The ambience, decor and waiting area are lovely. My massage was incredible and I love the variety and options for a 2 hour slot. My massage therapist gave me breathing techniques in between pressure points and really worked through tight areas. I loved the personalization of the lockers and waiting area, great touch! My only negative is the very small and tight locker area and changing room. It was quite stressful to try to get in and out of that area while others were waiting or in the way. The only other thing is that my 2 hour massage was really an hour and 45 minutes.

Nice relaxing ambiance. I had a great deep tissue massage by Tony. The facilities are very nice and you feel as if you could be at a hotel spa. Showers are available for after treatments. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend, esp for a girls day

Precious was absolutely incredible! I always have a hard time relaxing when I first get into a massage, but she started off by telling me how I can set my intention and how to breathe throughout the massage which ended up allowing me to have the most calming experience. My favorite part of the massage was all of the warm features of the towels and her hands. The massage itself was the perfect amount of pressure and so healing - I left my massage feeling brand new with no more tightness and just totally at ease. Thank you, Precious, for the amazing experience, and I will definitely be requesting her again! Melody at the front desk was the sweetest and made the process so smooth and fun! She had everything prepared for us ahead of time and made us up a special room with a tray of goodies, tea, and fruit-infused water! She was so accommodating throughout our entire time at the Woodhouse, checking in with us to ensure that we had everything that we needed and answering any questions. She made our checkout so seamless as well! Overall, we had the best experience at the Woodhouse Spa in SouthPark, and we can't wait to come back again soon!!

This was my first time visiting Woodhouse Spa in Charlotte and it was amazing. My masseuse paid attention to all the areas that I mentioned and the pressure that I requested. I added the hot stones to my massage and it was definitely worth it! I left there feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. Also, the showers in the locker room are a big plus. I definitely plan on visiting again whenever I’m in the area!

Very relaxing, upscale and amazing overall! Once you’re checked in they welcome you to the quiet room with mimosas, water, fruit and other light snacks before your massage. Service was great!

Everything was great and Chrissy did a great job. I had the deep cleanse facial. The only negative is I was surprised at the small area to change in the ladies room. Very tight quarters and I don’t like how you can’t choose where you sit in the lounge.

First off, let me say you all made me feel so special for my birthday!! Beautiful spa, great service. I do wish there were more amenities or at least be able to use the sauna/salt room free of charge. (never seen this before). Martika was great. The actual body wrap was lacking.. I felt like it was just a very lotioned up version of a massage. I expected to actually be in a wrap and left to relax for a bit before soaking off the lotions in a tub as other spas have, but instead my arms and legs were wrapped in a sheet that resembles foil & the lotion was rubbed into my skin.. next time I’ll try another service. Quiet room was wonderful and very relaxing!

I scheduled an 80-minute massage for 11:30 AM, but received a text asking if I could come at 11:00 AM instead. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested. By 11:15 AM, with no one having come to get me in the quiet room, I had to ask a staff member if my therapist was delayed. It was strange that no one informed me of the wait. She told me it would be a few more minutes. My therapist eventually arrived and led me to the room, where I waited another 10 minutes before the massage began at 11:30 AM. Despite my request to keep the bed unheated, it was warm, which was uncomfortable for me. The massage concluded at 12:30 PM. They refunded my add-on and offered me the use of the salt room or sauna, but I wasn't interested. I had hoped for a relaxing day but instead felt the experience was rushed and disjointed.

I was really looking forward to my visit to Woodhouse Spa, especially after seeing such great reviews and social media buzz. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and far from what I expected for the price. First, the bathrooms were messy—there was water all over the counters, and glasses were left scattered around. It didn’t feel like the clean and serene environment I hoped for. We were also supposed to receive a welcome beverage in the Tranquility area before the massage, but that never happened. It was confusing because I noticed other guests had designated seating areas and their forms for medical conditions/preferences already prepared. I, on the other hand, had to ask for the form myself, which felt unorganized. As for the massage itself, while the masseuse was kind, it felt rushed and not like a proper Swedish massage. Instead, it resembled a quick rub or maybe a lymphatic drainage massage. For a fifty-minute session, I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience. Overall, I was unimpressed, especially considering the cost. I wouldn’t return, as the entire visit fell far short of expectations.

My wife and I had a fantastic spa session. We did the VIP quiet room, the salt room, and an 80-minute massage. The masseuses were both immaculate and provided us with top-notch service. We will be back.

My wife surprised me with a massage from Woodhouse Spa for my birthday. My first impression walking in was that the place was very sophisticated and calming. The staff was warm and welcoming. They walked me through the process and made me feel very welcomed and special for my birthday. My masseuse, Devonte, was a magician on my back. I told him exactly what I wanted him to focus on and he was amazing. I will definitely come back.

Was able to have a massage at Woodhouse for the first time. There was a normal circumstance where a staff member had a last minute family incident and had to leave, but thankfully, Regina Phillips came in outside of her normal schedule to save the day and was able to do my massage for me. She did not hold back on any of her energy or time even though my appointment was close to closing time. She provided a wonderful deep tissue massage and created a wonderful atmosphere! Thank you, Regina, for being selfless, thoughtful, and kind and doing your part to help create a wonderful experience at Woodhouse!! Also, special thanks to the manager who allowed for Woodhouse to stay open late in order to make sure, inspite of uncontrollable circumstances, that I still had a wonderful customer experience!!

Woodhouse Spa nails it every time. I have been to 2 of their other locations in South Carolina and loved those. When choosing a spa, it sometimes seems that you have to pick between pamper, frills, amenities or getting a quality service. This is a non issue at Woodhouse Spa. They make sure each and every guest feels special when they walk in and create a relaxing, luxurious experience. They have a beautiful relaxation room with a few private areas and other amenities you can relax in as well. This visit was special because it was for my mom’s birthday, and the woodhouse team told me they would make sure it was a nice experience, and they went out of their way to do so! I was so impressed with their set up for her, and she was so happy. Moving on to quality of service, you truly get the real deal here. I told my massue, Denise, I experience bad back pain, and she tailored my massage to target the areas that hurt the most and spent time on them. I felt such a difference during, directly after and a few hours after the massage. She is so talented and a rock star! From prior experiences at woodhouse and my mom’s massage as well, I’m sure this is reflective of the entire staff. Everyone we encountered was a gem. When looking for your next self care day, look no further than Woodhouse Spa!!

Beautiful spa that will make you feel luxurious and pampered. I decided to get one of the packages that included a 110 minute massage and a Hydra Facial. Both servicesv were fantastic and I left feeling very relaxed. My skin looked great! I will definitely get another Hydra Facial - it left my face looking so glowy and supple. Loved it! I also really liked the small details - like having a locker with my name on it ready when I arrived, along with the tea in the relaxation lounge before my services began.
