I went in for my first time yesterday and had a great experience. I was assisted upfront and checked in by a friendly staff member named Liahni. She went over all the details of what my appointment would consist of, and walked me to the dressing room. Once there, there is a locker for your items and a key on a key ring that you can take with you during your appointment. Once you change into your robe and sandals, you sit in a comfortable quiet room and fill out a questionnaire until your therapist comes to get you and walk you to your room for massage. While there, you are also offered complimentary beverages. My therapist was Miya and she was very professional and did a great job on my neck, traps, and back. She was open to feedback during the massage and was able to adjust pressure as needed throughout the service. The room was dim and it was also quiet, but there was light calming music playing. Overall, it was a great experience and much needed one. I will definitely be returning in the future for another session.

Josue was great about adjusting to my likes during my hot stone massage. He brought a calming presence to the room and made me feel comfortable, enhancing the effectiveness of the massage. He did a great job of communicating to me about my trouble spots and how I might prevent problems in the future. He even left me a note to remind me about how to treat issues at home. I would 100% request him by name next time.

Audrey was AMAZING!!! There are no words to describe how incredible she was honestly and will for sure go back for another massage. I am a very sensitive person on the feet but she has extraordinary hands that she made me feel very comfortable and not at all nervous. For that she takes 5+ stars! The only thing I that made me feel a little off and uncomfortable was the temperature in the room it was cold and I really hate cold weather I wanted to be covered all the time and I could feel my skin having goosebumps every time she needed to uncover a part of my body that was really

I truly had an amazing experience from the moment you enter the Spa to even at the point to check out. I had two different services .. I tried their new intense line define facial provide by Kay who was such a sweet lady with amazing delicate hands. And the second service was the deep tissue massage by Josue who gave me a true target massage hitting the most needed points ..nods etc.. hands down the best..

I am so glad that I scheduled a last minute pedicure at this location. Booking the online appointment was easy and the notice regarding the elevator being out of commission at the moment, was appreciated. I was welcomed and provided a form to fill out for my nail service while I wait in the cozy relaxation room. Samantha was my nail technician and she was professional, gentle, and provided exceptional service. The room had one other client chair, soft lighting, and a cabinet to put your items on. Nail color selection was available in a book. I look forward returning for pedicures and other services. Thanks for helping me relax during the Holiday season!

Unfortunately, because of my experience this morning, I can no longer recommend going to this location. While the ambiance is nice and they DO have professional staff, I realized this morning that they are not in ADA compliance… the only way to access their services is through 2 flights of stairs, and their elevator is currently broken. I have recently broken my ankle, and my mother has very severe mobility issues and is awaiting surgery. A climb up stairs is impossible for her at this time, and very difficult for me right now. So I had to make the frankly painful climb up the stairs to explain that we wouldn’t be able to make the appointments. I will give them credit and say they were polite, professional, and tried to work with me by getting me an appointment at the other location. However, this was not plausible because i had set up these appointments at this time for a very specific reason… i’m getting married this Monday, and I had built much of the final preparations of this highly busy weekend around my nail appointment, and then had to scramble to find other arrangements and rework my schedule dependencies. While I am completely confident that no one who works there is directly responsible for the breaking of the elevator, I had set these appointments up sometime in late September, and I do wish they had communicated the elevator issue when they confirmed the appointment earlier this week so I had the opportunity to make other arrangements around our shared mobility issues and the needed timeline I was working under. While I do intend to report them to the better business bureau because i am reasonably sure they are out of federal compliance with ADA regulations, I also recognize that many people use google and i want people with potential mobility issues to be aware that utilizing the services at this particular location may not be possible and will not be communicated.

I called to book a service after receiving a promotional email. At the time of booking, the concierge took my credit card info to charge a deposit. A few days later, I received a call from a different concierge saying that in order to book appointments for that promotion, they need my credit card info. I told them I had already provided that info, but was informed no deposit was ever charged. I emailed the guest experience manager to see why my credit card info was taken on Friday without charging the deposit. She finally got back to me two weeks later. She informed me that the concierge I originally spoke to had been on vacation this whole time, and that she hadn't been able to speak to him. If that was the case, she could at least have informed of that. She continued, saying the concierge was not aware deposits were required for that event. If that's the case, then why did he ask me for my credit card info? At this point, I don't feel like i can trust this location with something as sensitive as my credit card info. After this booking, i will absolutely not be booking services at this location.

I got a pedicure here. I scheduled the $75 pedicure and added the $10 paraffin wax treatment. The lady spent an hour painting my toes and then just put lotion on my feet and legs. I got no massage, and no paraffin wax. I made sure they took the paraffin wax off. I was highly disappointed. The woman who painted my toes did nothing but complain the whole time. She told me to stop trying to help her with the pedicure and to relax my foot I was relaxed. Her making me hold my foot the way she wanted was not relaxing at all. I do not recommend going here for a pedicure at all. Not only that but she also kept talking about global capitalism. Yes just what I want to hear when I'm trying to relax.

This experience is far from relaxing they cancelled our massages bc of call outs, wasted our time, no manager on duty, Brooke “manager” won’t take calls to get it resolved. She has a fake number on her business card. They have ruined our day. Never again, to many other places to get a massage. I’ll make sure to let everyone know about my horrendous experience to ensure others do not get treated in this manner.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A PEDICURE!!! I called woodhouse around 10Am wondering if they had any openings for two pedicures and I was told they had an opening at 1Pm and was asked if we had any nail polish on our feet. I let the worker know that I did not have nail polish on my toes and I was not sure if my guest had any. She then booked us for our pedicures and that was the end of the conversation. We arrived 10 minutes late for our appointment and when we got to woodhouse they were drilling it in our face that we wouldn’t get the full hour that we were going to have to pay for. Our service was horrible. We got a nail trim and a regular polish and that was it. We were charged $65 for something we could have done at home in 5 minutes. My guest was charged extra because they had to take the gel polish off of her nails. We were never told that we would be charged extra to have polish removed. If you go back to the top of this paragraph you will see that there was an opportunity for the workers to let us know that we would be charged extra for it. Also we did not book our service online so there was no way of us knowing their policies. When my guest asked why she was being charged so much for getting her gel polish removed the worked became very rude when my guest was only voicing her opinion. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and my polish is already peeling. I could have paid $65 at a regular nail salon and got a full shellac set, a 10 minute massage, hot stones, hot towels, a foot mask, and a design. At woodhouse for $65 you get a regular $5 polish and shitty service. We won’t ever be coming back. I would give zero stars if I could.

This location is absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to spend the day here with a friend. I booked a gel pedicure and a facial for my 40th birthday. The facial was fantastic but I could not have been more disappointed by the pedicure. First, the chairs are pretty basic with no massage feature. Hiatus at least offers a neck wrap and other amenities since they have a similar type of chair. My biggest complaint was with the actual service. I was offered the most limited list of gel colors that I have ever seen. The girl doing my pedicure didn’t even show me the second book of colors, even when I asked about it. We were not offered drinks during the service and there was not a true leg massage. I am so frustrated that we paid over 100 dollars for a subpar pedicure that was only 30 minutes long. I checked out at 3:40pm and we started after 3pm. The shortened service time was mentioned when we paid and nothing was done to make it right. Looking at my nails, they are uneven and not shaped well, which disappoints me even more. I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone. So sad that I spent hundreds of dollars here when I could have had a better experience at a cheaper salon.

Most wonderful expierence! I am visiting here during the summer and thought a massage would be good. This place out did itself. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly customer service. Would definitely go back for more of their other services such as the skin care.
