I wish i could give a 5 star review but unfortunately for the price i payed for a 50 minute massage i left very much so regretting my visit. The bathroom/lockers and resting room were clean and smelled lovely and i loved the robe and overall vibe of the place! however as someone who has had many deep tissue and Swedish massages this massage was not it. Maybe 20 minutes out of the 50 were spent on an actual deep tissue massage after that the rest of session felt wasted by my therapist tinkering with hot towels a massage gun, and rubbing hot stones rather then actually massaging. Applying oil to the skin and simply smoothing it over the skin and quickly moving on is not a massage. Other then with a massage gun i don’t think my lower back was even touched.

While I didnt get the pleasure of coming in since there was some bad weather the weekend I had planned for their communication and customer service of handling it was absolutely amazing. They were giving consistent updates the day prior and the morning of. I had purchased a gift card for there specifically to use on my appointment there and they gave not only a generous inconvenience voucher for a future visit (from having to cancel due to weather) but also were so happy to help arrange so I could use my gift card at the location where I live. Very grateful that I did get to experience wonderful customer service from them even if I didn’t get the opportunity to come in.

This was my second time visiting The Woodhouse Spa, and I continue to be impressed.. The first time I went I had Nicole as my masseuse, she was incredibly skilled, kind and personable. I recently went back and had a deep tissue massage with Shawn at The Woodhouse Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. Shawn was incredibly skilled, kind, and professional throughout the session. The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely cares for their customers. The spa itself is spotless, with a calm and serene environment that immediately puts you at ease. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. Every visit has been worth every penny, and I look forward to returning soon!

This was my first massage ever and Ashley went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. The ambiance and experience was amazing. I highly recommend the tranquil stone with scalp message add on. Thank you guys for the best first spa experience ever! 😊

We really wanted to love this experience!! Terrible management overshadowed the lovely massage and pedicure. Front desk staff was a 0/10 while masseuse and nail technician were both 10/10!

I just had my second prenatal massage before I give birth next month with Alexandra at Woodhouse Spa in Greenville, and she is hands down the best! Alexandra is incredibly sweet and takes the time to walk you through everything, making you feel completely comfortable and cared for. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and the facility is spotless and beautifully maintained. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported into a relaxing state of mind. I couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Thank you, Woodhouse Spa, for such an amazing experience!

The team at Woodhouse Spa Greenville takes great care to keep a clean, tranquil, aromatic environment. The drink and snack hospitality was a wonderful touch. The locker room showers were fully stocked and clean. Cheyenne was wonderful, and made sure I received the treatment best suited for my skin. I will definitely be back!

I had such an amazing spa day! I had Ashley for my shirodhara scalp massage and it was heavenly! She was so calming and relaxing! I plan to book a full body massage with her soon! And then I had the age defying facial with Jenn! She’s amazing! Gave me so many pointers for skincare! If you book look up Ashely and Jenn you will not be disappointed!!

I met with Makenzie today who did such an amazing job. While i booked a certain facial upon arriving, she met with me and figured out what would be best for my skin and lifestyle. She never tried to upsell me on any products or the experience and made me Super comfortable. The entire spa and staff was professional, extremely clean and it felt like i was at a resort. Already booked my next session!

