Everything from check in to checkout was extraordinary ✨️. Lesley was my provider and I feel like she went over her calling, she was exceptional. Her personality was very impressive, so polite and professional. Thank you for having such a fine establishment and showing such skill and knowledge. The Meditative Mood Soak was an ideal way to create a hard reset for body and mind! Mya prepared a bath that was the perfect temperature, and she pampered my skin both before and after I enjoyed a quiet soak. The experience of being dry brushed, exfoliated and moisturized was the ultimate luxury. It left me feeling baby soft and ready for the season ahead.

I love the wood house spa’s. While they are all franchises they all have excellent standards. I have been to different ones in different states and have always had an excellent experience. My favorite treatment is the body scrub with vishi shower! But all treatments have been excellent

I enjoined my service but was a charged a $25 fee for missed appointment after confirming my 2p via phone 3 times. Get everything in writing from them and not by phone, their error will cost YOU!

Would of given in 5 stars, but massage was a little rough. Other than that, place is very clean and calm/relaxing vibes.

Bought my mom the signature retreat for her birthday and she had an amazing experience. I even got to wait in the quiet room while she got pampered, everyone was so sweet and caring and my mom is already planning on coming back and bringing my step dad. Thank you woodhouse for making my moms experience wonderful ☺️

I had a facial with Kennedi and it was a wonderful experience! It was my first time ever to receive a facial and I absolutely loved it!! Kennedi is so kind and does a wonderful job making you feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions and even provided me with advice moving forward! Overall, I recommend getting a facial done with Kennedi!!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. I went in for a facial and massage. My massage was fine, but my facial was not. I got the soothing and hydrating treatment and sadly I left worse than I came in. My face was very red and my deep under the skin pimples were very swollen and inflamed. My skin feels like it has had a layer peeled off and I did tell my therapist before we started what I was on and my skin issues. My face is still burning even with just moisturizer, so I’m not sure if a peel was used but it is painful. If you are struggling with hormonal or cystic acne I wouldn’t recommend getting a facial because I don’t think the therapists here are trained to take care of acne like this. They cannot be popped, and my lady tried poking and squeezing them until she figured out they would not pop. Very painful and disappointed since this was a gift to me. The first photo was taken just a few days earlier and the second is tonight. I cried pretty much all day and hoped it would go down but it hasn’t, hopefully by tomorrow it will. I have a vacation in a week so I’m hoping my skin clears up. I hate writing reviews but I just think others should be aware of this, and the Woodhouse staff should know how to better approach skin like mine, in the future. Update: I did speak to the manager who was very kind, she did make things right, so their customer service is 5/5.

Angela was incredible and served as breath of fresh air. My first visit at Wood house Spa came at a critical time in my life after burying the love of my just two weeks prior. Not only was I overwhelmed but I need a safe place to begin my healing. For me, it began I was invited to walk through the door of Wood house Spa and met Angela! Booked a couples massage with my boyfriend and we loved every minute of it!! Athena at the front desk was amazing and so accommodating! Our massage therapists were incredible!! Thank you for a relaxing Sunday. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked it, it was incredible. It was my first time and everyone was friendly. My lady that checked me in gave an awesome recommendation on tea. The robes and waiting room was wonderful. Grace was my esthetician and she was phenomenal. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Have great recommendation and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend her! Thank you for an amazing first visit. I will be back!!

I had an amazing first experience at Woodhouse. Dana was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and friendly. We talked the entire time, but we didn’t have to. She said that she waits to see what the client wants. She’s been doing this for 19 years and absolutely LOVES it. She said that it’s very rewarding. My first spa experience was out of this world. Everything was so organized, clean, and oh so relaxing. You will be so relaxed when you leave here, no matter what you might be stressed about/going through. Try to get Dana even though I’m sure everyone is amazing! You won’t regret it. 😃 If you are reading this, Dana, thank you SO much! I loved getting to chat with you.

Everything was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Waiting area was very pretty and the tea that was recommended to me was so good. Grace was my aesthetician and she did a great job and was also very personable. Was my first time but won’t be my last. Thank you

This was my third facial with Kennedi. She gives an exceptional customized facial- being consistent has made a huge difference in my skin. The receptionist, Shawna, was lovely as well.
