My nails turned out nice but the price was a bit higher for a simple fill and pedicure than what I am used to. The environment was unfriendly, I did not appreciate the unnecessary comments I recieved. That alone is why I won't return.

I have been getting my nails done at World Spa off of Southport/Franklin Road for about 3 months. I have not been dissatisfied. All employees are friendly & polite.

I showed him a picture of what I wanted, which came directly from their Google reviews (coffin shape with white/chrome color), and I got nothing like that. The color was spot on and very pretty, only reason for 2 stars - but the shape was square, sharp, and crooked. I also had white acrylic all over my fingers. (I ended going across the street to another salon and had them fix the shape and clean up my fingers.) I also went on election day and one of the workers (owner/ manager maybe?) was walking around the crowded shop asking everyone who they voted for.

A lil expensive. They charge for every lil thing. But they do amazing work and are very nice mostly. Had 1 unprofessional experience but I must of not been the only one to complain because I have not seen him there in a while.

This is my second time in world nail. Matthew completed my pedicure and was so great. I don’t get in to get my toes done as much as I’d like but my last pedicure lasted 8 weeks so I thought I’d give it another shot. Very relaxing. Thank you

I was a paying customer who had an appointment ands asked for a design to be put on 2 nails and he said he was to busy as someone walked in and wanted him and yet left and was not there. Very bad business if you ask me.

Literally worst nail salon ever. Chopped off over half of my nail length when I wanted a little cut down. They are so inconsistent and my nails are uneven.
