My second time visiting this salon. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced. The quality of hair extensions and the meticulous placement of every strand is top notch. Classy and untouchable. This place is truly the BEST in California. I drove from LA just to receive this service. Bar none! If you aren’t getting your extensions here…. You really need to make an appointment ASAP. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I have thin and very fine hair. My hair is so beautiful with the extensions I received from this Salon. I get compliments galore. The confidence it brings is unmatched! I’m in love with my hair. 10 stat rating in my opinion!!! Well done ladies. You all are truly the best in this service!!! ❣️

Great service and attention to detail. Very professional and precise. Amazing colorist matched my color perfectly without damage. Adele is a perfectionist with installation and my hair looks so natural. Love this salon!

I got hair extensions for the first time in the USA & I’m loving the results! You can see the videos on how well it’s blends with my own hair. Best part is the technique that Adele used to install hair extensions. Adele is the hair extensions pro! She is truly amazing person & great stylist. I enjoy being a client at Wow Beauty centre. Olga is the owner of this place & her salon is bright, cheerful, and the experience is fun. I recommend that you attend wow beauty centre and experience the first-class service for yourself! ( I had this hair on for almost 3 month now . That’s my first correction and hair still looks good!

THE BEST! Everything from quality to atmosphere to service is a 10 out of 10! The girls here are so sweet and seriously take their time with you and listen to all your hair concerns. I previously had ktip extensions installed at another salon (I have extremely thin/fine hair), and I lost about 30-40% of my hair after they removed them. Once I started coming to Wow, I haven't noticed ANY hair loss, and my hair continues to grow. They are so meticulous and seriously care about you and the health of your hair. GO HERE!

I am beyond grateful for this placed. They corrected my hair extensions and tinted my hair before move up. I feel no discomfort in my head, the wrk was professional and carefully placed. The girls were attentive and very knowledgeable, they answered all my questions before starting. I will definitely return to them soon!

These ladies are absolutely amazing and they do amazing work on installing extensions. First off, I had k-tip extensions installed by another salon; they hurt and were pulling my hair out by the roots. The other salon couldn’t get me in for several days and they said they would only “provide a small fixing”. After seeing a regular hair stylist that told me something was majorly wrong, I called WOW to see if they could get me in for a consultation/ second opinion. They got me in the same day. They showed me what proper installation looked like and showed me pictures and videos of what was done on my hair. When they saw the damage that was being done they knew I couldn’t leave the extensions in any longer, they stayed late to remove the other salons work. They couldn’t reinstall new extensions the same day, but they were able change their schedule to squeeze me in two days later because they knew I had an event to attend. They took their time, properly divided the hair and installed micro capsules that were proper for my fine hair. The difference with these new extensions has been a game changer! They installed the correct amount of extension hair to my hair and the micro capsules blended in perfectly. I can wear my hair up and they don’t show. They look so natural! I have had the new extensions for one week now and I have no pain. No pulling. No tension! Thank you so much, Adele, for taking the time to install these for me. I am actually confident that they are now not damaging my natural hair and that I will be able to regrow the damage that was done by the other salon.

I recently had micro capsule extensions done at this salon, and I am thrilled with the results. With my very fine, thin hair, I was concerned about discomfort, but the extensions were applied with such care that my hair didn't hurt or feel pulled at all. They are incredibly comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch experience and healthy hair. Their hair treatments are also outstanding! 🤍

I went to get a consultation after I received a quote I booked my appointment for installation of extensions the total cost was $1,300 which is a lot of money but was willing to pay as I wanted to receive good quality hair and lasting extensions. I did receive good service by the young lady who applied my extensions and yes she treated me well but unfortunately the extensions started to follow up within a week I had more then half of my extensions fall out... I was really bummed as I got these done for my birthday weekend. I reached out to the owner and she advised mostly likely this was happening because my hair is oily? I advised her that I had followed all hair instructions and even purchased the shampoo she recommended from her. So this should not be happening... We went back in forth in multiple text she insisted that I go in so they can review and re-install but honestly I did not want to go back to have these re-installed if this was going to continue to happen as the extensions just kept on falling out. So I had to pay another person to remove the remaining extensions which was done within minutes as the hair was not on securely. I did ask for a refund in the amount of $350 again back in forth on text the owner finally asked for my zelle and she issued a refund of $350 but after thinking this through I deserve a full refund of my money including the tip I gave. It's a lot of money to pay to have the extensions not even last a full week. So I have decided to write this review so people are aware as they do ask you to sign documents before getting your hair done. I am also filing a dispute with my credit card as well. And I am shipping back the hair to the owner I know they can no longer use the hair but I want them to know that I am not trying to get my money back and keep the hair on all of the hair will be returned back to them today via Ups. Receipt with tracking for all hair being returned. Again I repeat within a week the majority of hair came off. I followed all clear instructions this should not have happened.

I now understand why Maria gets 5 star reviews, I went for a haircut at Wow Beauty Centre today, and she understood exactly what I wanted and gave me just the perfect haircut. She is quite experienced and talented for sure, I appreciated all the tips she gave me as well. Olga was also nice to talk to, I felt welcomed at this place. 😌
