Got pedicures for my mom & myself and had a great time! Plenty of appointments open, fairly priced, and I loved the added luxury of robes & slippers and the “relaxation” waiting room with water and complementary teas available. Service providers were wonderful and space was very clean and felt hygienic. Will definitely return next time I need a quick refresh.

I got a massage here while I was in town for business. I've been to a Woodhouse Spa several times back home so I booked here because I felt more sure I'd have a good experience here than at a random place. First of all, my massage therapist was great, A+++. I think he said his name was Adam. I've had several massages in my life both back home and around the world at expensive resorts and this massage is in my top 10. He listened to my needs and desires and my prior experience with massage, and delivered exactly what I needed. Perfect amount of pressure and felt very relaxed. I wish I had picked an appointment with more time (I only had 80 minutes). This Woodhouse compared to the one back home was quite a bit smaller, though it had similar amenities, there were fewer. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. I was disappointed that they did not serve alcohol. Back home, the service comes with one beverage and there are more for purchase, so I consider a cabernet before and after the massage in the quiet room part of the experience. I assume they have a reason for this, like liquor license restrictions, but would have liked to have known in advance so I am mentioning here. The snacks in the quiet room were better than back home. I have a regular massage therapist but I like to visit Woodhouse Spa for the elevated relaxation experience that my therapist doesn't offer at her small spa, so I expect to pay more than a usual massage. But I will say that I think Woodhouse is quite expensive for what you do end up getting - at these prices, it seems they should offer resort spa amenities like hot tubs, cold plunges, snow rooms, etc. or at the least a sauna. Nevertheless, EVERYTHING is getting more expensive everywhere and Adam was excellent, so I'm not balking at the price TOO much.

I got a Vichy shower for $150 for 50 minutes. The room was freezing, the guys hands were too. Then the water was super hot at first although he was adjusting the temperature for a while. He apologized but ... then he just sat there while the stationary water jetted forcefully across my back until the water got cold about 11 minutes later . He said it " ran out of hot water ". He asked me if I wanted him to put the moisturizer on , if it comes with the service, why ask? Do your job, Sir. They gave me a $20 gift card towards future services because the room was cold... I don't not recommend them it was a waste of $150

Absolutely amazing massage. The masseuse got so many knots loosened. I was so relaxed when I left. The beds are heated, which really just adds to the experience. I can’t wait until my next massage.

Long time customer but wish they would have shared with me prior to appointment that they are no longer serving alcoholic beverages. My mimosa is part of the relaxation in the quiet room. I don’t mind paying a little more if it includes a drink. So sad, nothing seen on webpage that states new policy. ☹️

My debut visit to Woodhouse Spa in Dublin, Polaris, and Grandview, Columbus, for a professional massage surpassed expectations and has secured its place as a regular self-care ritual. To celebrate my birthday, they generously provided a complimentary Bundt cake, making this experience an unforgettable part of my birthday week. With just two days until my birthday, I'm feeling refreshed and eager to celebrate! Shout out to my masseuse Andi!! She was amazing, and listen to how much pressure I wanted and needed! Definitely requested her when you come in to visit . 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend

First time at Woodhouse Spa Polaris. When you first walk in, the lobby is super cute, warm, and welcoming. I got a hot stone massage with Liz. It was absolutely amazing! The spa is super clean and has a wonderful relaxation room. The entire experience was fabulous. Thank you so much! I will be back!

I had a kid free evening and morning, so I decided to book a massage Saturday morning to relax and focus on me. I’ve been to Woodhouse at least twice annually for the last several years and it lives up to my expectations and more every time. Very elegant and relaxing. Jay is great and very attentive, it took everything in me to stay awake during my 80 minute body balance massage. I had mimosas in the relaxation room both before and after my massage, there is no rush for you to leave. I highly recommend Woodhouse if you’re looking for a relaxing and elegant time to unwind!

My experience at Woodhouse Spa was top notch. The service and the staff were so sweet and kind. After an extremely rough last few weeks for me personally, they all went above and beyond to deliver a memorable experience. Passion is incredible in her art and I can’t wait to come back for more!

I took my future sister in law here last weekend with the rest of the bridal party ( 4 women total) as the matron of honor and paid the entire bill which was extremely expensive (almost 1,000). While the service was great, after paying and leaving the spa, I received a phone call from the front desk advising me that one of the bridesmaids selected a polish dry or something to that effect that did not come with the manicure (I was in the massage area so I had no idea what they were referring to) and they were going to charge my credit card an extra $20!!! AFTER ALREADY SPENDING ALMOST $1,000 and leaving each person a 20 % tip. I was in shock. I even said that. After a few seconds of silence and realizing they were not going to budge on this fee, I realized NEVER AGAIN. I have never left a review for any spa before but for this one, I felt other's needed to know. So after already paying, you may get a call advising of some additional charge. As a former business owner myself, there are times when you simply bite the bullet. This would have been one of them. $20 or negative review and 4 ladies on social media.....hmmmmm

This spa was phenomenal! We came here during our girls trip. Very relaxing and calm aura. Most importantly clean. Jay did an amazing job with my massage. Never felt so relaxed. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to friends !

This was a very nice pedicure! I did the Farmhouse specialty pedicure for $80 with SHANNON. Started with 30 min in the relaxation room because I arrived early! I definitely recommend. I could have had tea, coffee, water, wine, mimosa etc .. By the time I was taken back I was already relaxed. I asked for a warm weighted neck pillow and robe to keep the chill off. She expertly cut and filed my nails and did cuticles, callous treatment, and salt scrub. Then oils with hot stone. The massage chair helped relax all of me. I spent 15 more. Minutes in the relaxation room to dry. I definitely recommend!!!

One of my favorite places in the entire world! With a husband, 3 adult-ish children, 2 elderly parents and a full time job, I especially appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful music and “Quiet Room”. Highly recommend.

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was. I work at Honda therefore I'm always on my feet and because of the process that I work on I sometimes have to bend over; a massage and a pedicure was exactly what I needed. Adam did my massage and I feel sooo relaxed, it was a miracle that I didn't fell asleep. Honestly he was amazing, all the knots in my back are gone, and my neck doesn't feel stiff. Tori did my pedicure and I just have 3 words: NO MORE PAIN. It also helps that the color that I selected looks AMAZING, but honestly I could have sat in that chair another hour and it still wouldn't be enough. It felt so short because it was sooo good. If I could I would go every month.!! One thing that I would like to suggest is, it would be nice to have nature sounds playing while getting a massage. I feel like it would make the experience 100 times better. Thank you, and I hope to come back soon.!!! ❤️❤️❤️
