could enjoy the relaxing room beforehand. It was a cold day that day and I arrived early only to walk up to locked doors. I knocked, I called while standing out there waiting, only to get an answering machine saying it was closed. I left a voicemail to which they did not respond to. I walked back to my car and just waited until I finally saw a lady come out about 10 minutes later. It takes a lot for me to get a day off to get to do this kind of appointment so it was disappointing. I never even got an apology for that happening nor did I get to go to that relaxing room before my appointment because by the time I changed, the massage therapist was already there to take me to a room. The massage was very good though and I would recommend her. Her name is Lizbeth. She is a wonderful massage therapist and she is very nice and welcoming. The place is also very clean and looks very nice. I will give them another chance because ya lady that is a regular there was quite annoyed with some things that day also and she told me usually things run way better than that day.

My husband surprised me with a gift certificate to the Woodhouse Spa for my birthday. The experience I had was simply the Garden of Eden. The professional and attentive staff was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be going back!

Wow is all there is to say.. My wife and I do not casually go to the spa but have gone 2 times now to woodhouse and let me tell you it is the most amazing place. Everything about this spa is 5 star. The details, the staff is amazing, the ambiance, and just the general idea that they stand behind. They were able to take my wife last week in their last hour for a pregnancy message and my wife came out of it glowing! The manager that was there that day had such a great personality and even let me sit there in the lobby and wait for my wife. I have been telling all of my firefighter co workers to splurge and take their wives and even themselves to be treated at the Woodhouse!

It is the best spa I have encountered. All the different types of treatments are all amazing. The shower does seem to be closed every time I am there, but I like to shower at home anyway. Comfy chairs, professional and knowledgeable people.

The experience was just OK. I came for a maternity massage, gel manicure and pedicure. The relaxation room was full of people, the shower wasn’t working, and neither were the pedicure tubs (no bubbles). The bathroom/changing area wasn’t private—the door stays open the whole time and the lockers are right next to the door. Because of that, you have to change inside the restroom with the toilet. My massage was relaxing, and I have no complaints. The mani/pedi was the worst I’ve had. The gel color selection was not great, and I just decided to go with a buff and trim manicure. The nail tech cut my cuticles, cut/buffed my nails, and then cleaned them with acetone and called it a day. My cuticles and hands felt so dry, and I had to get my own cream from my bag afterwards. Overall, I wouldn’t return again. I much prefer Blush.

The first time I went I really enjoyed it, therefore I booked a second appointment. The day of my second appointment I woke up coughing, feverish, sneezing so I called them and let them know it’s best I reschedule for their safety. I didn't know what I had come down with. They said I had to show up or they would charge me a 25% fee because it was under the 24hr policy. I told them, I am sick, if i show up you are at risk of getting sick too. They didn’t care they said i had to show up with a mask on and once i was there my esthetician could refuse service and if she did Id still be charged 25%! I could not believe my ears, i could have COVID, flu or anything else. At this point they were risking my life and theirs and they still refused to reschedule me. So 1hr before my appointment they called back and said we decided to cancel your appointment because you are sick but we will still be charging you a 25% fee because it’s our policy. Apparently it’s a big corporation and thats how they do business. They have several complaints with BBB. They will not work with you and don't care to loose clients.

This was the first time that I've been to this day spa. It is very resort style. It is designed to be a calm relaxing place, so it mostly quiet here, which is very nice. Its pricey, but worth it. Especially it you're the type of person that never gets the chance to conduct self care because you're so busy taking care of others. This place really takes care of you. The robes are very comfy. They don't have pockets so if you want to carry your phone, you'll have to hold it depending on the service that you receive. I got the signature manicure and signature pedicure and it was wonderful. Julie took great care of my hands and feet. I had my phone next to me in the comfy chair. The chair was also a massage chair that heats up. Because customers spill their drinks sometimes, some of the chairs might not work. The chair I sat in worked. They only thing is, the changing area was very small. If you want privacy, you're going to change in the bathroom stall. If you don't mind changing in general locker room area, you might be okay. But there's going to be people coming in and out. There is a shower area, but it was closed at the time so I didn't see inside. Also, you might have to park in the parking ramp because parking is limited in the front. Overall, I'm going back. This time with a friend.
