DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS I went for a haircut, manicure and eyebrow waxing. They butchered my hair. Then they did not know how to use their own credit card machine and did three transaction for the same amount. Then they wanted another payment for another payment. I had to call my bank and get my money back. They are rude and pushy. The nail polish had air bubbles on it.

I went in yesterday and I wanted snowflakes and the nail tech didn't know what the was so I got something else I had to pay $65 for something that I didn't want then not even 24 hours one of my nails pop off NEVER AGAIN DON'T GO

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would my sister and I literally went in a few hours ago and I’m telling you not even 24 hours later my pinky is already coming off and I didn’t even get what I wanted……and I still tipped even after I didn’t get what I wanted but it’s the fact that it’s already popping off mind you I got gel and I paid 55 for them DO NOT RECOMMEND

My friend went in today to get her nails done and while we were at work her pinky nail popped off horrible services would not recommend it, as her and my other friend had both went and gotten two different things they were both charged the same amount but only my other friend was offered kinder services. DO NOT GO THERE

My sister went in today and she didn't get what she wanted and then I got my nails done and I got a fill and she also got a fill how ever I had a nail missing and my total was 55 dollars and my sister had gotten a cute designs but I got more and are total were the same and not even 24 hours later her nail was popping off absolutely terrible never again

The experience was pleasant, though it was not bright. At all. My daughter got some acrylics and they free handed it... they did good though

Pedicure was fine. Gel polish on my hands was horrible and started messing up that night... I've never seen that happen before. The texture changed and a little discoloration. On top or that the overall service took so long to complete. It felt unreasonable to pay that much.

I came in with an open mind despite the reviews on here. They are very polite not pushy at all! Great job on my pedicure and they’ve got some of the best massage chairs I have been in a long time ! I’m very happy with my pedicure :) thank you DONNA for your professionalism and kindness and great job on my eye brows and toes

I came here before two years ago and I liked my nails. Two weeks ago I went and got a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was decent but the set was horrible. The woman was rushing. My nails turned out lopsided and lumpy. I went back to get them redone since I was disappointed. Instead she kept saying she was just going to paint over them instead. Never coming back here again.

I go by reviews and after comparing to others in the area I was very skeptical. Glad I gave them a chance because Estephanie did an amazing job and chi I think it is also did exactly what my daughter asked for. Pricing a little expensive but that is everywhere. Thank you!

I have been to this place twice. the first time was a good job in December 2022. yesterday I went again but my experience was disastrous. I asked for gel nails and to charge more in the price they recommended me acrylics. I did it but the person who did it never removed cuticles. She only hurt my nails and then it left my nails long and other short ones were going to be square but it left them tilted and in summary disastrous. I have gel on the cuticles and the inner part of the nail is left dirty. She hurt me a few times. I do not recommend this place. Surely there must be someone who does it well like in December 2022.

If I can give a zero I would ! So upsetting that after I was done with my pedicure they took someone else even though they said right after pedicure I would get my nails done and they took someone else and through me to the curb to wait another hour ! They sure are not about quality service or customer service!! NEVER would recommend this place to anyone! I would never do this to my customers being a business owner myself ! So disgusted with them .

I came to this salon just before closing for a pedicure and I did not have to wait at all. I was immediately greeted and Tammy did an awesome job on my pedicure she took her time. Great customer service!!!!

I got to the salon a little after 3:300 they told me it would be a 10 minute wait because the nail techs who do acrylics are busy after about 45 minutes of waiting I got up and got a snack because I had grown hungry from waiting. After watching two people get pedicures and more than an hour later I still haven’t had anybody even asked me what color I want I didn’t want to leave the mall to get my nails done but I would have saved more time getting my own cosmetology license and learning to do my own acrylics rather than waiting. I will never be returning and after reading all the reviews because I had time to read every review while I waited I’m worried this two hour long venture won’t even last me a week but I didn’t even bother to finish the service because She kept getting up from her seat to look at the nail design next to me and when she was putting on my first nail tip and asked me if it’s straight and then tells me that I need to help her make sure she puts on the nail Straight. Excuse me WHAT!?! Every nail tech who works in a nail salon should know how to properly apply a nail tip as soon as she said that I got up and left.

I took my daughter for an event she was getting ready for. The ladies were all so sweet to her. They are all so nice in this salon. They do a great job on the nails as well. So much anymore, people who work at nail salons just aren't very nice. Not the case with this salon. They are all so sweet. I forgot a bag from shopping and came back to get it and they had it waiting for us. This is were I will always go from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in on mothers day to get a new full set of acrylics with gel polish. By Thursday my nails were all lifting and one had fallen off. Not broke just fell off. So I go back in Friday night to get them fixes. I got there at 6pm asked them to fix the nail that came off and just do a fill because they looked so terrible. Now I need to say I was never asking them to do the fill for free. The lady that is going to help says I don't need a fill we would just fix the one nail. She said she could match the colors and it would be faster. Mind you they were open till 9 and there was no one waiting for any services. She then spends the next hour trdting all these colors that don't match what I had on my nails already. I have been continuing to tell her just do a fill and we xan change the colors it's fine. She is refusing yo do the fill insisting that I leave with one nail mismatched "because it's only one nail amd it's fine no one will notice". At this point I refuse and say no I'm not leaving with one nail.not matching if you would have started a fill when I asked you to I would have been done by now. The nail tech then gets up and leaves. Yes leaveskike out of the building. The other girls then begin trying to again match the. Olor that we cannot match. I then request if they are not willing to do the fill and just chamge the color all together then just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. They of course don't want to do that. So they then begin trying to call the tech that left in the middle of her job. She returns about 20 min later and does the fill I requested amd changes the color. I left at 845. So what should have been less then a hour turned onto a almost 3 hour process and I still had to pay for my fill. I went to thia nail salon regularly for years I will never go back again. Worst experience ever in a so called nail salon. Then when she charges me for the fill I pay and she has the audacity to say to me. "No tip". Like what!!!

My daughter went to get her nails there with her friend. They were pressuring her to do gel. She didn’t want to. When deciding on a color they told her to hurry up or they were going to charge her more. Because she was young, 15 years old, they demanded payment before they would work on her nails. Who does that???? Once she paid including a generous tip (I would not have done either) they said you should have done gel because I have to work harder on mistakes. Her nails are chipping in less than a day after getting them done and they look terrible. When I called to speak to the owner, the woman who answered said they were not there and what did I want. Terrible establishment!! Do not waste your money on bad service, bad work. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Donna does a great job. I get my nails done regularly and sometimes splurge to do my toes and they always turn out great. I've done gel, powder, and regular and they know how to do it all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Way over priced and the nail tech that did my fill had a very poor skill set. The nails look like something I could have probably done myself at home. She also failed to communicate that I could have had a better result if I had gotten a completely new set. In my opinion just go to Le Reve Spa down the road to get what you pay for.

Me and my friend went there and we are young we are in our teens and they took advantage of me and my friend they overpriced us 70$ each and for me my nails didnt even last a whole week and then my friends nail like her actual nail got ripped off because of these acrylic nails and the business isn't clean I would not recommend they're are better places
