I was SOOOO relaxed after Savannah performed my calming retreat! She was so kind and gentle throughout, and checked on me often to make sure nothing was too hot or uncomfortable. The spa itself was wonderful as well and such a nice vibe!

I’ve had ongoing issues with this business regarding appointment reliability. Despite booking massages months in advance, I've frequently faced last-minute cancellations or unavailability of therapists, which has left me unable to keep my appointments. On the few occasions I did receive a massage here, the experience was excellent, but the inconsistency in scheduling has become frustrating. When these cancellations occur, I'm often offered alternative services I’m not interested in. I’m not sure if this is due to management issues, but after repeated experiences like this, I’ve decided not to return.

All of my experiences at The Woodhouse have been outstanding, including the most recent one with Natalie. I had the Balanced Body 50 minute massage and it felt amazing! She used some techniques I hadn’t had before especially the way she rubbed on my neck and shoulders. Typically I am tender in that area and do not enjoy that, but she made me feel totally relaxed and at ease. It was a completely relaxing time. From beginning to end. They had my locker ready with my robe and slippers, the quiet room was lovely. Locker rooms spotless, everything just divine. Can’t wait to go back this weekend to celebrate my wedding anniversary!!

Edited to add: the Spa Coordinator never ended up reaching out. I used to love this place but quality has gone very downhill unfortunately. My mom booked me a 50 minute massage for my birthday, and I showed up 15 minutes early. My masseuse brought me in to the room a few minutes after 4 which is fine, but then gave me about 10-15 minutes to de-robe so the massage started 15 minutes late but ended at 4:50 on the dot. Not to mention, she spent at least 5 minutes making adjustments to the bed or to the room which should not be accounted for in the appointment time and should be done beforehand, or time should be added at the end. No foot massage at all in a 50 minute appointment. A huge disappointment, sadly I won’t be back. Feels like a huge rip off, kind of wish I could get my money back

I’ve always enjoyed my services at Woodhouse (very relaxing, professional staff, calming environment) but have run into at least three instances where my appointment is canceled last minute, sometimes after I’ve arrived! The unpredictable nature of whether I’m going to actually have my scheduled service makes me question coming back.

I booked a prenatal massage online and soon after I got a phone call confirming that I made the appointment and then asking me the size robe and slippers I'd like. When I arrived the receptionist showed me around, and while I got changed, she got me a drink and had a seat ready for me. The massage was incredible. The masseuse made sure to go over all my info and ask where I felt the most uncomfortable. I would 100% go back again.

Booked a couples massage for me and my best friend on her birthday. They did really great at accommodating us, answering our questions, and making us feel comfortable! The massage itself was amazing- got the basic package with the hot stone add on. It was magical! The atmosphere was incredible- very well done, beautiful, relaxed. And the pricing was much better than the other luxury spa I’d been to. Highly recommend!

Jen, my esthetician gave me a very relaxing facial. As an esthetician myself, I could feel that she truly enjoyed her trade. Each movement and transition was thought out and I felt very nurtured and cared for. The Babor products left my skin feeling super hydrated and nourished. It’s also located where there is plenty of parking which is always a bonus.

I had a facial with Jen today and I literally feel like I’ve been reincarnated. It was absolutely incredible and I felt like royalty!!! Left there feeling amazing and can’t wait to go back!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Visiting Woodhouse Spa in Lexington, Kentucky was an absolute delight! The deep tissue massage I received was hands down the best I've ever experienced. The skilled therapists (Ericka) at Woodhouse Spa really knew how to melt away my tension and leave me feeling rejuvenated. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience.

Cannot wait to go back! The HOLISTIC MINKYTI facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing for days afterwards. Jen P was my therapist and did an amazing job! She was highly knowledgeable & bubbly but quiet during the session for total relaxation. Go see her!

Excellent hospitality! The technicians are extremely professional and great at what they do. Out of the other locations in Kentucky I've visited, Lexington has been the best experience by far. I always look forward to my visits!

I am a single mom who works full time and I haven’t had a massage in years. I came in here and was immediately greeted with love, smiles and just very calm energy. I was immediately excited and at ease. I had an hour long massage and I was SO in love with Chris. Chris actually let me talk for a whole hour, and he conversed with me! We had great conversation and he was AMAZING with his hands. 100/10 recommend. It issss pricey. But it is so worth it. He paid attention to every single one of my needs and I absolutely could not be happier or more relaxed. Thank you Chris. I am now your new regular ♥️

I recently visited Woodhouse Day Spa in Lexington, KY, and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the facility was clean and upscale, and all the services I received—massage, mani/pedi, and facial—were fantastic. Overall, a great visit. Highly recommended!

While in Lexington for work, I called at 5pm and booked a facial for the same day at 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited for my appointment. At 6:20 I went to the front desk because my service hadn’t started. They scrambled and then let me know that the esthetician was “unaware” she had an appointment at 6pm. And because they close at 7pm they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my appointment tonight. But I could come back tomorrow. 0 out of 10 on the customer service scale. Terrible communication. Total waste of time.

Wow! I was blown away! The locker rooms are spotless and beautiful. The robes are plush, soft, and very warm. The sandels were very comfortable and high quality. The waiting area was very nice and relaxing. The water and snacks were nice, as well as the chilled wine that was offered to me complementary. Sarah A was running a bit behind, but she was very gracious and made sure to give me my full time for my body balance massage. She did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend this spa!

Have read the bad reviews but that was definitely not my experience today! Had the best massage ever with Kelsey! She listened to what I wanted and did not want and gave me a relaxing wonderful massage. Admittedly scheduling can be difficult but I called a week ago and had them tell me what slots they had available. If you need a specific date schedule way ahead of time

Purchased a massage for my girlfriends bday at the beginning of September and we were told there was no availability but they would contact us within the next few weeks to update us. Over 3 months later, no response. Would not recommend as they don’t communicate very well. Spend your money elsewhere