Just had my first experience with Woodhouse! I originally booked for their new Lighten + Brighten facial, but changed to a hydra facial after talking with the staff on the phone and her mentioning that was her personal favorite and one of their most popular! Also noting there was no down time and it was very popular before events! When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted, shown the relaxation room where I was offered a snack, fruit infused water, hot tea, or a mimosa. I was then shown the bathroom, all the amenities offered, and left to change into my robe. After changing and returning to the relaxation room, there was a name plate with hot tea awaiting me and I was soon offered a heated neck wrap. (I do wish the neck wrap had been warmer because I couldn’t feel it as much with my cozy, plush robe, but it was still a nice touch. I will say all of the staff was super friendly and I noticed how nice everything smelt throughout the space (especially the eucalyptus spray in the bathroom!) After relaxing for a bit (I got there 20-30 min prior to my appointment as recommended) my esthetician Jenn came to get me, walked me back to my room asked if I had any challenges or concerns, and if there were any add ons I’d like to request. I told her I was open to any add ons she suggested after seeing my skin since it had been a while since I had a facial and wasn’t sure what I needed, but she did make mention that she doesn’t like to add too much at the first appointment so we can create a baseline and see what’s truly needed. Jenn asked if I had ever had a hydra facial before (to which I answered no) and she proceeded to tell me it was one of her favorites as well, and that my skin would feel “the cleanest it’s ever felt, while still feeling hydrated”. The service did seem on the short side but I only booked the 50 minutes and I understand time just goes by quickly when you’re relaxed and enjoying yourself. I do think my expectations were slightly higher being that I paid almost $300 (after tip, which I’ll circle back to in a moment) and the hype that the facial was given, but to be honest, I wouldn’t pay that much for it again based on my results. That being said, I chalk that up to a me + my lack of skin problems rather than a treatment issues because hydra facials seem to be about $200+ anywhere, so the service may just not be for me. I would however request a different esthetician for my next appointment because I do prefer someone that uses a bit more pressure, there wasn’t anything inherently “bad”, but it felt like she was lightly rubbing my skin rather than truly massaging my face, neck or shoulders. Overall I just don’t feel like it left my skin looking/feeling any differently than when I exfoliate, cleanse, tone and moisturize at home. I do love that you’re invited to stay as long as you’d like after, as a small business owner and busy mom of 2, I could definitely see myself spending an afternoon, relaxing in their space! Upon checkout, I do have to note that I was turned off by (who I perceive was the manager because she was the only one dressed differently than the rest of the staff) asking me if I would like to “leave a 20% gratuity to my esthetician Jenn”... As a salon owner, I understand the importance of gratuities to a service providers income, but the verbiage that was used definitely made it feel obligatory, and I did not feel as though I had the option to leave less or more. I do have an appointment for myself and my team to get massages + facials in January (that I had made prior to making this hydra facial appointment) and I hope to come back and update this review to 5 stars after our experience!

Received a gift card for WoodHouse and after a day of trying to book something have become rather disenchanted with the entire experience. The WoodHouse website, after choosing a location, lists services and prices offered by the Greenville location. However, upon booking, all of the services listed on the website are not available to book. The promotions for this location are not actually bookable and when I tried to book using the instructions in the promotion on the website I would receive a notification telling me to choose another service because no appointments were available. I don't like booking or choosing services over the phone as I have processing issues and find information to be better absorbed when I have a visual. The discrepancies are annoying and anxiety inducing.. There's a good chance I will just sell this gift card even though this is something I've always wanted to do.

This place deserves -0 stars. They treated my husband and I horribly. We had a couples massage scheduled for our anniversary. When we arrived, they informed us that our appointment was canceled. The manager Kelly was not helpful or tried to accommodate us. In fact, I felt more dismissed more than anything else. It was a huge inconvenience because we scheduled and paid for a sitter for our child. Apparently, they double booked for the same time and just canceled our appointment. It was the worst experience and I was very disappointed by the way they handled it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to love this experience so bad BUT sadly I did not ☹️, I got the head to toe package and it was meh, I was expecting awesome but it was an okay experience. The massage was only laying down and it was more like a lotion rubbing kind of thing than a proper massage. The pedicure was the only thing I really like, at the end they asked me to add 20% like if they were assuming everything was perfect 🥲… The mimosa was good tho 😊

I wanted to love this experience! My friend and I visited when we were having a girl's weekend, and we were excited for the services we booked. We have been to The Woodhouse in Roswell, and loved it! The massage I had was great, and my friend also enjoyed hers. Unfortunately, our pedicure experience wasn't great. We intentionally booked our appointments at the same time so we could chat while we were having them done. There were 3 chairs in the pedicure room, and they placed someone in between us....making it hard for us to talk at all. We requested to move next to each other after the person in the middle left, and we were told that wasn't possible (they said it would make it too hard to eventually do our manicures). My technician was very nice, but clearly not adequately trained. I asked her about the massage that was supposed to be included with my pedicure and she told me she wasn't trained for that. Not the end of the world...but not the service you would hope for when you are paying 80.00 for a pedicure. Everyone we encountered was nice. Everything was clean. However, the overall experience was kind of "meh." It's not a place that I would be willing to visit again for the 400 or so dollars that we each paid.

Woodhouse Spa is a great place to go to feel refreshed! Selena and Jenna were our providers for the couples massage and they did great! Felt super comfortable and rejuvenated! Definitely will be coming back again….and again
