I had Heaven today as my nail technician. She did a wonderful job with my pedicure! She also gave a great recommendation for color. Would definitely recommend.

To go to this spa is kind of an experience in itself. From walking through the wooden doors, being greeted by the kind front desk employee, and being surrounded by amber lights and a beautiful environment; it was a lovely experience. After being checked in, I was escorted to the locker room, where I had a personal locker that I could put my belongings and lock. The robe I changed into was so nice and fluffy, and they provided complimentary drinks like: tea, water, coffee, and cocktails. They even had snack bars people could take while they waited. Unfortunately, I couldn't consume them based on dietary restrictions. The waiting room was nice and comfortable too. Cassandra was kind and attentive, and listened to what I needed like taking special care on my back or feet. The reason why I didn't give this a full five stars is because I scheduled a Black Sand Rejuvenation body treatment and it included a Vichy shower. I never received the Vichy shower. I had to google afterwards to see what a Vichy shower consisted of, because I thought I might have been mistaken, and I didn't get that. And I didn't give this three stars because Cassandra was awesome and the ladies at the desk made my day since they gave me a little birthday gift to finish off my day. Yes, I'd come back.

Went got Signatures spa packages with my bf's mom... place was clean, unique and very beautiful, first time visit front desk ladies were friendly but not much information of the spa just needed to fill up the form, my deep tissue massage with Carl was awesome and amazing if you need strong hands and deep tissue massage Carl is the best. Got facial with Sarah, she is attentive, friendly and exceptional, she goes beyond with diligently little feet rub and hand massage felt so relaxing and pamper with offered glass of memosa even tho they done use facial steamer but my face felt so smooth and soft after all and for the end I got pedicure with Miranda, she is sweet, friendly and did amazing with my toe nails painted and scrubs and rub my feet with agave oil and refill another glass of memosa. After all my feet not rough anymore. We will come back, even tho they don't have pool and sauna because services were awesome

It was such a treat to have a facial with Elyssa. She answered my questions, addressed my concerns and didn't rush with the procedure. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back! So relaxing and my skin looks great.

It’s good, but comes at a price. I’ve had massages, facial, and pedicure there. I’ve got no complaints. Staff is professional and polite.

Jennifer was great! From the initial call to schedule to the experience when we walked in the door, you could tell everyone was there to accommodate and make us feel welcome. We did our very first couples massage and Jennifer and Gema were so great! We feel so relaxed and ready for a night of relaxation. Thank you!!

I emailed and never received a reply. I called twice and left one voicemail and never received a call back. I finally booked an appointment on my own on my days off. I booked my appointment for 2pm and was called by the front desk agent at 11am stating my appointment was actually scheduled for 11am. I did not receive any other alternatives other than going at noon for one of my services. I had booked for a massage and a wrap and due to this inconvenience only received a massage and had to pay half price for the wrap. I get there and receive my service and when I am checking out I gave the front desk agent my gift card of 250$ and she said the the gift card had already been used in another state. I had to pay 230$ out of pocket for the services. I am very disappointed that what was suppose to be a day of relaxation turned into an ongoing hassle.

My sister made me a maternity massage appointment for my birthday. I am 36 weeks and thought it was the best present. The night before I came down with something and couldn’t make it to the appointment at 9 am the next morning. I called 10 times before getting someone to pick up the phone. I told them what was going on and asked to reschedule. They said the cost to reschedule would be 50% of the service and then the day of the service My sister would still have to pay the cost of service. I understand everywhere has policies etc. however I thought this was absolutely ridiculous.. so now the total cost to reschedule/ and still pay for the service would have been over $300. I, nor my sister will ever schedule an appointment with them again. Edit: They commented to email them. I did, and they never responded…

TLDR: We were scammed. Other people may have been, too. No better way to put it. Spent several hundred dollars for a gift card so my girlfriend could come here to have a spa day (which I most certainly have receipts for). From what she recalled, dressing room smelled like feces, appointment time was changed without her knowledge (and they denied her half of the services that she paid for because she was ‘late’), and to kick it off, they claimed that virtually all of the gift card value was used prior to her visit somewhere in Detroit, which was a known problem that multiple customers had dealt with according to the receptionist. Will never be doing business with them again, and neither should you.

Amazing! Pleasantly greeting when I entered and calmly situated to my locker where I donned their comfy robe and slippers and relaxed in the waiting area. I opted for a water while I waited (but they had a full complement of beverages). The hot stone massage with reflexology melted ALL my neck and back tension away. Cheyenne was amazing and I will be back to see her in the near future!!!

I went in for a Luxury Pedicure, and it was so relaxing! Left feeling so refreshed. Arianna was friendly and took her time through everything. Would definitely recommend if you need a great pedicure.

I went there several months ago for a manicure and pedicure after getting a gift card. What a special experience! Best spa in San Antonio Aryana did an amazing job on my nails and Cheyenne made me feel so relaxed!

Wow!! I had a Stone massage with Holly and it was out of this world fantastic!! I can’t say enough great compliments about Holly. My massage included just the right amount of pressure, and the scalp massage and foot massage were definitely an added bonus. I also enjoyed the aromatherapy Holly provided at the beginning and the end of the massage. I loved it so much that I booked the same massage for my husband with Holly for next week! The spa itself is very calming and there is a quiet room to lounge in with flavored water and snacks. The whole place was very clean and quiet. The ladies at the front desk were so very welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Had a deep tissue massage on 9/27/24th. Yvette was very skilled and provided a great massage. I had a $200 gift certificate which Woodhouse refused to accept stating that a certain bar code & number were not on the paper certificate. Needless to say I was upset and had never noticed such a barcode & number was required. . . I simply printed out the gift certificate which stated it was worth $200. The supervisor was unfriendly, unaccommodating, and made me feel as if I was trying to deceive them. The gift cert had been given to me 9 mos ago by my son & family for Christmas. She instructed me to go back 9 mos and ask my family if they could find the original GC and print it out with the correct number & code. It is difficult to do that.

Horribly priced! In Oregon you can soak in a hot tub and do a cold plunge (no other spa services) for $20 an hour. Crazy that no places in San Antonio offer that!

I must say without exaggerating. EVERYTHING about my visit was spectacular. From the moment I walked in. I was greeted with 4 of the most beautiful welcoming smiles at the front desk. Customer Seevice sets the tone for any experience in any public or private establishment. My massage therapist Cassandra was absolutely PERFECT for me. I know I fell asleep because I woke myself up a few times. 😂 I was just that comfortable and relaxed. Cassandra has the anointed touch for sure. I will be returning soon. 💕

I was a little anxious this being my first massage. The masseuse was great and made me feel comfortable. Left her feeling rejuvinated and relaxed! The receptionist up front was so nice as well. I got to have a mimosa before my massage too 👍🏼. The place was very clean and the massage room ambience was perfect. Definitely going back! Thank you!

Yvette was excellent. I walked in a stress machine, carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders and she helped immensely. I would highly recommend and hope to return soon when in the area.
