I had an appointment and they took a walk in after I sat there 45 minutes for my appointment before me. My appointment was already 15 minutes late. He was rude not to mention he Burt my nails up and they hurt for three days.

They did an okay job . The person that did my pedicure, and my nails was very rude . The lady that did my eyebrows told me the price of my eyebrows, and the manager told me I misunderstood. Talking as if I didn’t hear her correctly, and talking to me as if I was a child .

I’ve been here multiple times and every time I leave I say I’m not coming back …. They are all very nice does a great job on acrylic and toes but they get lazy when doing a mani I asked for gel as usual and she skipped like half the steps didn’t file them after and I left with nails that were scratchy I had to file away all the mistakes she made when I got home like I said super nice I tipped my usual and kept it moving but when you go to a nail salon in a busy day I understand it’s busy but you shouldn’t get lazy towards the end

I absolutely love this nail salon!!! I moved to the area a year ago and a few months ago I decided I needed to find a new nail salon close by. A friend suggested this place, I’m so so grateful she did. I prefer to schedule an appointment because of my work schedule and the fact that Saturdays are my only days to get my nails done. Saturdays are also, I would guess one of there busiest days. They always get to me in a timely manner when I make appointment. Huey, my nail tech is so so professional, creative, super knowledgeable, patient, talented and hilarious. I always look forward to getting my nails done and this past experience was top tier. I didn’t even know what I wanted honestly, I just threw out ideas and Huey took it from there and I absolutely adore my nails!!! They’re so perfect and I’ve already gotten lots of compliments so I would highly recommend this nail salon!!! Hands down they’re the absolute best!!!!

Huey was the worst nail tech I have ever used. If I could’ve given this place a zero, I would’ve. I told him as soon as he put the first stroke of paint on my nail that I didn’t like the color & asked to change it and he refused. This is a costumer service business, and the lack of care for his customer was insane. I would recommend finding a real salon for any of you reading this and not the trash palace aka world nails.

I recently moved to the area around a year ago and was looking for a new nail salon for monthly pedis and occasional acrylic nails. I found my spot! Eling has been doing my nails since I started coming here a few months ago. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of her work. The salon is always clean and the whole place has such a positive vibe. The man who runs the phone and salon (not sure his name) is super friendly and hilarious. He always makes me feel welcomed. I’m so glad to have finally found my nail spot in the Southend.

It was my first time getting my nails done I got a really rude girl my acrylics are wonky and she didn’t finish the tips on a few of them. My toes which are gel are peeling and it’s only day two. I spent a lot of money and it wasn’t even that great. My nail tech was rude and told me she was tired and just wanted to get home. I understand being tired and wanting to get off work but she was rude to me the whole time. I don’t think I will be returning. My anxiety got the best of me I didn’t feel like I could speak up about my nails I’m very unhappy. The guy was nice and they were obviously very busy the other day but the girl doing my service was very rude.

It was my first time in there. I’ve tried every other salon since Ive moved to this area and no one got it right but tonight I was impressed with this place. Everyone was friendly. They did exactly what I asked for. I will be back now.

My daughter and I came to World Nails and we really like our nails. The service was very good. The workers were very friendly and they make sure that the clients that come in are happy with what they have done! I would recommend this nail salon to everyone!

Nails was great as always the lady who does the wax will fat shame you though. Will be finding a new place to not be fat shamed just for wanting my eyebrows waxed!

I havent had nails done this horribly in yearsssss. The lady doin mine obviously was new and inexperienced rubbing oil on my hands and nails before they went under the light and the guy was like they look great. I didn't even have time to act a fool nor go back but first and last time.
