Loved my experience here. You can select your desired services via an iPad at walk-in. Reasonably priced. Services were very thorough and establishment is clean.

She's entirely too slow just to thread brows. They need to place one of the other ladies back in there. It takes an hour almost just to thread brow, chin, and upper lip. I've had to wait every time I go in there now.

Every time I come the customer service is always top tier! Ms. Li gets me right every time. If you’re ever near Chesapeake square mall make sure to stop in and see her.

I have been going here for a while now. I have mainly been going to Ms. Li ! She is great and quick! She listens and gives advice, no matter how many questions. She has helped my brows grow healthier and evenly! Yay! Thank you!!

I will not be returning for a few reasons: 1. I was the first to check in. Yet, they seated a lady (of a different complexion) that came in after me first. 2. Instead of politely asking me to hold my eye, the stylist roughly grabbed my hands with no instruction at all. You should speak to customers with dignity. This could be violating for many people and is simply not a good business practice. 3. I asked the stylist not to make my eyebrows too thin. But they are in fact thinner than I wanted them to be. 4. The stylist put an unknown liquid on my face without asking my permission or telling me what it was beforehand. People have allergic reactions and sensitives. That is not a responsible business practice. 5. When it came to the actual threading, the stylist was slow. And not once did she brush my eyebrow hairs!

Love getting my eyebrows threaded here, it’s $14 per person. It’s the only place I go. It lasts approximately 3-4 weeks or depending on how fast your eyebrows grow.

They threaded my brows very unevenly. The tech also pulled off some of my eyelashes (they are real and not super long so idk how that happened)

Came here today as the walk-in. My experience was very nice. The lady who did my brows was very nice, and for getting threading done, I barely felt it. Great job!

I usually go to the wow brows in greenbrier to get my eyebrows threaded but decided to stop at this location. I had a very good experience. I love how the studio is right near the front door of the mall to make it easy to run in and out. They did such a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Will come back!

I was a walk in customer to do brow and tint. As another reviewer mentioned, the threading took 2 seconds. I have never had threading done so fast and the tinting was a mess. I do my browsing every 3 weeks, I was in the area and decided to try them...bad choice. I will stick to the professionals next time.

The owner is very rude, I made a mistake on the check-in kiosk by putting three people vice two. That only due to error on the machine. She began to scold me and wife. All she had to do it correct it on her end all would have went well. We just walked out because she was very unprofessional. Never again will we patronize this business.

Wasted my money on a 20 second eyebrow hack job. Go to charisma's instead! I typically don't write reviews, but i feel obligated to try to save even one person from having their face butchered. Here's my experience: She asked me to sit, then was about to just go for it like her roll of thread was a chainsaw revving up. I made her pause and clearly told her, "Just a VERY light clean up please along my natural arch." She said she understood. 10 seconds later, she pauses to help a previous customer pay...ok that's fine but no acknowledgement or "excuse me." Suddenly, she comes back for my second brow. She then comes over with scissors and cuts down the entire length of my brows...not just to even things out. She stuffs the mirror in my hand and tells me to look. Everything happened so fast, I had no way of stopping it. I tell her it is way too thin, then she very rudely responds that my eyebrows are too long! She has essentially shaved my eyebrows with scissors. If someone asks for a light clean up, start small and ask as you go. Just ridiculous and rude, don't waste your money.

Went in today around 330 . Ask for threading and tinting . Ask her to please do a good job because I was thinking of getting permanent brows done . The threading was so much I barely had brows left . The tinting I thought would help and ask for a normal lighter brown because I have blonde hair . When I left I looked like I had 2 caterpillars above my eyes . $34 and it was HORRIBLE . Came home washed face 1 time all the color was gone . ( thank God. Don't waste your time or $$$ they don't listen t9 you at all . They do what they want then try to convince you it looks good . Was a customer . Not anymore .

I leave here satisfied every time I get my brows done. Li does a great job! I also use their brow and lash rejuvenator daily that was recommended to me due to a bald spot on in one of my eyebrows from years of getting them waxed. I’m definitely seeing some results!

My first visit to this business was today and I will never go back! First, the lady who was browsing on her phone had me sign in when no one else was there but her and I. Then she had me sanitize my hands but she did not sanitize her hands. When I asked why, she got an attitude, then said "It's for you. I don't touch your face." And I said that doesn't make any since because you are serving people using your hands. She asked if I've ever had my brows done before, which I said yes but I have never had to sanitize. Anyway she proceeded to do my brows and rudely talked about how my brows were "messed up" from waxing. At this point I should have probably left but I was already invested. She also brought up the sanitizing subject again when I was checking out. At this point I became very annoyed and I felt like i was being harassed. I work hard for my money and I will not be spending any there ever again. The customer service is trash.

Terrible service! They did my eyebrows in less than 2 minutes. My eyebrows barely looked like they had been done.
